Giving this 3 stars as have been here twice - first time was great, second was terrible. The girl was 7 minutes late (so my appointment was then rushed), no apology, incredibly rude in her communication. The whole process was very poor, left with a few cuticles bleeding, nail polish very messy - to try and remove some of the excess polish, she used a clipper to cut off my skin directly! Will not be returning given how over priced the services are

I do like this salon it’s always nice,clean and relaxing. I’ve tried several salons previously and this has to be the best one. I tend to have Suraya do my waxing and nails.She’s very professional and a lovely person to speak too. I always look forward to our catch ups.

Had an amazing manicure with a young nail technician. She really has some amazing knowledge. She was fast but still gave me a beautiful manicure. Definitely will be coming back there for pedicures and would love to try their facials.

I just moved to the area and my sister in law brought me here a few months ago when visiting, so once moved I decided to come back! They did not disappoint! The massage was GREAT! Most places rush it and that's the BEST part! They were very meticulous about my nails, making sure they were perfect! The place is beautiful and very clean! Service was excellent! I have been going to this salon for over a year now, and have had my nails done with all the girls, and they all do a fantastic manicure. They are attentive to your needs, professional yet in a friendly manner. The salon is also very lovely. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Had a Shellac manicure & pedicure and I honestly think it’s the best I’ve ever had. The salon is gorgeous and it was the little touches like the hand and foot massages, the attention to detail and care taken that really impressed me. Will definitely be back!

Went here for my daughters birthday treat (treated myself too); such lovely lasses. Warm, welcoming and engaging without being intrusive. Sadly didn’t get the names of the two that did our mediPedi but they did a fabulous job painlessly smoothing away the soles and jazzing up the nails, whilst sharing some good foot skin knowledge (do’s & don't). We’re not local to this branch so it’s not that likely to be back but if we were, then would return in a blink. Thanks Imagine - Clapham x

I'm glad this has reopened. For the last few months I have gone elsewhere whilst it has been refurbished for my pedicures. My pedicure does last quite a long time going here. Also, my big toe was hurting me and they knew straight away it was due to an ingrown toe nail which none of the previous salons noticed even though I said it was hurting me. Besides that, the cut, colour and length and everything else was great. Will be going back again.

I started going to Images on the pavement just by Clapham Common station as it was a 5 minute walk away from me . I have since moved home but will not go anywhere else ! I always come out feeling fabulous with great chatter with the ladies who work there and keep a very cheery environment . I have had the standard manicure/pedicures , the gel ones and even tried their waxing services and have left pampered and happy every time . They have fabulous offers going on throughout the week and will always try to accommodate when I pop in for a quick colour if I had not booked an appointment . Can't rate this place more ! :)

For the money they are charging, they should have better services. Pretty basic/ average. Also the massage room was tiny and I could hear the noise from the rest of the shop. I had the full body massage for 1 hour and they did for 45-50 minutes. It was good but there is space for improvement. Also, the tips they are basically making you give are extremely pricey. I will not be coming again.

I have always been a skeptic when it comes to having my lashes done as I've been to a few places that were pretty mediocre. But I have to say I was very impressed with my treatment here at IMAGES. I had a LVL Lash lift done by Tahmina (I hope I spelt her name right 😖) and I was so impressed with how it turned out. I'm Asian and my lashes are poker straight as you can see in the picture. After the treatment was done, straight away I could see a noticeable difference! My eyes looked more opened and my lashes were finally curled! Goodbye eyelash curlers! Ladies, if you want to spend an extra 5 minutes in bed or even use that time to make yourself a cup of coffee, because let's face it, those early starts are the hardest. I recommend on getting a lash lift. It will knock some time off getting ready in the morning and will allow you to focus on preparing yourself for the long day ahead 😁.

I went here out of desperation as I didn't have time to go to my usual salon and I regret it. Got a signature gel mani and the lady butchered my cuticles (one finger is bleeding) and the polish is messy. Will not be returning.
