I've tried this nail salon for the first time today and I think I have finally found my nail salon in the area. Lovely lady, she took her time to do my nails, good music in the background, nice choice of colours and cherry on the cake: the hand massage at the end 😍 lets see how the shellac will last, but so far very happy !

Very happy with my nails Ito was extremely good and careful with precision and symmetry alot of attention to the detail. Very friendly and calm atmosphere would recommend to anyone who wants to try a new place for nails!! Also another thing I loved about it is I asked if it could be done as soon as possible because I was in a rush and Ito was very fast and efficient and made sure I left on time.

First time going to this nail salon. The environment was so clean and tidy, the staff made me feel very welcomed! Overall the customer service was top notch and my manicure and pedicure were done to perfection! Will definitely be going there again!

ITO AND DEBY ARE THE BEST! I won’t go anywhere else for my nails and I’ve been coming here since last summer. They never rush and always ensure you are 100% happy and your nails look perfect before you leave. They also make you feel at home and I love going there not only because of my amazing nails but also because the company is so great! My nails also always last ages because they do it properly and take a lot of pride in their work! Thank you girls!!!!

Had such a good experience with them. The shop was very nice and clean and well looked after. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. My nails were done to perfection. I could see she tried hard to get the lines exact, which was very difficult. The shape is very nice and they're not too thick or thin, just right. Overall very impressed and will be returning regularly now.

Glad to have found the place! Had a shellac manicure and Deby was excellent. Manicure was done efficiently, with care and has lasted sooo long. A month on I have only just chipped one nail and obviously need to have them redone from growing out, otherwise as flawless as when freshly done!! Fair pricing makes it a no brainer to pick here over local rivals.

My first visit at this place for a shellac manicure? It's a yes from me, happy client :)🙂💅✅ My second visit was totally the opposite, as you can tell by the purple colour. I went with a good mood, in order to relax, and while I was there, I was counting the minutes to get out. Deby did not pay attention to me, she was on the phone with a relative the whole time, she applied I don't know how many layers of shellac, she cleaned the cuticles as quick as possible, half work done and pfff....I left really annoyed. It seems like it is harder and harder to find passionate people that like what they do. We all understand that we have good days and bad days, but don't do to your clients what you wouldn't like on yourself.

I had a shellac mani pedi, the whole experience was lovely from start to finish. I feel so relaxed, the lady who did my nails was very thorough, neat, professional and friendly. The manicure and pedicure included massage which was super relaxing and the pedicure also included exfoliation and and filing off dead skin. I think the price for the service is an absolute bargain as I usually pay the same but without any massage or exfoliation - just cuticle cutting. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, I was sat on a massage chair as well which I could control the settings of and I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Bearing in mind I am 9 months pregnant and the last time I felt relaxed was months and months ago! I will definitely make this my regular salon from now on.

I've been to the Beauty Nail Lounge twice now and I just can't recommend enough. Deby is a great technician as well as a warm and lovely person. The team is great in general as they welcome you and pamper you from the moment that you walk in. They always offer you a beverage and make sure that you feel comfortable. They ask you what you want to do and give you plenty of options. After looking for months on end, I finally found a place with consistent service and great people. I've already booked my next appointment because they're super busy (understandable) although always eager to accommodate which is great :) See you soon!

I have been coming here for years now. After the lock down I was ready to get my nails done again. Deby who always does my nails does a great job, and takes her time and we have a good old gossip. The place has been given a spruce up and looks lovely in there. I would recommend this place to anyone and have done so. Get your nails done and feel fresh.

Had a manicure and pedicure done by Deby, as well as shellac on my nails. The service was great and very professional. Asked numerous times whether I wanted anything to drink. Clean salon. My nails lasted 3 weeks perfectly so that amazing! Will definitely be back :) Thanks Deby

WOW! I don’t even know where to start with this wonderful business. I’ve been to a lot of nail shops and this one is by far the best. The owner and the stuff are simply amazing, super talented, 100% professional and dedicated to their craft. My manicure and pedicure were both done in shellac to such high quality and speed. And this place is less than 10 mins from Westfield Stratford. Honestly if you’re looking to get your nails done just try here once and I swear you’ll be a customer for life.
