E. M.I am sure you can make your own conclusions looking at pictures and decide if that's what you want:
2 days after pedicure and full set of acrylic ( the real quality of nails appear in few days when all oils goes off and cuticles start lifting..)
I could see that lady doing my nails definitely had skills and experience to do it better, yet was rushing like crazy and didn't seem being happy to do what she is doing in general. The results are adequate;)
The salon looks tidy, staff is kind including all the ambience and this can be a little misleading for a new customer. But in the end of the day I will walk away and live for the next 4 weeks with good looking hands ( or not), but not the aura of customer service. If honestly, I don't care how the nail technician or salon looks like, or how polite everyone is. I care only about the quality of work.
I am the type of customer that would spend extra hour in the salon and spend additional 10-20£ pounds if knew all will be done nicely.
R. A.Reading some of these reviews on flawless in east india dock road is shocking. It is basically the opposite of what people have said. I dont know if they got the wrong company. Anyway all I can say is I come to flawless everytime I need to get my nails and pedicure not once have I been disappointed with the service and treatment I got. Today after along time i have got my nails done and am very impressed. Lilly and her staff really accomadated my needs and listened to me thoroughly so that I was happy with my treatment. Keep up the hardwork guys. Will definitely recommend and return back for my next treatment soon.

R. K.I have been coming here for the last four years to do my nails and all of their staff and treatments are impeccable. I come every two weeks and each time the results are perfect. I usually sit with Helen who always knows exactly what I want and is so skilled -- as is everyone else who works here. I would highly recommend: I have gotten pedicures, extensions, polish manicures and they have always turned out amazing. Excellent service.
