Elements have lovely, welcoming and generous staff. I used their nail services today and had a shellac done. They are incredibly talented and have a lot of passion for what they do! They really cater to your individual style whilst making professional recommendations. I would definitely come again. Perfect eyebrow embroidery with Meimei! She’s super professional and very skilled. She can help you design a stye that’s matches you the most. Highly recommend Meimei and eyebrow embroidery at Element Beauty. It saves me lots of time from doing make up and makes me feel a lot more confident. My friend and I were new in London and we wanted to get our nails done for our girls weekend. Every salon was full. When we rang Elements they were happy to take walkins and were so friendly, polite and professional. The salon was very clean with appropriate COVID-19 precautions. Shin did my nails and also applied pearls on them without extra charge. It has been 2 weeks and the pearls and gel nails are all intact with no lifting. I am very impressed. However they may have filed my nails a bit too much and they were very thin in the beginning. They have hardened up in the last 2 weeks. Overall good experience. Highly recommend them.

My nails turned out so cute! I got my nails done at another place before this and I had horribly chipped nails as a result and I just had to fix it. I’m so glad I came here. I showed the nail tech a pic of the nails I wanted and it looks spot on. Is a little pricey but totally worth the price! I recommend it :)

I went in for a massage and ended up doing a manicure as well. Helen did a great job with the deep tissue massage. She is very strong and knows exactly what she is doing. Mai did my nails. I have seriously never been to a better manicurist. She is so kind and sweet and does an a fantastic job. She cleans away all the dead skin cells. My nails have never looked so fresh and clean. She is great with doing designs as well.

My parents came to London for a visit. Some of the manicure my mother had done in China fell off and her hands looked ugly. I happened to see this shop after dinner. The manicurist is very enthusiastic and very kind. My mother’s skin tone is darker, so it’s usually difficult to choose a color. The manicurist’s specially blended color is very beautiful, and it’s rare to see white hands, haha! Mom likes it too! It took about an hour to do it. The manicurist was very careful and patient. He kept trying different colors on my mother until she was satisfied. The effect was also very good! It has been more than three weeks now and there is no trace of it falling off at all! Next time I will come over and do it myself haha!

Not only did I receive an amazing manicure, I ended up having a full body massage and foot massage - all treatments were amazing and the ladies were so lovely!!
