I just had the most AMAZING facial with Ruby. A true professional with a few tricks up her sleeve that I hadn’t seen before. I am immediately booking a full body massage with her for next time. I also love getting my nails done here not only for their expertise but also the banter. Love this Salon!

I went for the full legs strip wax and bikini hot wax. The treatment took around 45-50 min. Rubi explained me what she was planning to do and she tried to reduce discomfort to minimum. She was confident with her techniques. I highly recommend Rubi. Definitely I will come back to this salon as also owner is there when you need advice/consult treatment for you.

Went there with my baby for a book, but they said there were availability immediately and I could go in with baby and pram. I didn’t even need to tell them how I wanted my eyebrows, there results was just beautiful. Will use their service again for sure!

Im new in the area and walked past on my way to the gym, I booked a walk in appointment I had my eye brows done they was so nice! And I just went back in for a full Hollywood wax 10/10 very nice and clean and professional I would definitely recommend

Have been a regular customer of Flash beauty for years and usually pop in for a pamper day on my days off. Always feel warmly welcomed and walk out feeling like a pampered pooch :) Reccomend the anti aging facial and back massage 💆‍♀️

I received a bad haircut from here, however after addressing the issue the owner was nice enough to offer me a promt refound. I would strongley sugest considering a very basic hair cut from this place. The owner asured me that all the other services are very good.

*EYEBROW THREADING - LASH LIFT AND TINT - MINI FACIAL* I absolutely adore this place and it has become my go to for any treatment I need since I moved in the area. Appart for my eyebrows I have never been a "let's go for a treatment" kind of person but every recommendation Kiana has made for me has been spot on and I am all about "self care days" now. I always get my EYEBROW THREADING by Kiana who has helped me grow them and get back to my natural shape and thickness. As well as LASH LIFT and TINT which looked amazing. She is always very caring and attentive and always goes out of her way to accommodate me and my unpredictable schedule. She kindly recommends me different types of treatment that I would need and she is always spot on. Latest was a MINI FACIAL that she kindly recommended for my holiday. Somi was looking after me that day and she she was great. Do run and get one, I could not believe a "mini" facial would include so much: countless masks, massages and of course black head removal. She was very gentle, patient. I can also recommend Somi for eyebrows as she killed it !! and I am very picky on my eyebrows. Overall perfect place for a personalised and warm service. You will become a regular. If you have read all this, have a good day !

The hairdresser, Milena, is very talented and knows exactly how I like my hair. She creates great hairstyles that make me feel really comfortable and pretty! I'm glad Milena the hairdresser now works here, she is the best. I went last Monday and my hair are perfect now. She knows exactly what I needed! I will definitely go back to see her. Great service 👏🏼 More expensive though than their competitors on Tower Bridge Rd and Tanner Street. Nails are great.

Been here since it first opened. Staff are lovely and professional. Best mani and pedi always feel relaxed during and after. I’ve been to a lot of eyebrow places and Kiana always does my eyebrows the best no matter what. Due to work commitments the salon always manages to fit me in to receive any treatment. Highly recommend.

My experience with Milena, the hairdresser there has been simply great. She always came up with the right suggestion for my hair, whether it was an haircut or a new color. Never felt disappointed and I honestly promise the blow dry I got from her lasted forever! I don't even know how she does it. Really recommend this!

This was my first time here and I went during my lunch break to get acrylic nails and eyebrow threading. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The lady doing my eyebrows showed a lot of attention to detail and did an excellent job. However, I was very disappointed with my nails. The first thing I asked the technician was to tidy my cuticles as they are untidy and it didn't look nice. She said she would do it later and proceeded with putting on the nails and covered them in so much powder they looked super thick! I had to ask her to file that down. Then I asked for oval shape which I feel she took too far. Some nails look much thicker than others and with some they look like they are slanting to the side. In the end she didn't do the cuticles saying I didn't need them cut, but I asked for them to be tidied and shaped not cut! I am very unhappy with the appearance and I will be returning to my usual salon to get these removed and redone as it is my sister's wedding this weekend and I can't have nails like this.

I have lived in London for 10 years and tried a lot of places for eyebrow threading and Kiana is the best in London. All of the salon staff are very friendly, most of the clients are regulars which tells you everything - once you come here you won’t want to go anywhere else!

The girls at Flash are so lovely apart from being so good at what they do. I live not far from the salon so I usually pop in to see if they're free for a quick eyebrows threading or underarms waxing. But they do take appointments and call you if in case you're running late to confirm. They specialise in hair and nails as well. I am quite pleased with their services and fair priced too! I highly recommend it.

I got a brazilian wax at Flash, and I was seriously amazed on how well done the job was. The price is really good 24 pounds, that is the option with stripes (if you take the hot wax it is more expensive, 30 pounds), but honestly for a person that is extremely sensitive I felt absolutely no pain at any moment during the treatment! This isn't a half fast job, you are well taken care off, the beautician makes sure everything is good. I will definetly keep coming here from now on!
