J. B.I really liked my experience at Lilis. They accommodated my late request to change due to illness and a sprained ankle which I was so grateful for. They did a fab job on my hair colour, I asked for balayage and showed some pictures, they understood what I wanted and it turned out cool as they mixed some different toners to give the rose gold colour I was looking for. I was just so sorry I couldn’t stay long enough for them to get their “after” picture as I had to leave to get somewhere on time. They are very courteous, professional and the place is spotlessly clean too, recommended! :)

The place was very clean and bright. My manicure is flawless. Everyone is super friendly and nice! I highly recomend it! Great experience!

The lady who did my massage did an excellent job, I literally feel asleep. She checked my comfort regarding the pressure she was using over all she made me feel very relaxed.

Clean, sparkling and massive beauty salon. The team makes you feel welcome by offering hot and cold drink.
I have been there several times and had treatments such as keratin, nano keratin, haircut and massage at Lili London.
First time I had Keratin treatment and I can’t be happier about that. Lili knows what is she doing, absolutely professional.
Second time I had a hair cut.
The interesting thing is they pay attention to details that’s I like about them.
Massage was a amazing experience and straight away booked for next session.
If you like to look around they are happy to give you a tour.
Do I recommend this salon? Of course, Yes.
Will I go back there? Absolutely yes.

This was my first time at this salon. I went for a full body massage by Zara. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! From the moment I stepped into the place, I felt welcomed and made comfortable. All the staff made a point to greet me. The place was clean, COVID safe and you could tell it was high quality.
Zara was attentive and friendly making me feel relaxed and comfortable. I’m no expert with massages, but I felt like a new woman when I came out. Zara has magic hands! Thank you so much Lili team! I will certainly be back and will recommend you to my friends.

I was so impressed with the place and staff that I decided to book me and my mum in to have a treat day on the day before my wedding. Im glad I did that!
We did so many treatments, from hair colouring to massages, nails to eyebrows and each single one was excellent. Once you are there they make you feel very special and welcome, something that is not very easy to find these days.
The place is really clean and tidy, they have a selection of cold and hot drinks and they are always making sure that you are comfortable.

M.I have been to this place twice now and the employee who has literally transformed my right side from being painful and the range of movement limited to a certain degree has made me recover from that pain and after the 2nd session, has improved my overall right-side. They are Moroccan as unfortunately I did not get their name. They are very Knowledgeable based on the areas they worked on to help my pain disappear.
Customer service is excellent and welcoming. I was able to book a session for 30 mins the same day I had the excruciating pain as they managed to fit me in.
The prices are reasonable, I paid 35 for 30 mins massage.
The shop looks immaculate and the massage room I was in was very relaxing and secured with a lock so no can just walk in.
Overall, I highly recommend this place!

R. C.The salon is extremely clean and has a beautiful modern design. They offer many different services, but I'm only ever going to get a men's cut. What's hard to find with a men's cut is a salon's attention to detail, a reasonable price for men, and the right level of communication.
I always find that salons have some shortcoming. In the past I've had other salons that gave me great haircuts, but had my male hairdressers talking about women in a way that I didn't want to hear. I've had other salons that were more professional in how they spoke with me, but their haircuts were not as good. But with Lili, I get both.
I'm not much of a talker and she doesn't force me to do small talk, which I love. I like people to take their time and do a thorough job, and she does. For me, it's the perfect balance of comfortable environment and a quality haircut.
I would strongly recommend that you give Lili London a try, and hopefully they'll be the right fit for you too.

Don't generally trust hairdressers so was a little apprehensive. Didn't need to be as Lili not only did a beautiful job but consulted with me and explained every process. I am now a devoted customer coming almost daily to use their sun bed, have a blow dry or lip fillers! The staff always are friendly and kind and feed me tea after work. Can't recommend it enough. Just don't want it to get too busy for me to get an appointment!!!

When I have sport injuries and need a deep tissue massage she always excels and I’m back training with all the knots gone. Always professional, never been late for any appointment. V. C.I completely disagree with the fact that the patch test for hair removal laser is not included on the treatment unless you buy a course with them. They ask you to pay £10 additionally if you pay as you go for laser.
It doesn’t make sense.
