J.Ladies are very nice and welcoming. I felt Honest and reliable service from the first visit when I was asking about face waxing and she advised me otherwise...if it were another place they would just do it for the money. My eyebrows were a mess and they now look full and healthy.

M. S.Price is too high for the quality of this service in my opinion. Hairdresser was friendly but didn't seem very focused. I asked to be gentle but what I had in return was lots of hair that didn't need to fall, just stripped away. Detangling starts from the bottom working the way up, not the opposite! Yes I had tangles, but had to be brushed from the bottom, not from the top! Trim and straight blow dry definitely not worth the 30 pounds. Hair is straight on just the outer side, inner side isn't perfect it is actually quite brittle. Didn't use a heat protection spray, which is very basic when blow drying at such high heat. Again, really sorry but too pricy for the service I received. There is much to be improved.
P. B.Great colour and blow- dry, have been using Lidia for years. Beautician Marzgena does great nails and very precise with eyebrow shaping and tint.
