This is a fantastic beauty clinic! beautifully clean and up to date facilities and incredibly friendly staff. I have been coming here for a few months for electrolysis and have seen dramatic results compared to other clinics that i have been to in the past- i understand that this is because they have brand new electrolysis machines which are more effective but also much less painful than older models. Coming to this clinic has been game changing for me!

I went to this clinic for the first time yesterday and had a great experience there, Penina and all her staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The clinic it's self is very nice and very clean. The service and treatment is fantastic, they managed to see me at such short notice. Honestly one of the best clinics I've ever been too, would highly recommend to anyone, will definitely be returning as a regular customer! 10/10 from me

Being going to Penina’s for a few months now for electrolysis very happy with the results so far. I also had LPG treatment yesterday I could definitely see the difference. I was very impressed. Definitely a treatment I would want to do again. And my consultant, Yesim, is lovely, very knowledgeable with treatments/products. I would recommend Penina’s for sure everyone so friendly and welcoming.

As a teenager, Penina helped me with my out of control acne. When my daughter began suffering with acne, I was no longer living in London so I turned to many different avenues for a cure. There was NONE. I tried everything. Then I remembered Penina and I took my daughter to London. Penina's acne treatement cleared her acne in TWO WEEKS. Her skin became soft and clear. There was absolutley no side effects at all, no peeling or redness. We are now 5 year later and suddenly her acne became more aggressive. I immediately whatsapped a photo of the new aggressive acne to Penina and within moments her clinic were phoning me to tell me they are sending a cleanser that will match this new acne. I was sceptical because this new outbreak was deep and wide spread, but to my delight, the acne cleared in 2 - 3 weeks leaving beautiful soft clear skin with not one mark. I am passionate about Penina's products as I have spent 100's on all other "top" brands for acne cures that are available on the market, including medications from the doctor, but Penina's products are literally the only ones that cure acne in a safe, gentle way. Other products may cure acne, but are either hormonal, or have antibiotics, or burn the skin and many other nasty side effects. I was also so thankful to Penina for the way she spoke about acne in front of my daughter. My daughter was 8 years old when she began with her acne and no one else in her class had started so she felt really awful about it. When Penina saw her, she kept on telling my daughter, " You are beautiful, you are so sweet, it's fine, nothing to worry about, you're beautiful" and while she touched her face to examine the acne, she stroked her face (the way a loving mother would do!) which showed my daughter that she is still loveable despite the acne. Not only did Penina cure her acne, she gave my daughter her confidence back with the way she spoke to her at the clinic. thank you Penina, we are forever grateful.

I have been using Penina's Vitamin E Cream for a while now and I absolutely love it! It has helped with my skins hydration and is perfect for my combination skin. It has balanced out the excess oil on my T-Zone and has made any rough dry skin so smooth! Penina is really lovely and professional and I really can't wait to try more of her products!

Ex-employee review - I worked at and with Penina's Clinic for over 3 years, she was a fantastic boss and treated her staff like family, very supportive, very clued up to teach the latest techniques to staff and clients. I loved working at this clinic, I moved over from New Zealand to the UK not knowing anyone and found not only an employer but a family. She was very loyal to her staff also and would defend them, her staff have always been loyal to her for a reason because of the way she respect and treats them which is rare in this modern time, she has a well run business and is very respected in the industry, great woman's only clinic that will open their arms to any nationality or religion. Highly recommend her to any therapists wanting work or employment and also to anyone wanting treatments both for relaxation on necessity. Lisa McNair 10/10 in my book.
