I had my hair layered here and I was really impressed with their service and quality! Oltilia washed and massaged my head. It was very relaxing and took away my stress, she was also very sweet and kind. Diana then gave me long layers. She did an excellent job with the layering. I believe that was the best hair cut I had ever received. Both Oltilia and Diana were gentle with my hair/head. I’ve had experiences in other places where they would pull my hair and brush too aggressively. Everything at Khubsoorat was done pleasantly! Thank you ladies!!

In a Covid safe environment. I came for Microdermabrasion facial and waxing. I was looked after all the way through by Daxa. She was lovely and exceptionally professional, just like the rest of the wonderful staff at Khubsoorat during these trying times in the pandemic.

Came to Khubsoorat this morning to have CND Shellac done. I've never been to this salon before, however was instantly impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't have an appointment, but they were very honest with there timings, unlike other salons who will tell you to wait 5 minutes and you will still be waiting 20 minutes later! The salon is spotless and Staff are so friendly and professional, which is very rare to find these days! Daxa introduced me to pigment effect for the first time and was able to help me choose a colour which suits me within minutes. I fell in love with my nails as soon as they were done and can't stop looking at them ! Absolutely loved the experience and will definitely be coming back here from now on! #TeamKhubsoorat

Standards are slipping slightly. There is a new manager and she didn't take much time and care with washing, conditioning and massaging my hair. I went in for a wash and cut. She left me with conditioner in my wet hair and didn't return. Also the hair cut was fine, just not the usual time and care taken. Every customer should have some amount of quality time with one staff member. Mine was a rush job.
