My mother is not someone who typically has facials or makes time for herself, however after my aunt gifted her a facial with Jennifer, she hasn’t looked back! My sister and I noticed such a difference in the brightness and tightness of her skin after only two facials. After us complimenting her so much, she gifted us both a facial with Jennifer so we could try it for ourselves. The experience was such a treat! Jennifer is extremely professional and has fantastic knowledge of the Tropic products she uses, all of which are vegan, cruelty free and carbon neutral. This is something I look for personally when choosing what I put on my skin! She makes you feel comfortable and welcome and tailors the whole facial to your skins needs. Her therapy room is warm and peaceful, and the perfect place to take an hour totally for you! Both my sister and I now use all of the products that Jennifer recommended, and I wouldn’t swap them out for anything. My sister who has suffered with acne scaring for years and tried many peels, facials etc has never seen results like it. In less that 6 months she is now confident to go make-up free all thanks to Jennifer and her wonderful facials and products. Thanks Jennifer!

I just had the best facial ever, Just Jennifer is very gentle and caring. Her knowledge and advice on products and aftercare were over and above what I'd hoped for. I have several issues with my skin, she listened and gave me the most dreamy facial. Her treatment room is so calm and relaxing, I drifted off for a whole hour of pampering and peace. And my skin? I recently had a facial with Jennifer, I was struggling with congested skin and desperately needed help. An absolute master at her craft! Before starting she mentioned as it was a targeted facial it might not be as relaxing as I hoped, that being said, I managed to fully relax and switch off. 2days later and my skin is so much better then I could have hoped. I can’t recommend Jennifer enough. I can’t wait to go back for some reflexology with her.

Jennifer really puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. Her therapy room is very relaxing and calming. Jennifer can tell what issues you have within your body without being prompted when she is carrying out the reflexology treatment. I have been to other therapists but Jennifer is my favourite by far as I always feel relaxed from the moment the treatment starts to the finish. I would totally recommend Jennifer for her reflexology as I always feel so much better within after my treatments with her. Total thumbs up from me!!!!

I had never had reflexology before visiting Jennifer but I’m really glad to have done so. Jennifer was able to pinpoint things I should have been paying attention to day to day, as well as the sessions themselves being very relaxing. I met Jennifer last year when I was given a facial by her as a Christmas present from my mum. The facial with Tropic products was wonderful, as was Jennifer! I have been using the tropic products ever since and have seen a dramatic improvement in my skin- acne under control and a great glow. I was really excited to see on Instagram that Jen does spray tans too- she came to my house to tan myself and a friend before our holiday, and was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the different products and colour options! Jen was also very careful to ensure the tan was even, and provided great aftercare instructions. I was comfortable every step of the way. It is now the morning after my tan (which washes off after 2-3 hours so you don’t ruin your bed sheets!) and love my healthy glow (with no sun patches/streaks/orange!). I would absolutely recommend Jen for facials and tans, and would recommend Tropic to anyone who has problem skin or wants to get the glow!

What a great experience. I had never had reflexology before and went on 4 sessions in over a little bit more than two months. It is deeply relaxing and I was able to learn a lot through our conversation. Jennifer is passionated about her work and I enjoyed her treatment. I believe reflexology helped me with the elimination of toxines and also to understand a bit more about my body and my health in general. I will follow Jennifer's advice as what she read in my feet while working happened to be true everytime. I would highly recommend you try reflexology with Jennifer!

Cannot say enough good things about JustJennifer. I was suffering from oily skin and spots due to hormonal problems and didn’t leave the house without makeup. I started facial treatments with Jennifer and using Tropic products everyday. She talks me through what she's doing and recommends products to buy for my skin type. After the 4th therapy my skin started to be cleaner, smoother every day and now I only wear makeup occasionally. When you suffering from bad skin you can easily forget how you looked like and how was life before. Absolutely love it. Highly recommend if you're looking for fantastic products, perfect facial and a relaxing experience.

I was lucky enough to win a prosecco pamper party with Jennifer and it was so brilliant! Other than my friends and I indulging in bubbles and nibbles, Jennifer gave each of us a facial with Tropic Cosmetics ( all natural, vegan, animal cruelty free!) it was so relaxing and really great to learn more about the products. I can credit Jennifer with transforming my aging skin. Initially we visited her for my teenaged daughter, who was experiencing some breakouts. Following her facial my daughter began using Tropic products and saw a big improvement. I then decided to have a facial from Jennifer too, and she Tropic products appropriate for my skin. Now my daughter and I are both hooked (and my daughter used the make up too). And of course we love that everything is cruelty-free. We've since had additional facials from Jennifer -- an indulgent little treat each time -- and I'm looking forward to more. We've sent friends to Jennifer and they've all raved about her, too. She knows what she's doing and she really cares about your skin and your routine!

Jennifer is such a lovely person and the facials that she performs from her home in East Dulwich or at your home are so relaxing (I often doze off whilst the mask is working it's magic!). My skin always feels amazing after a facial plus I have fallen in love with the Topic skincare products she uses and now use them daily. I could actually feel the Tropic day time eye cream working (ie tightening the skin around my eyes) the first time I used it - I've never experienced that with any other eye cream! I order my Tropic products direct from Jennifer, which makes it a super easy transaction for me and because I live so close she often drops them off or I collect them myself from her house - you don't get better customer service than that! Jennifer is also always very helpful in offering advice. I really can't rate her enough, so here are another five stars ***** :o)

I was drawn to her and her products (Tropic) due to their green credentials and the fact that they are “clean”. She was very kind and very knowledgeable but no hard sell. I’ve only previously had a couple of spray tans and they’ve never worked out well - too patchy, too orange, too unnatural looking. I found Jennifer through a local forum and liked the positive reviews she was getting. She made me feel totally relaxed (not that easy standing naked in paper pants in front of a stranger!) and really listened to what I was after. I was a tad nervous but the resulting tan was natural, even and faded really gradually. All in all a really good experience and one I plan on repeating in the near future.
