I was over the moon with my treatment. Marie was fantastic - very friendly, professional, caring & attentive as well as it being a lovely environment & clean. Even the lemon water was delicious! Hidden gem bit tucked away but well worth the visit :) my feet are so soft & smooth, she really worked hard to get rid of the rough skin. And great selection of colours.

I went here yesterday and had the most amazing and relaxing time ever. It was my first time ever going to a boutique to get my pedicure and facial done and I would recommend this place 100%. Marie was so kind and she was working alone that day but managed to still give me the best experience possible. The pedicure is so worth it, my feet are so soft and clean I seriously can’t stop looking at them and my facial was amazing. My skin feels so clean and looks brighter. The back and neck massage was so relaxing and makes you feel so good after. This is the first boutique I’ve come to and I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else after this amazing experience. Hands down the best facial I have ever had! From start to finish I was amazed by everything, the sheer knowledge and passion for what they do is out of this world. I would not change one thing about my experience. I went in with dark dull skin and now look like a new person. I cannot stop looking in the mirror at how good my skin looks. I booked a medical pedicure to take care of my horrible post-lockdown feet (which I thought were hopeless!) and I am so very pleased with the results! Most salons in London will say they do medical pedicures and it’s basically just an expensive pedicure with a foot message. Marie really put the effort in to make sure my feet were in perfect shape, including removing my corns. She was also super professional and friendly and the salon was spotless with all the proper Covid measures in place which made me feel a lot better as this was my first salon visit and was a little anxious. InáStar is my new favourite place to do my nails. Staff is very profesional and would go out of their way in order to advise and make your thoughts reality. Very quick and profesional work that lo amazing. I'm very picky with my nails and always have tons of ideas for manicure design. Finally, found a studio which is patient and excited as I'm for nail art. The first time I went their the session took longer then expected Marie stayed overtime and was so friendly and warm!! Would deffinetely recommend!

This new salon is so nice and Marie is a gem! I came for a facial with my mum and she gave us so much of her time explaining the different treatments and making sure we had something that was personalised for our own skin types. The products are great and my skin is now glowing!! We were made to feel at home while we waited and we weren't rushed which made the whole morning very relaxing. Thanks Marie :)

Have been twice to this salon, once for a gel mani pedi and today for a massage. It’s always Marie that has provided the services. She’s the owner of the salon and it’s incredible how talented she is at different kinds of services. The salon is always impecable and she is a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommended!!

My haircut experience was good but I don’t think i will go back as i was charged more than i was told. It was pre booked and the price was confirmed. After the service was given i was told to pay more as my hair was thick. It was never mentioned before that the price may vary according to thickness and length. That was very unprofessional and kind of felt overpriced for a dry haircut in comparison to other haircut salons. These 3 stars are for the styler who did her job quite nicely. Not recommending to others sorry.
