Very hot sauna, there's water just outside the door and you can help yourself at anytime. Scrub was very strong, they throw buckets of water to wash the dead skin away at exactly the perfect right temperature. You can then choose between three different body masks: honey, coffee and chocolate. Body massage wasn't great, felt a bit improvised, but overall the ladies were lovely and always making sure we were comfortable. The shower after the treatments instead was terrible: soap dish is better than those shampoo and conditioner. Which sounds like a joke, since there's a hairdresser on the ground level (or maybe that's why?). Changing room very tiny but there's not supposed to be more than three people at the same time so kind of ok...

Hammam experience was lovely, Lena was very professional and explained to me the following steps so I knew what to expect. Steam, scrub, soap massage and body mask. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again. 😍 The whole place is beautiful has a lovely ambiance to it... 🥰

The Crystal Palace spa was really beautiful, a bit old but beautiful. The changing rooms are small, there is no privacy and also need a bit of DIY. We didn’t know what we were having in the beginning as it was our first time there and the lady didn’t explain if we were having the Moroccan bath or the Turkish hammam. The spa was really relaxing, we went first to the steam room and then on the massage room where we had a full body mask and soap and a body massage, it was really relaxing with beautiful music, beautiful lighting, staff was really professional and the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend this place with the voucher because with a voucher you get half price if you pay full price I will not recommend it but with a voucher yes

We had a wonderful time in the Turkish spa. The entrance is very deceiving. You would think this is a small place but it is surprisingly big. Loads of marble and traditional Turkish spa. The experience was relaxing and we all came away with glowing skin. Alisha made us feel very welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

As you enter you are welcomed by a lady who seat's you in the waiting area with Turkish music in a very cosy Turkish room. Your journey has started. Amazing !! is all I can say, thank you Alexandra and Maria for a lovely day we were pampered from head to toe with chocolate. You need to experience. Most highly recommend.

I purchased the 90 minute Turkish hammam/Moroccan bath experience where i had time to soak in the steam room, get scrubbed and have a fully body mask applied on my body, and then be treated to a lovely hot drink in the relaxation area. Would 100% return and recommend / the dead skin removed is worth it!

Turkish bath was AMAZING and Julia did a fantastic job. However, it was very loud and I somewhat naively didn't realise my hair would be getting drenched so didn't bring anything required to sort my hair out after. As such, I went upstairs to the hairdressing section and asked for my hair to be washed and blowdried. There were facilities to do this downstairs but I didn't bring a hairbrush or any of my hair products so I expected this upstairs. NOT A SINGLE PRODUCT WAS USED, no oil, heat protectant, nothing. Wash was so violent and it was clear she didn't care how she was rough handling me. In the end I was charged £30 for a wash and blowdry with no niceties or anything and a miserable expression the entire time. Massive rip off, so: you will be getting your hair soaked, bring your hair products.

Really enjoyed it here, very professional and welcoming and had the privacy I needed. I wasnt keen lying on the stone table for 10 minutes with the mud mask but only because it was going in my eyes. Maybe they could place a warm flannel on your face at that point? It was well worth it and I will definitely return! Nice tea afterwards too :)

To summarise the process, first You go to a steam room, then you lay on heated marble, get scrubbed from head to toe with a loofah/sponge, then you get doused in warm water, and then get soaped up in organic olive soap, and then more hot water, a full body massage. The girls were good and polite.

The place is very small and the layout makes it difficult for customers to understand where they need to go. A guy was wondering around randomly opening doors looking for his girlfriend. I was moved from one changing room to the other. Overall, after the sauna, scrub, massage, mask and shower, which were up to standard, customers were rushed outside. I have been to other Turkish baths which offered the the same service but everything was better organised.

Very professional, spotless facilities. Skin was left as soft as a babies bottom. I love that they have a ladies only on day which is a Tuesday. I loved everything about it and will be making my regular visits.

I just love the Crystal Palace Spa . The privacy of the Hanman rooms good for you and your partner or your friend. We go there on our birthday as a treat to ourselves. They have always got special offers on. And the prices are reasonable. I've actually been to other ones and I just feel a lot more comfortable at the crystal palace so. Oh my god. The treatment I received was amazing. The young girl who was Eastern European, didn't tell me her name and if she had said it, I apologise for not hearing it. She had a heavy accent and I just managed to understand the instruction prior to my Full Body Mud mask. Nevertheless, she made me very relaxed and comfortable. The treatment was throughly done. I came out of there cleanse, revitalised and relaxed. I have never had a massage in my life because I always feel that it's a waste but I am glad I went along to this birthday gift my brother offered me. I will be back. I would recommend this place 100%

Went there for a Turkish Hammam experience, I have to admit it was amazing. I have been thoroughly scrubbed and my skin thanks them for it! Still feels amazingly smooth 3 days later. The staff were very nice and explained how everything would run beforehand, which was very helpful as we were not sure what to expect being Hammam virgins lol. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash thankfully as it didn't even occur to us that we would need it. There were flip flops available if u didn't bring your own (I forgot mine on the day) and they provide fresh towels for a small fee if you don't bring your own.

«Always professional and friendly» I have been coming here for well over 2 years and have always had a pleasant experience. The stuff very helpful and friendly!! I love the “dip” nails service, because I use to it in my country and I m very happy that I found Crystal Palace spa’ nails technician)) I always do OPI gel manicure 💅 by very qualified specialist Oxana and it’s lasts so much longer (almost 3 weeks) than regular polish. I’m highly recommend this place because the manicurists & pedicurists are highly skilled, careful and conditions always hygienic.

My daughter treated me for my birthday. Our appointment was booked for a later time but we arrived 30 mins early. We were sent to the steam room first, for just 10 mins then for our treatment but everything was so rushed that we didn't feel relaxed or we had good use of the steam room. The treatment was ok.

I went for a hammam and it was the best experience I've had in a long time .Friendly staff and good facilities. 15 minutes steam room followed by body scrub, wash with soap and massage. Then they mask you and you shower. Definitely be going a second time .

I booked a voucher for a hamman spa for me and my boyfriend. We had a lovely experience and had great fun. I just found the time in the steam room was not enough, I think we only had 10/15 mins. I think we should have stayed longer. And one more thing, the voucher included a tea but we never received a tea :( so this was a shame as it would have felt nice to relax at the end with a tea. All in all was a good experience and we would definitely go back and recommend this place. The voucher was good value for money.

He is an international celebrity barber for men who appreciate his talents and skill. He has a great team with an excellent work ethic. Always friendly with their customers and very accomodating. My son had his first haircut here and always loves coming here. Highly recommended.
