I have been a client of Camden Nail & Beauty for about 15 years, even before they were in their present location. During this time, if I'm honest I have tried other nail salons in the area, but have always returned. The range of services they offer are quite extensive and always with the latest techniques and products, and Jenny is absolutely the best of technicians. Through the years I have referred many of my friends and colleagues for various treatments and every one of them were very impressed with not only the service, but also the courtesy received. They care about their clients and always show this. I pass several nail salons closer to me en route to them, but it is worth the extra trek. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're in the area, go on and treat yourself. You won't regret it.

I was recommended by a friend, the shape and finish was nice. However, they did not tend to my overgrown cuticles so when I done these myself at home, they already looked very grown out. There was not enough acrylic so they were very thin and cracked after a few days and they were already falling off. I called and explained this, I don't like to complain but I did not want to pay again after just a week. I went back and was told this would be free, the lady was not very happy that I'd complained so was very rough and off with me. Half way through the service I was told I had to pay! Half price but it was the principle. She explained her manager said as none had actually broken this was the reason and she had not seen the nails, to which I would've gone in and discussed this if I had been asked to. She proceeded to argue with me when I was being polite and blamed the rate my nails grew naturally and told me that I must've had my hands in a lot of water!! I explained I would not be paying for her mistake especially as she had already started and almost finished the infill and you cannot promise a free service then change your mind. Her customer service was appalling. She contined the service and I'm sad to say the second time round it was pretty much prefect. If only she had the same willingness to do so the first time.

I am using this salon for 5 years and the services provided are always to the highest standard. The range or colours of nail polish and gel is impressive,so you can definitely find the one you are looking for, as well as the design you have in your mind can become alive in this place. I have also been doing waxing and eyebrows in there and it has been always done in clean conditions and to the best standards. I would advice this place to all my friends,as people working there are just stars.

I’ve been coming to this Salon for over 5 years now. Family run business. I’ve become close with everyone in there. Service is amazing and thoughtful. I get everything done from my nails to my waxing. All amazing that i don’t go anywhere else. Even when I’m travelling on weeks on end. I’ll wait. It’s only them i trust to do my nails eyebrows and waxing. Def recommend.

Jenny at Camden Nails & Beauty has been keeping my acrylic nails looking well kept and very natural for over 12 years. I'm not a fan of obviously fake nails - so I'm always pleased that everyone thinks they're my own! The salon offers everything from manicures and pedicures to a large range of beauty treatments at the most reasonable prices of anywhere in Central London.

Had an amazing experience at Camden nails & beauty. I went in to have a pedicure, manicure and a lash perm. Staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Apon arrival Jenny the lady who done the treatments on me was proper and concise. She done exactly what I asked for and when I was unsure of things she helped suggest ideas which was very helpful. All products was amazing and I was overly happy with the outcome. Pricing is defiantly affordable compared to other shops in the area. Defiantly making this shop my go to nails and beauty.

Cheap, OK quality. It is not a "expect what you pay for" place, but also - don't expect the service of a £45/50 shellac place. Worth a try if you are looking for a cheap manicure/gel. I go every now and then.

Camden Nails and Beauty is the best. Have been going to this salon for years, also used to go to their previous location. I highly recommend nail and beauty treatments. Staff are very attentive and careful and the quality of the mani / pedicure is terrific. I have a polish change every week! Also recommend the beauty treatments including eyebrow threading, waxing and facials - it has become my one stop shop. The shop is clean and very comfortable. Great service every time!

I went here today during my lunch break. I was a bit worried by the reviews, but since it's so close to my office, I figured I might as well give it a go. I made an appointment in the morning for a noon gel pedicure. I had wanted to do a gel manicure as well, but didn't think I'd have enough time. I arrived at noon, and they offered to do a gel manicure concurrently with my pedicure. I was out by 12:37 (this includes the time I spent walking to the cash point to get cash afterwards - it's cash only, FYI). The staff were very friendly and welcoming and I will definitely go again. I'm happy with both my gel mani and pedi and the prices are reasonable.

Camden Nail and Beauty is one of my ‘go to’ salons when Im in or around Camden, they are great at doing nails and can ALWAYS fit you in, its a nice friendly environment. I’ve had my nails done at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge at their Nails Inc bar, but prefer my mani/pedi at Camden Nail & Beauty, so reasonably priced for the quality of work they do. Jenny the beautician is also fab, very knowledgable and so friendly, I always get my lashes down with her, again really reasonably priced for the quality of work, and always such a fun time with her when i get them done, she also does eyebrows, waxing and so much more…a great salon for the prices they charge

I love going to this salon, I will travel on the bus just to get there. The staff are all friendly and good at what they do. The beautician is lovely and very professional. I have tried other nail salons but this is the best I have found. Prices are very reasonable which is a bonus.

I usually go to this salon for my manis and pedis and sometimes eyebrow wax. They do a good job with regular manis and gel as well. As of late they've been busy and when I don't book an appointment, they make me wait but don't give any indication of how long it'll be. Sometimes it reaches up to half an hour. Basically this place does good and relatively cheap manis but there is hardly good customer service and virtually no customer interaction.
