I LOVE Omniya clinic because of the quality of products and the expertise of staff. Especially I’m a big fan of Kerry Payne who’s been taking care of my acne prone skin for years now. She managed to turn my problematic skin to something that people compliment me on! If that’s not a talent, I don’t know what is. My skin is not only clear or acne but is glowing!!! I couldn’t be happier 😍. Highly recommended (and I’ve been to many places in my life due to my skin being an organ with issues…)

Thank you Dr Ayad for my 3-point Rhino! I’ll give two reviews in one as I have now had my 3-point rhino done twice. FIRST ROUND: I love, love, LOVE my nose so much. When I noticed a slight revision was needed, you gave good aftercare advice as a follow-up was promptly booked in after the recommended time. It was such a great experience for me and a pleasure to meet you after admiring your work for so long. SECOND ROUND: This is my second time round for 3-point rhino maintenance after 12months. My nose looks great so far even with the swelling on day 1. All my questions were answered and I also want to thank you for your kind words/ professionalism when discussing other treatments also! I've started laser hair removal 3 months ago and so far, I'm satisfied with the results (I've had treated bikini line and underarms at the same time ).The hair are definitely growing slower and the skin is super soft. I highly recommend this clinic.

I was treated by Dr Ayad with cheek and lip filler to correct facial asymmetry. My right cheek now looks similar in size and shape, which takes a very skilled eye and precision in technique! I also had natural lip filler to enhance the shape without increasing much in size, which I am very happy with. The overall result is completely subtle and natural. Dr Ayad politely listened to my concerns and fixed the problem areas without trying to influence me into having other treatments I did not want or need. I really appreciate that. I went to see nurse Nicola for a skin consult with concerns of skin quality and ageing. Nicola was super professional, kind and honest. Absolutely no hard sale here. We decided on the best course of treatment and I left happy and excited. The following week I had an appt with Dr Shah for dermal Fillers. I was quite anxious as never had this procedure before. I had my tear trough, cheeks and lips done on the day. And wow what an unbelievable result. I had been told on previous occasions that I was not an ideal patient for tear trough fillar, but Dr Shah disagreed. She was extremely professional and clear on what she could do and set my expectations. The process itself was not at all scary the lips were the most painful and even that was very mild. It's now 7 days post treatment and the swelling has pretty much gone and I can see the final results and I am absolutely ecstatic. My friends could see I looked different, they said younger and fresher but couldn't tell why. From the skin programme Nicola selected for me and the amazing work of Dr Shah I really feel and look years younger. After a traumatic few years beating Breast Cancer I felt I looked much older then my 39 years. I was lacking in confidence and just didn't feel myself, but thanks to you both I now do. I really cannot praise Omniya Clinic enough I literally won't trust anyone else with my face again.

If i could give more stars i would! I’ve been using omniya for a few years now. My Personal experience with Dr Ayad, Dr Shahd and Nurse Nicola as well as the reception staff has been nothing but positive. They are extremely professional but they make you feel so comfortable! They are the pinnacle of what the aesthetic industry has to offer. The services and skills they provide are amazing and have always been accommodating to my needs. Invest clinic around!

My experience at Omniya is based on multiple treatments, which I have had at the clinic. Bitterly disappointed with the Botox treatment (3 areas) carried out by 2 different doctors. Needed multiple session to achieve some kind of result. The result of the first session was so appalling that even the clinic staff have admitted it needed to be corrected ASAP. This was then attempted to rectify by another doctor. They carried out another session, with the provision that I would have a revision in 2 weeks time. I had a top up in 2 weeks time and that wore off after 20 days. I must highlight that post injections my entire forehead and half of the head felt numb for hours. I kept my treating doctor updated about the results. Noting that the unsatisfactory results could have been due to the particular botox type that they use (and by their own admission they did have similar case with a different patient) then they have offered me to use another Botox, manufactured by different company however at much higher price point than what they charge for the treatment, which I was reluctant to agree on. The entire experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and concerned as I never ever had any issues with the botox treatment previously at the different clinic, but on the contrary the results always lasted 4-6 months, with natural but beautiful effect. To resolve the matter one of the clinic owner got involved. The gentleman was pleasant to converse with and fully took on board my concerns. He provided a fair solution with an apology for the poor treatment I have received at the clinic, which is appreciated. So based on my experience I do not recommend the clinic for the Botox treatment. My second treatment was Morpheus8 with Nurse Nicola. Nurse Nicola is a customer centric and result oriented medical professional, who takes a great pride in her work. She listens to what the patient wants and strives to deliver it. I recommend her for any treatment she offers at the clinic, as I am confident she will go above and beyond to meet her patient's requirements, I believe so is KerryLou Herbert, hence the stars which I have given in this review to the clinic.

I couldn’t recommend Dr Ayad more. I had followed his Instagram page for about 4 years so trusted he was the one to take on my nose with 3 point rhino. I have a very asymmetrical and crooked nose and had fully prepared myself to be told that I would require a bigger procedure to correct it. However Dr Ayad worked a miracle and my nose is finally straight! I was reassured and the process explained, and it didn’t hurt a bit. I’m most happy that I still look like me and the result is so natural you wouldn’t tell there had been work done. I’m super happy and if I could rate higher I would!

I am so excited to share my experience at Omniya clinic because my skin has been saved!!! My therapist Kerry Payne has cured my acne. I know thats a big statement to make but its true. We still have a maintenance program fo me to see her once a month to make sure we eliminate the scarring and if it does come back we can get it under control quickly. The photos attached are only 1.5 months apart! The first photo was one day before seeing Kerry and the second is now. I have seen her only a few times! With a combination of skincare products that Kerry recommended and a strong program in the beginning of a hydrafacial every 2 weeks and microneedling once a month for the scarring my skin is finally free (almost free) of adult acne. If you have acne and have probably tried everything including changing your diet and drinking more water and nothing has worked you have to see Kerry, will be the best money you have ever spent.

I've had such an amazing experience with Kerrylou. I've been seeing her for my regular facials for the past year and have seen a huge improvement in the texture. About 3 months ago she suggested I try their HIFU treatment for a non surgical facelift. I saw a slight improvement after the treatment. I've just left after my review and looked at my before and after pictures and I am blown away! I look 5 to 10 years younger - she did say results can take up to 3 months to show. CANNOT BE MORE HAPPY!!! My sister and I have always suffered with our skin. She has cystic acne and I suffer from rosacea, acne and terrible pores. Our skin made us so subconscious that we always planned meeting all our friend after dark and dreaded day events. We worked with a couple of dermatologist however never saw results until working with Kerry Payne!!! After 4 weeks of treatment my sisters acne has entirely disappeared and after only two weeks I am able to go makeup free which I have never been able to do in my life. Kerry recommends both digestiable and external skincare products and tailors it to you along with facial treatments. I used to never believe in facials however, I am now obsessed. Seeing results 24 hours after my treatment could not be more satisfying. It is expensive however, I promise you this investment will not go wasted! Super super happy with my skin. I highly recommend Kerry Payne for those suffering from any kind of skin concern. Professional, caring and knowledgeable are a few words I can use to describe Kerry, but I could go on forever. I tried Aquagold for my face and neck with Dr Thu-Linh and I am so happy with the results! Dr Thu-Linh made a cocktail of hyaluronic acid and botulinum toxin (Bocouture) to treat my skin and from the very next day I was surprised to see that my dark circles were gone and that the fine lines around my eyes were dramatically reduced. The results were even better after a few days. I now don't need to work too much on my make up which is great for summer time: I just apply my daycream and a drop of BB cream, I don't need my concealer and my pore minimizing primer anymore; the pores on my nose are now barely visible. My lips look gorgeous thanks to the microinfusion of hyaluronic acid and my neck is a lot better as well! My skin is radiant and I look rested and fresh, I got so many compliments!
