I scheduled my appointment to get my eyebrows done on the same day. I went to the salon and I was immediately assisted by a lovely girl (I didn't have the chance to ask for her name unfortunately) who threaded my eyebrows in a heartbeat. She understood perfectly what I wanted for my brows (I have very thin brows so I only wanted to get them cleaned up) and they ended up looking very pretty! I believe she did my brows in less than 5 minutes. Super happy with the service, I'll definitely recommend Beautyfini to my friends and will come back more often!

First time going to Beautyfini and I was so pleased with my SNS manicure! I'm from the US and I've not been able to find anyone here who does SNS in Canary Wharf. The staff was absolutely fabulous. Warm and kind, right on time, and best of all of course was how wonderful my nails looked. So natural just how I like them and she's helping me grow them back out with just my natural nail underneath. So happy I found my new place!

I came here yesterday for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and couldn't have been more impressed. Amazing location and beautiful salon. Everything is reasonably priced for the area .The salon very very clean. The nail technicians truly take their time to make sure your nails look perfect! My friend and I came to Beautyfini Salon today we wanted to get manicure & pedicures so we made an apt yesterday because of Covid we weren't sure if they took walk ins. I can easily say it was probably the best mani & pedi I ever had and I been to a lot of different places and tried a lot of different services. Lucy and her staff were super accommodating and nice. It is a clean place, great services, and friendly nice knowledgeable staff! Def would recommend!

Yen is the most patient nail practitioner I’ve ever seen - good skills and extremely focused on details. I showed her two different patterns for her opinion on which one I should do, as they were both so pretty that I couldn’t decide - one simpler, one more complicated, both on the same price. She chose this complicated one almost immediately, telling me the colours would suit me better, despite the fact that it will take her much longer time fo finish. And the results are just perrrfect! Will definitely go back to them again!

I ve been coming here every 2-3 weeks since july 2021 now and finally have to leave a recommendation. (1) lovely, modern, beautifully furnished studio (2) easy appointment booking, staff always friendly (3) super duper fast service. I usually come for shellac manicure (+pedicure sometimes) incl. Soak off and i have been to other studios where it lasted double the time (4) reasonable prices In my opinion, the only suggestions for better service are: (1) it does depend on my server a little bit on how long the polish will last. I ve experienced anything from 12 days to 3.5 weeks and it'd be lovely if everyone could provide the same great service (2) it happened a lot of times that i had chosen a color that looked completely different on my nail than it did on the samples. I tried to go for bright pink/nude colors, and they turned out as a dark piggy pink color which wasnt what i liked. Maybe the servers can advise a bit better on what looks like it does on the samples and what doesnt. Other than that: thank you for all the great service and pretty nailwork you have provided. ❤

Nail place nestled in the middle of Canary wharf one of the few places where you can get a quiet manicure & pedicure in the area. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Lovely place, staff are welcoming. Booked my appointment slot online so was seen promptly as I walked in. I had 2 ladies work on me at the same time, so one doing a polish change on my feet & the other doing a manicure. My end results were perfect. First time I went there in July I literally fell in love with the place,very clean and tidy and the girl who did my nails did such an amazing job! I chose normal colour for my feet and it lasted for more than a month! It's a shame I didn't catch her name :( Unfortunately yesterday I went back and the result was not as expected. Looking closely I can see that the nail varnish has not been put properly, like close to the start of the nail, my heels have not been treated properly as they look very dry and also the shape of the nails has not been done nicely. It's a shame really. I guess it just depends on the person who does your nails.

As a new local Canary Wharf resident, was looking for a new salon in the area. I hadn't gotten my nails done in so long and I've been holding out since Spring 2020. With my birthday and the holidays around the corner I was itching to get them done. This was the pick-me-up I needed! With COVID and everything, I was a bit nervous and really didn't want to choose vanity over health. I booked for a mani & pedi shellac here at Beautyfini and have to say they were just prefect. Really love the new CND shellac collection, love my nails! Very friendly staff and good customer service! I think the salon is taking great safety measures where I feel very safe. Everyone is required to wear facemask & use hand sanitizer at the entrance, the staff was seen Cleaning and Disinfecting surfaces between clients...Strongly recommended!!!

I have been to Beautyfini a few times and have always been very pleased with the service. The staff are very nice and welcoming. I am particularly pleased by how they handled the situation after my last visit when I noticed some slight chipping in my shellac nails the day after getting them done. They told me I could go to have someone take a look at them and they promptly fixed them at no extra cost. My nails are now looking as good as new! I appreciate how helpful and genuinely interested in providing a good service they are.

My very first visit here was three days ago and I am extremely pleased with my eyebrows! The last few times I’ve gone to a DIFFERENT business to have my brows waxed resulted in uneven, butchered eyebrows. I didn’t catch the lady’s name that worked on my brows, but after sharing those experiences with her she went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have a similar experience again! Fantastic service every time I’ve visited - the salon is always run my appointment on time! The girls always do my nails exactly the way I ask and offer suggestions if I can’t decide on something. I’ve had manicures and pedicures with gel polish and they always last a long time! I used Google to find a new place to go to get my nails done. I've had no loyalty or really haven't been happy with any nail salon since moving to London. What a wonderful surprise when found Beautyfini. Top of the line salon. I love Quinn she does a great job mani & pedi shellac. The staffs do not chatter to each other in their language. The salon is very clean and relaxing! Highly recommend this wonderful place, just remember book first.

I'm very picky when it comes to my nails and I find it very hard to find a good technician. Today I had the most beautiful nails done and I absolutely love them!! On arrival the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was offered a drink and sat down at Quyen's table. She is an absolute perfectionist. Thank you, Quyen. The premises is clean, welcoming, cosy, and relaxing. They also have music playing in the background. It's easy to forget you're a 2 minute walk away from the hussle of Canary Wharf. I paid £40 for an acrylic white tip full set, and it took approx 1 hour - please see photos and videos. I didn't feel rushed at all and Quyen really took her time perfecting my nails. She was so thorough. No exaggeration, they're literally perfect. The manager was also lovely and welcoming and asked me if I was happy before I left. I'll definitely be back. Thank you once again.

Came here because of all the high reviews. Yep, this place was OK but I wouldn't give it anywhere near a 5 star. It looks cleaner than your average London nail salon so that's nice but I didn't find the technicians that friendly and reaaaally didn't like how they scrape the excess polish from your skin with their own bare nails. That's weird. And kinda gross. You're basically scratching me. Why not use gloves for one or just use one of those sticks to clean it up? The Shellac manicure I got was decent enough but came off looking really thick, which I don't like. It was £30 which is a reasonable price for the area. Don't think I'd return though but you could give it a try.

Best nails and waxing services in Canary Wharf.I went in there at about 6pm today, expected a long wait but there wasn’t at all. The crew are expert at their skills and nails knowdge. I had my manicure and pedicure done here. The manicure was nicely done by an attentive beautician, but my pedicure (which costed me £35) was done like in 10-15 mins. I am very disappointed as it has become so common for a costumer to just have to pay for a bad "service". The polish on my toes was okey, but in terms of taking care/scrubbing my feet and my toes, I left as I came. The lady who was doing my pedicure only cared about time and numbers, quickly moving to the next costumer. I read positive reviews but the reality is that the service is average as it depends on who will take care of you on the day.

I had sns ombre nails done about 3 weeks ago before I went on holiday and they looked beautiful.However, two days later one of the nails came off, another two days later another nail came off. I emailed the salon straight away with pictures to show what had happened and to evidence a timeline. When I returned from holiday Tom from the salon contacted me, he was very professional and courteous, and apologised for what happened. He offered me a free repeat treatment, which I have had done today. He explained the possible reason why the nails didn't attach as well as they should have. I believe in giving second chances and you can tell the reputation of a business by its customer service, and even though something went wrong the first time round, I have found this salon to be very professional and willing to put things right. This second time my nails lasted 6 weeks and none had fallen off at all, they had just grown out. Very pleased with them.

I had initially written a negative review about this place as they upped the prices one day without enough notice. BUT, the owner called me, spoke to me about it and offered to make it right to me. I have a LOT of time for that. So many places just defend their actions instead of admitting they didn’t do something perfectly and offering the chance to make it right. So bravo to Beautyfini - clearly a small business that cares about their customers and their needs. That’s the type of place I love to come back to. (That and it’s an adorable salon!)
