I have been a client of EF Medispa for over 12 years and have both facials and body treatments - they are ahead of the curve in terms of the advanced technology and very latest equipment and machines they use. The treatments are always personally adapted to my specifics needs. I cannot recommend highly enough Edyta who has been my beautician for about 3 years. She knows exactly what my skin requires and helps me pick the most perfectly adapted treatments. I am always delighted by the results - which probably explains why I don’t go anywhere else.

I was concerned at the excess weight around my neck. The EF Medispa website highlighted a number of possible treatments but as a 53 year male, I was a little cynical about the claimed benefits and the overall costs. I wanted to find out more though and, after lots of research, I attended the clinic in Kensington and met with Zoe Sheard, Treatment Coordinator. That first meeting really convinced me because Zoe made it just a conversation. Engaging, professional, interesting and no sales pitch whatsoever. Just a good explanation of the treatment options, very clear on all the pros and cons and a completely transparent pricing structure. Following up later, I elected a fat freeze on my neck and what a difference it has made. Everyone notices and compliments me on the change, really motivating me to address other aspects of my previously unhealthy life style. Zoe and I had discussed other possible courses of treatment but so successful was the fat freeze, we both agreed that the other work was no longer required. I will certainly be back in the future though and I cannot recommend EF Medispa highly enough, especially Zoe and all the team at the Kensington clinic. If you are thinking about having treatment done, please consider using them and simply enjoy their experience and customer focus. It will be so worth it.

I booked in for a Saturday afternoon facial in the Kensington Church Street EF MediSpa. It was a lovely experience from beginning to end. I was recommended a facial that included light therapy by the very knowledgeable and sweet therapist Magdalena. The treatment was relaxing but also thorough. I didn't need to worry about any redness afterwards either as my skin was calm and glowing. A very professional, clean and pampering experience. Highly recommended and would definitely come again, and to also experience their other treatments. They know their stuff!

This location (Kensington) is great. Super friendly staff and overall soothing ambience. I can’t over emphasise the 5 star treatment I have received from the staff of EF Medispa. From the ladies at the desk who book convenient times to fit my busy schedule to the initial consultation and subsequent consultations with the Doctor to the care nurses. The most appreciated gesture is the honesty of what results are realistic and deliver as promised. The aftercare is excellent. The ladies are superb. They genuinely care and all together make (one’s treatment/procedure) a brilliant holistic experience however long it takes. They would always be my number 1 choice except they don’t offer the treatment I require. I have in fact booked again even though I am barely out of recovery. Worth the cost!

Really great people and serive. As i walked in, the staff were nice and welcoming, offering drinks on my arrival. Made me feel comfortable. The therapist were really nice and professional. I had a nurse, Serena, she was really nice and pleasant. She went through all medical questions and explains the treatment process. As I was going for the treatment of rioblush (stretch marks) they informed me that needles were involve which I'm not a big fan of. But they made me feel at easy and it was a really great treatment. As for the treatment outcome; you will feel a little sore but it is not painful, at all. Results- I feel like it does work and I can see results. I would deffinentaly go back And recommend others to go there too. Amazing people and amazing work.

I had a great experience yesterday at EF Medispa on Kensington Church Street. From the moment I walked into the beautiful spa I felt looked after and pampered. The receptionists were helpful, honest and knowledgeable about their range of treatments. The treatment I had booked was called T shape which is on the legs. Great treatment which was like nothing I'd had before but at the same time very relaxing. Magda, who did the treatment explained in full detail about what was happening and what the benefits were, answering all my questions. I left the spa very relaxed and my legs certainly look firmer and smoother. I will definitely go back to this spa. Well worth it and a great array of treatments to choose from. Thanks.

I recently attended this clinic for the T shape treatment for my cellulite and I can't praise it enough. The staff are all lovely and friendly. The clinic itself is spotless and in a very convenient location. And the T shape treatment has made a big difference on my cellulite. I love everyone that works in this Medispa clinic Kensington. Dr. Katerina is great and so are all her staff. Serena especially! Everyone was attentive and professional, all my questions were answered. I don’t reside in the UK so my initial enquiries were by phone and email, Zoe Sheard a highly experienced member of staff advised and guided me through the whole process accordingly. I was always very comfortable while in the clinic. I had vaser liposuction of the abdomen and flanks a little under 2 months ago. I hoped to be fully healed by now-- I've read over the literature given to me and final results of this procedure may take 6 months or even longer. I feel like I'm still healing, and my body will take as long as it needs for the complete benefits to fully manifest. However, my impatience and a mere 'satisfied' rating of my experience has to do with my recovery following my procedure and not with my physician and her staff. In fact, I'd say they were impeccable every step of the way. My body is still changing, for sure, Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend my doctor to anyone and everyone seeking to improve their physical appearance and personal physical expression. The results started to show very soon after procedure. I am continuing to see results. Huge difference after my Femi lift procedure. Thank you Dr Asel I love it!

I had a Pressotherapy session at EF Medispa Kensington which was so relaxing, I fell asleep! I felt great after the session, like I'd had a really good leg massage. I suffer from a lot of pain in my left knee and this really helped to relieve tension after a month of a lot of running and biking. The salon was beautifully clean, welcoming and all of the staff were really friendly. Will go again, looking forward to trying out the IV vitamin treatments!

I have been attending this clinic now for 2 years since I was starting to develop 'jowls' and although then approaching 70, I did not like the look of them! I have been having regular Quicklift and more recently in combination with radio frequency and my jawline is much better. I know that they could do even more to improve my appearance but having psoriasis I am concerned to avoid needles and fillers in my face since I know I develop psoriatic patches at the site of trauma. However this treatment is working and I am grateful for the professionalism and kindness of all the staff. Their products are also much better and in fact cheaper than others I have purchased in the past!!

I have been a client, having treatments and EF Medi Spa for the past three years. I have had Radio Frequency for firming and tightening of skin on my thighs and seen an improvement; I have had microfirm on scars after a breast lift operation and seen an improvement. And as I dance a lot I have had TShape on my legs which has helped the tone of my calves with the added benefit of lymphatic drainage which as I suffer from a tendency to inflammation, has made me feel much better and able to dance more! The receptionists booking the appointments are very flexible and helpful and the therapists who have done the treatments have been skilled and ambitious for me to get an improvement. I would like to share my wonderful 5* experience for my facial peel treatment I had at EF Spa, Kensington. I was welcomed at the front desk by a friendly face which set the president for the following 60mins. I completed a thorough consultation and back ground medical history form. I felt that the therapists liked to act on the air of caution to provide the most suitable and complementing treatment specifically for the client. My therapist Kristina, came and introduced herself and led me up many many stairs to the clinical but very comfortable treatment room. There we chatted about what I wanted to achieve, my current facial rountine and the various products I use along with possible alternatives. The 60 minutes passed so quickly but I have to say my skin felt so super soft, fresh and clear that she Kristina and her postions had truly worked they’re magic. OMG! Jade is the skin queen!! My face has been in pieces since coming off the pill and she has literally saved its life and mine! Jade recommended having chemical peels to clear my congestion and even out my skin tone which had become red, angry and blotchy. She was super professional and talked me through the entire process which eased my nerves. She prepped my face and used an LED light before applying the good stuff. The peel itself feels very hot for a few minutes but she fanned my face for comfort. Within a week a could see my brand new baby face and I’m in love. Not only is my blotchiness clearer but my skin looks healthier, firmer and younger. People have actually asked me if I’ve had Botox! As you can imagine the self confidence is through the roof. Jade also gave me after care serums, moisturiser, spf and cleanser for at home which really helped and completed the treatment. I can’t wait to see the result at the end of my course as my skin is looking SO good already. For anyone having skin woes I can’t recommend Jade enough!! You can thank me later :)

I have been suffering with melasma for years, dark pigmentation all over my forehead. I have spent thousands on products, peels and lasers in many clinics over the years, but it has just seemed to make my problem worse. I felt quite defeated when I visited Ef medispa, but my consultant listened to my concerns and managed to convince me into a one month long peel program. Including all products and treatments for a month. The treatment didn't come cheap but I would do it again, the results are incredible, my melasma is almost completely gone! I also felt so supported throughout my treatments, the consultant was always there to talk to when I came in and my therapist was just great. I wish I had known about this years ago and not wasted my time and money on things that made no difference!

I approached EF Medispa Kensington a week before my wedding because I had had enough of living with acne. It was unmanageable and the stress of the wedding wasn't making it any better. I approached it thinking they will offer me a facial and leave me to be. I've had such experiences before where I told them I want a facial to help with my active acne and instead of telling me that it won't clear they were happy to apply hundreds of oily products to my face and say it will be gone within a week. Although I thought the same would happen here I had completely the opposite offered to me. I went in for a consultation to talk about different facials that may help me instead I had the greatest opportunity to meet someone honest who said straight up that a facial wouldn't fix this and I had to be patient and trust her. So I did. She offered me the dermaquest products and told me I needed a medical treatment to manage my acne first before any facial can be considered. I went for it. And I can honestly say it was the best decision I made. Of course I still had acne on my wedding day :( but my face wasn't oily and most of my acne had dried up so it was pretty incredible to see it all go away. Zoe also offered the Led light therapy for me but I couldn't go for it straight after the wedding - as you can imagine I was broke. But I'm definitely going to keep seeing Zoe and EF Medispa Kensington branch. In fact I was there the other day to replace my finished products and for a tinted suncream. Honestly speaking my experience has been a good one so far. I can't find anything to fault them on. Zoe is so polite and kind and most importantly honest - a quality that's hard to find these days. And it's even better when you know that you're speaking to people who appreciate you're situation. I wasn't forced to buy anything. She offered me the products took me through them and checked on me to see how my progress was. Also the front staff are very friendly and answer any queries you have. I will be approaching them soon to discuss what we can do with the scars left on my face. I'm really happy so far with the result and I'd definitely recommend that anyone with acne to visit Zoe and EF medispa Kensington.

Just over a week ago I had a facial at the EF MediSpa at Kensington Church Street and it was a fantastic experience and really delivered in terms of improvements to the look and feel of the skin on my face. On the recommendation of my therapist (Magda), I had a Pomegranate Skin Peel, this is one of the lighter peels that is on offer at the spa. Magda explained that the peel would even out the top layers of the skin and would encourage collagen production. The peel tingled a little and I was concerned my face would be red afterwards, but my skin was glowing and looked very fresh. I would definitely have another peel - it's really helped refine the skin on my face. A week on my skin looks much smoother and clearer. Magda was knowledgeable, attentive and keen to understand more about me and my skin concerns. Highly recommended and would definitely come again, and to also experience their other treatments. I’ve visited Dr. Katerina Charakida for several things and I highly recommend her! First time I visited her for my stretch marks, which had covered all of my arms and chest. We did a treatment with lazer and dermaroller and the results are amazing with almost all the stretch marks gone. It was so bad before the treatment and although initially Katerina had warned me that I should expect a 60% improvement, she never gave up and now I am almost stretch mark free! I was very impressed about her work and decided to do Vaser liposuction on my tummy, sides and arms and my life has completely changed after that! I now have a new body and Katerina gave me the waist I’ve been dreaming all my life! I can now lift my arms without thinking about the unnecessary fat hanging out! The procedure itself was not painful at all but it did take some time to recover and get used to the idea of wearing the garment for a couple of months. I was scared that I will do something wrong and was in contact with her almost daily and she stood by me as a friend and as a doctor! I have friends who have done the same procedure with other doctors and their aftercare was very poor with a couple of visits only after the procedure and then letting them live with the result no matter what that is! Katerina asked to see me every week for a few months after the procedure to make sure that everything was perfect. 8 months later I can say that I have a totally different body, more feminine, I can wear anything I like and we are both very proud of the result! Obviously I wanted to do more parts of my body and Katerina refused to, as according to her there was no need. I get the feeling that her work is like creating art for her and this makes me trust her even more. I am happy to give more details on this procedure and share pictures as well for anybody who is thinking about it and would urge you to do it! It’s very important to choose your doctor carefully and make sure you talk to people who have done the procedure with that doctor! Friends of mine visited Katerina for Vaser immediately after they saw my result! Of course I have done other things like botox, hair removal and tranexamic acid injections, which made a burn that looked as a moustache disappear. The results from botox are great! I haven’t lost any of my facial expressions and I can still move all the muscles on my face. In summary, totally recommended!
