I received an Indian head massage and reflexology from Emily Champ and it was incredible. With her vast knowledge of the head and neck you know you can fully trust her and that you are in safe hands. I was deeply relaxed during and carried the calm for the rest of the day. I will be going back 100%.

I've been doing my nail with Gabi for over a year. Once I made a mistake to go somewhere else to do it and I had toxic product in my nails. She look after them, and she was so professional and been really carefully with them for not to get damaged, that I got impressed. She always raise my expectations, I love her designs, and I can not stop doing my nails with her, every time that I go is such a lovely experience. For me is the best manicurist that I had ever in London. I can not recommend her enough to anyone. Everyone should try her at least once and then decide. She is lovely and a huge professional, she knows what she is doing, and if you ask any complicated design she will do that. She is amazing.

I went to the Lotus Spa Wandsworth Common branch. Although it was a pleasant enough experience , I would say they need to make it live up to its name a little more. Spa is a bit of a stretch. More like Shop. When we arrived there was no place to hang our coats. It wasn't very welcoming. Quite a cold atmosphere. No water, no nothing! I had a gel deluxe manicure. There wasn't anything duluxe about it, so you're better off just getting the express. £39 is a bit steep for no hand massage or pampering. There were only two people working and no one at the desk so had to wait for nail person to sort out someone at reception then got back to doing my nails. . Did not feel special . Not sure I would visit again as it felt quite rushed and un Spa like. Shame as it has a high rating, so I expected better.

Lotus Spa is absolutely excellent! Gabi (Gabriela) does the most amazing job of mani- and pedicures: she's a perfectionist, great to chat to, and her work looks perfect for weeks afterwards! I rarely request particular technicians, but would always ask for Gabi. On the waxing-side, Mariola works wonders - one of the quickest, most painless and smoothest waxes I've ever had.
