Kind and honest staff. I came here one month ago as an emergency to remove a bad and painful nail job from another shop, they were caring and could easily have just done my nails while bruised and painful but advised me against it even if it meant losing money. I appreciated this honesty and waited a month for my nails to heal and the bruises to grow out. Today I came back and got a lovely service, I’m very happy. Also threaded my eyebrows here and they came out beautiful. 10/10 definitely recommend and will become a regular here. Thank you!

My nails came out perfect and the Vietnamese girl I had is really pretty and friendly but for some reason I was overcharged. When I booked online it was £25. I’m later being told the total is 30? I thought maybe I got it wrong, turns out I was overcharged. Should have just gone to my usual nail salon..

After moving into the area and not knowing where to to get my nails done, i visited here here and the staff here are so friendly and are able to recommend styles that suit you. They can advise you on anything nail related and are very thorough and professional. Definitely recommend!

I think her name was lily who did my nails, honestly the most amazing experience I’ve had! She actually listened to what I wanted and wasn’t at all fussy! Highly recommend, I think I’ve finally found my regular nail place after years of searching!

So accommodating and friendly. A very popular salon which says something. The manager name was Paris, she was so nice .The staff seem happy in their work and it's nice to see them all banter with each other. The place is clean, the service is efficient and my wax was thorough, minimally painful and quick! The best pedicure and manicure.I highly recommend this venue. I'll be back soon

Very quick and professional service, the staff is doing really good job. As a shy and rather not talkative person I highly appreciate them not talking with me (in the contrary to the nail salons and hairdressers in Poland, there everyone is talking to you all the time, I find it so tiring!) Sometimes you might find the staff a little unkind (but in my opinion it's a matter of nationalities and cultures, so bear that in mind too, these people don't mean to offend you in any way). I'm doing my nails there every three weeks and I plan to come for the massage too! Another best thing here is walk-in service, when you sometimes don't have time for making the appointments.

Terrible experience!! I was told one price and charged much more. Woman who was doing my manicure and pedicure did not know how to remove gel polish. The chair for pedicure didn't work. I said yes for no massage so I don't have to wait much longer. When doing my skins I was cut so I started bleeding... well happens but when it almost happen for the second time I reacted fast enough to avoid it. Lamps for gel polish didn't work. Never again!!!

I had such a fantastic experience at Paris nails Beauty. she was professional, friendly and very skilled. My Hollywood wax was over in a jiffy, painless, clean and tidy. It’s a gem of a salon in the local Willesden area!I have done my nail as well. I had a luxury pedicure and full set Acrylic with shellac, It was fantastic, very clean and tidy, They have STERELIZED AFTER EACH PERSON, I am so happy with them

My experience at paris nail & beauty was lovely. I booked in full body wax, lashes, Luxury pedicure and manicure with shellac. All treatments was quick and priced well. The (beautician) I had named Paris is professional and friendly and very knowledgeable. Upon talking to her I found out that she has been working in this area for nearly 8 years (why have I not discovered her sooner). This shop used to be a nail shop, and I love what they have done with the place now. very clean and hygiene . All staff were friendly, I was constantly asked if I was okay, greeted with smiles and offered beverages and snacks whilst there. I have visited many shops in this area, and I must say this has been the cleanest and hygienic nail and beauty shop in the area. Paris is amazing! Im booked in already! If you want your nails and beauty done right, go visit them!

I visited the salon today to have a hot wax bikini and full set lashes.the staff was excellent. It was my first time using this type of wax and they explained thoroughly what to expect and made me feel very relaxed,with minimal pain also. The lashes are beautiful and I have already booked in other treatments. I recommend 191 Willesden high road (Paris nail& beauty), you won’t be disappointed

I was passing by on Saturday and the salon caught my eye so I went in to check if they do any lifting facials. The girl at the reception was very nice, offered me a seat and beverages and called the beautician which was very helpful explaining me the procedures I should have in order to see results. So We decided to have 2 treatments , half hour of pours cleaning and microdermabrasion. The way she carried the treatments was fantastic, I felt the experimental hands and the environment was really calming. Low lights and relaxing music in a warm room with fluffly blankets. She ended the treatments with an arms, neck and palm massage which made me forget about all the stressed gathered in the week . I highly recommend . Parisa was the lovliest spa representative I've ever gotten to work with. She maintained a lovely demeanor and pride in her work while also managing staff and other clients. I also witnessed her interactions with two children clients and was so impressed with her kindness and rapport with them. She had my friends manicure redone at no charge since sge had stubborn cuticles and provided us with coffee from glass mugs along with light snacks and spa water.
