I’ve had Great experience at the nail and brow studio. I’ve done my waxing and facial. Very professional service and the salon is very clean. And it’s very close to my home. I look forward to be back in 4 weeks. Already booked in.

Happy to have a trendy nail spot finally appearing in the Kilburn/Willesden area. The internal decor is adorable and very clean! The owner is lovely, customer service was definitely a 5*. Keep up the good work! I had a gel pedicure here and it was very relaxing, would definitely return. The only constructive criticism I would have is that prices are indeed slightly steeper than what you would find at other salons of similar standards. My regular salon in the city offered better pricing and discounts for return customers therefore it would be great for Nail & Brow studio to be a bit more competitive in terms of pricing and discounts/specials where possible.

What a beautiful salon and friendly staff. The service I got was amazing. The nail technician really listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions too. It made me feel relaxed. Really enjoyed my time there and was pleased with my nails. Would highly recommend this place.

I live very nearby and couldn’t fail to notice the bright pink facade of this new salon in Kilburn. I am very particular about my nail treatments and used to travel across London for a good salon. However this Nail & Brow Studio looked inviting and promising so I booked my first appointment there today and was in for a very special treat indeed as I received the best pedicure I had in years. My feet are baby soft, the foot massage was great and reviving and my nails look amazing. The owner and staff are friendly, helpful and smiley and the salon itself pretty. Everything is immaculately clean and they clearly take great pride in their work. I’m delighted to have found such a high end gem in my neighbourhood and can’t wait to return.

I had my first ever Brazilian wax here today and I just had to come on and rave about how at ease I was put for the treatment. I am really happy with the result- and it was good value. The ladies here are so welcoming and the salon is so beautiful inside, clean and absolutely sterile. I was worried about going to get a wax with COVID- but the whole procedure was so hygienic and extra-cautious. It didn't hurt as much as I thought- my lovely lady spoke to me the entire time, reassuring me and making sure I got the result I wanted. Will definitely be going back. Am excited to get my brows done here when the gov lets salons do those!

I would definitely recommend Nail&Brow; The atmosphere was really friendly; Carla assisted me with my nails and she did an amazing job also considering that I have really short and bad nails; she was accurate, precise and engaging, making the full experience absolutely perfect; the girl who welcomed me was also really accurate and patient; I was the last customer but they were not rushing me despite the time ; I enjoyed the positive vibe of the team and I loved the final result; I will be back soon for my next appointment.

I'm so glad that I have a nail salon that's so amazing and high quality near me! I got my nails done and my experiences was litreally 5 stars!!! It's the first time I got my nails done whilst my nail technician was educating me on how nails should done and how to maintain it. The place is so clean and fresh! They have years of experience working freelance, Harrods, Harvey Nick's & Harrods. Anyways please make sure your visit and I promise you won't be disappointed :D Also most importantly the customer service was lovely, great girls!

I walked by today and spotted the salon a mile off - the bright pink brightens the street amazingly! Walked in and was greeted by a lovely lady called Zena, who handed me a leaflet. I was offered a 15% discount as a first time customer so treated myself to eyebrow threading, tinting and a studio special gel spa manicure, where I had my hands exfoliated and nourished with a hand mask, finished with a super relaxing hand massage! The salon is absolutely stunning, reminds me of candy floss and really lifts the spirit! I would absolutely recommend the salon and will return in due time!

I went here a few weeks ago to get some nails off, the beautician was very nice and gave me a few tips on how to maintain my nails. The place is very clean and the two ladies there are very nice and served me tea. Lovely place, I highly recommend!

I had a great service delivered by Zainab when I went in for a classic manicure and pedicure and a callus peel. All the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. I would say the only downfall of the mani and pedi was the paint job however, I put that down to zainab being alone and pushed for time. I will be definitely be coming back for more treatments.
