Out of all the nail salons I’ve gone to in various different countries, this is by my favorite. The staff is so friendly, very talented and always makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your nails. I recommend this salon to all my friends and I know that they now consider this place their regular nail salon.

This is the only place I will go for my nails. Affordable and they just do the best job of any place I've been in London - my shellac always stays in at least 2 weeks and sometimes longer. Ask for Chloe for a great pedicure or Viv for a manicure, especially if you want anything like nail art. Always call to book, especially at weekends as it does get really busy.

I had a french manicure done from her and I absolutely love them! The lady did a superb job, took her time and great attention to detail on the tips. Definitely great value for money and great manicure! The only cons was that I've booked in advance, I didn't get a seat on a manicure area (they only have 3 manicure seats) but they did my nails on the pedicure seat area. I had to balance the UV nail drier on my legs throughout the whole service, towards the end of the service my legs become quite uncomfortable.

I love this salon! It might look very basic from the outside, but it actually provides all mani/pedi services and an incredible variety of high quality nail polish colours! The staff is super kind and professional, and after just few times you go they remember your name and how you like your nails done. I recommended this place to many friends and they all had a great service. I would suggest to book in advance as it is small and very popular!

Love this place. Clean, massive colour range, run by a team of hardworking ninja technicians who do the fastest high quality manicures in east London. I’m not the only one who thinks this as you almost always have to book. It does take a while to get to know the team but that’s because they work so hard - nonstop. If you’re looking for a place to hang around while someone makes you tea and strokes your hand this isn’t the place for you. Need to get your nails done on your way some where, I’d be curious to know if there’s anywhere better than this place.

Creative Nails is a very welcoming nail salon, with friendly nail technicians they go out their way to make sure you are getting the best treatment possible, this will include making sure you are ok, having a general chat to make you comfortable and that you are happy with the style/length you have chosen. You will never feel like your time is being rushed to get to the next person, they are efficient which is great to see and with the huge choice of colour range there will definitely be something for you. I’ve been coming here for a while now and have always received great service and don’t intend to change. I would 100% recommend if you haven’t come before, you won’t be disappointed

This place is a bit hit and miss as it depends who does your nails. The good: prices are competitive, they have a good selection of varnish and they do a loyalty card that after a number of visits gives you money off. The bad: it gets busy and it's advisable to book. It's only reasonably clean - last time I spotted people's nails lying around, and it seems they caress the basins they use for pedicures rather than scrub them. the place is small and feels cramped. The ugly: during my last visit the lady who served me caused my cuticles to bleed, and my cuticles seemed infected. She was also unbelievably slow and very distracted throughout. I have been three times so far and will give it another shot but they could do better.

The shellac pedicure I had was kind of expensive considering there were no exfoliation/massage elements and it was all very rushed, but manicures are quick, high quality and no-frills. It can get extremely crowded on weekends and they don't turn anyone away, so be prepared to wait, and to wait surrounded by others too! Cash only.

I have been going here for years, apparently just after they first opened. they were my local salon but I have since moved in 2015 and I still travel back whenever I need my pedi and shellac mani doing. Im a fussy b, and I have been to salons in other parts of the uk or posh ones when abroad but I still rate creative nails as the best - I see vivienne, chloe and sandy. Friendly staff and loads of colour choices and techniques

I’ve been coming here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great nail technicians who all take real care. Personally I’d recommend Chloe (excellent pedicure) but you can’t go wrong with any of them.

I was in need of a new nail bar and started looking around on the internet at reviews. I was a bit sceptical after reading some of the reviews but thought I’d give it a go anyway. My experience couldn’t have been better! The atmosphere was friendly and warm, and the nail technician paid great attention to detail – which is something that has been hard for me to find in a nail bar so far. I would highly recommend this spot and I am a loyal customer from here on.

Great place to get your nails done, have a nice chat with the staff and enjoy a pedicure whilst you're at it. It's usually very busy so definitely make a booking if you can. They also do gels and SNS nails too.

Searching for a nail bar I was happy with after relocating back to London last year was my mission for a few months until I finally stumbled upon creative nails and got myself attached to Viv as my nail technician but sadly, only a 2 star review now as my experience lately has been poor. Viv is no longer available and standards have dropped, my gel starts to peel the very first day I get it done, refill don’t last long either, my last pedicure by a lady took only 20mins, she just filed and painted my nails, no time spent on cuticles, scrubbing properly etc and when u express dissatisfaction, ladies truly don’t care, speak in their language and make u feel unwelcome. Viv, wherever you are, go back to the store as I have now had to start searching for a new place. The ladies left have no idea what customer service is! Disappointed, as I was really happy with Viv! Edited: now back up from 2 to 4stars as Viv called and she is back at work, all is well with my nails again! Thanks Viv! x

They are (1) professional (2) ask questions about what you are looking for and take care to listen to your responses (ie what shape or type of colour you are looking for and (3) friendly.

Plastic screen grazed the top of my hands when I do shellac (Ie in the little hole you put your hands in over the drying machine). The entire underside of the hole needs taping to prevent this
