I have been going to this salon for the past 4 years. An amazing service, I’m always leaving with what I asked for. They now have a bubble tea shop next door where I always pop in before getting my nails done . The workers there are so kind and friendly , they make you feel comfortable. Would definitely Recommend you to give it a try if u haven’t found your go to salon yet !

I selected this nail salon because of the glowing reviews. I allowed 1.5 hours for the appointment, which should have been more than enough for a basic shellac removal and shellac application. When I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment, I was instructed to wait in a hair salon chair. At the time I had scheduled, a nail technician approached me to ask if I could wait 15 minutes. I agreed. 25 minutes later, a hairstylist noticed my concern, consulted with the nail technicians, and told me it would be 2 more minutes. 12 minutes after that, I was finally taken. This was 37 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I understand that there were reasons why they took me so incredibly late, and honestly I would not have left this review if they had been honest with me up front. Halfway through my manicure, my nail technician told me that it had taken an extra 30 minutes to remove the previous client's shellac, clearly indicating that she knew my appointment would have been at least 30 minutes late. My nails are not uniformly shaped, there are transparent patches in the gel, bubbles on one nail, and they are sticky compared to the shellac I have had in times past. Overall, I feel that this was a stressful experience for both me and my nail technician, and I would not choose to come here again. If you are looking to avoid scheduling conflicts, they suggested scheduling earlier in the day. I am sure that this place can provide a satisfactory experience for customers under the right conditions, and understand that they are limited in their resources to compensate for time binds, as they appear to be a two person team. This experience makes it hard for me to view this as a dependable salon.

Amazing experience! I stumbled in here accidentally on my way to the post office and am so pleased I did. I recently relocated to London from Toronto and have been trying to find my "spot" and I think I have here! I had a pedicure with Cindy and my feet were buffed and scrubbed to perfection. I usually get a shellac manicure because extensions take too long. However I opted for a gel extensions with shellac with Shelley because I had time today. She was so quick, without sacrificing quality, so it's safe to say I may keep them up. My nails look amazing. Both ladies were lovely and I can't wait to go back. There is also a hair salon which I may also try out!

Fantastic manicure and shellac job. The cuticles were also treated perfectly. I booked last minute, was hesitant to try this place as there were no google reviews but really glad I did. I'm 100% happy with my nails and would go back!
