Got my nails done by the amazing Lucas. I have gone to many stores to get my nails done, but the nails done by him were the best. His attention to details and professionalism went above and beyond. I intially went in for a classic manicure with design, but after asking about how often I get my nails done, he recommended that I get shellac manicure as they would save me money in the long run(after a week of having my nails done they usually break due to my work, but these stayed on well over 3 weeks). This level of attention to the needs of a customer and guiding them to a better option was very appreciated (and of course called for a tip).

I visited Nail Land yesterday. Every was fine Lucas was nice but disappointed about the price little bit shocking. I been doing my nails with gel builder for ages, never been paid more then £35 for gel infill. When I been booked my appointment I asked on the phone how much it will be cost for me, because I had a broken nail also. The guy on the phone told me 35£ as it is normal price for gel builder and shelack polish plus broken nail been included when I asked. When I done my nail the lady told me the price is 49£ uuuuiiii it's a bit shocking. I didn't any design on the nails just pink french style nails it is even not cost a gel polish. Of course I paid for a job, told me 28£ for a gel, 3 £ for broken nail, 8£ for pink nail tip it is becoming 39£ but from where 10£ cost more?? I just paid the price because I am deplomatict person don't like to talk in public to get someone embarrassed as I am working in customer service industry. When I left the salon check the price list my cost even not for a full set of new nails or extensions just done infill. Happy with nail but the price killed me. Thank you

I’ve been going to Nailland since they opened. They are certainly very talented technicians with a wide range of colours and products, and really have a creative talent. However, I feel that their customer service has changed as they have become more busy. When they first opened, Nailland was always welcoming, relaxing and the staff made an effort to chat and get to know the customers. Now it feels like they don’t care if you’re regular or a one off, they don’t connect with you or treat you any differently to the standard cheap nail salons that are so common along Trafalgar Road. It’s disappointing because they started off great, but now I am unlikely to return. I’m a business consultant and I really wish they would carefully consider the less positive feedback they receive and take the opportunity to work on the customer experience.

Nice staff and a good price but it took an hour to get a simple file and polish - my hands were left under the fan for 35 mins (I get that it takes a while for them to dry but this seems excessive) whilst the lady who had painted them attended to two other customers. It felt like I had just been totally forgotten about! I also left with paint on my fingers where it had been smudged whilst painting and my nails just don’t look that good. I think they must have overbooked for the time slot or something.

Very well presented salon, a huge colour choice and very well finished nails. The measures for ensuring everything is clean and Covid sage are very thorough. Cris did beautiful nail art from an image is chosen and because of the wide range of colours we were able to match almost exactly to a dress for a special occasion. Great experience and I will definitely be back 😊 Edit: Since my first trip in August 2020 I have been going to Nail land regularly (lockdowns permitting) and the growth of my nails has been incredible! I have discovered this nail salon on one of my visits to Greenwich (I live about 20 minutes away by public transport) and I am more than happy to make this journey once a week, every week. The place is very clean, tastefully decorated and offers an array of services. The nail technicians as well as the owners are lovely, courteous people and ever since I have started using this place have offered only great service. The spa like atmosphere is relaxing and my manicure is always done perfect. I have definitely found my favorite nail salon and I highly recommend it!

My nail technician today was Ryan and he was lovely when doing my nails. I showed him the picture of what I wanted but the ladies hands were paler than mine and when he put the pink on it was a bit too pale for me and he was happy to take it off and change it for one that suited my skin tone which I really appreciated. The overall service was great and the salon looked lovely and clean. I couldn't ask for anything better! Defonately coming here again! I definitely recommend! :)

I booked for a classic manicure £15. Straight away, the first lady had confirmed my name and could clearly see my booking was a classic manicure. During the service, my nail technician, who was another another lady, gave no indication or communication that she was proceeding with a shellac manicure. Was she even told by the first lady what i booked? Did she even check the booking herself? When i got up to pay, I was disappointed to hear that i was charged for a shellac manicure service £28- almost double the price i was expecting to pay! My request changed without my knowledge and i felt seriously misled. Communication and preparation was lacking on their part. Upon paying, i was told that it was cash and not card despite there being a sign advertising multiple ways of paying by card. I cannot fault the end result and you can clearly see the technicians are talented, however i do feel that there is serious lack communication which has let the service aspect of the business down.

Tried this salon for the first time after my usual salon did my last set horribly. I had a hard gel set removed and got a full set of acrylics with tips and ombre glitter. I love my nails! Ryan was very nice and very professional. The salon itself is small but so gorgeous and the music was lush, I love jazz! They also do loyalty cards which is great. Looking forward to returning! :)

When I first made the appointments for myself and my friend, I informed them that we are Deaf and ask them to prepare pen and paper so they can communicate with us. Their email was friendly and professional. When we arrived, Martin did listen to my email and the staff were really good with Deaf awareness. This is by far the BEST nail salon I have ever been to! Wonderful experience! I finally found a nail salon I can trust. The service I got was amazing and the atmosphere was brilliant. It was my first time at this salon today and Ryan carefully examined my nails and explained to me what could be done to get them healthier again as a previous salon kind of messed them up. Nail Land genuinely cares about the health of your nails, they don't rush and actually take their time to deliver an impeccable service. Incredible! I love going to Nail Land. The staff are friendly, super helpful and very talented. I use to go to a popular nail salon in Shoreditch for shellac and nail art however I wanted to try somewhere more local to me. The team at nail land introduced me to dipping powder for my nails and its perfect, they can do fun nail art over the top and they are always so neat! Nail Land have there own range of powders and shellac polishes (which I have on my toes) and they colour range is fabulous! They are also taking the Covid-19 Guidelines very seriously. You and the staff are very protected which creates a relaxing environment for all.

Being a first time customer here, I was apprehensive to see what the services were like. However, I was extremely impressed by the services I received here, and the amazing customer service. Even though the salon was supposed to close at 7pm, I was there until 7:30pm and did not feel rushed at all. Definitely my favourite nail salon, and will definitely be coming back!

Although they may be a little more expensive than other stores (as a student), the standard is SO much higher!!! Both Linh and Ryan have done my nails and they were long lasting and gorgeous! I really like this nail salon, not just because it is a lovely place, there is a lot of attention to details, from the shop design to the relaxing music, but also because staff are very nice. Linda is very passionate about her job, she is always creating new styles and she also created a private brand of organic gel lacquer. When I do my shellac manicure I do it again after 2-3 weeks, but just because my nails growth, otherwise it never lift and they are still amazing after weeks, despite I am not protecting my nails when I am doing household chores. I usually book appointments to get my nails done, and I spend less than an hour for shellac removal and shellac manicure. I was spending hours waiting in other salons before to discover Nail Land London. I definitely recommend it!!

Excellent nail salon! I have been going here for some time now, both me and my family love getting our nails done here. Absolutely love it here! Such a relaxing environment. Lynn has done my shellac manicure twice now and she is excellent! All of the staff are really friendly. I’d be in here every week if I could! But really don’t need to as my manicure lasts so much longer than anywhere else I’ve had it done. Love the fact that they have their own gel nail polishes! I’ve had so many people say they love the colour of my nails and asked what’s it called and I have to say you can only get it at Nail Land London! They also have a great Instagram page I love to look at for inspiration on what to have done next!

Excellent professional service in a calm and relaxing environment. Staff are attentive and very friendly. The salon is clean, the team is friendly and they do absolutely beautiful work. My new go to nail shop! The quality, cleanliness, precision and customer service you receive at Nail Land London is tip top. My nails have been ruined in the past by nail techs rushing and not taking care but Jennie was so gentle and professional, she really took her time and got the ballerina shape just right (which a lot of nail techs I've been to before at other places haven't got right) she was a wiz! Ryan was also there and was extremely friendly and chatty. They have so many colours to chose from, the salon is beautifully decorated and CLEAN! This is my second time here and I know I won’t go anywhere else. The experience here is different to any other nail salon I’ve been to. As a guy going to a nail salon can be a bit awkward but the atmosphere in here is so relaxed and up market. Linda does the best manicure and Marcella’s pedicures are next to none. As someone who works in the beauty industry I highly recommend a visit here. I’ve never seen nor experienced such a high quality of service in a nail salon.

A beautiful and highly professional nail salon. Staff are wonderfully friendly and have excellent attention to detail. The salon is clean, luxurious and the prices are fantastic. I also noted the staff put a lot of effort into making sure the tools are cleaned and sterilised correctly, always a bonus!
