E. C.My go to place for massage treatments, Bola is always super welcoming and her massages are amazing. She uses the perfect amount of pressure and creates a highly relaxing environment that always makes me feel at ease. Highly recommend.
m. h.Fabulous! To say the least , this was my first time attending Phoenix and i wasn't disappointed.
I have recently moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get a wax done . Phoenix was recommended to me by a trusted source and from the moment i came in ,i was taken care of adequately .
Great conversation ,customer service and attention to detail .
Sometimes after a wax i feel pretty sore , but after 5 minutes of leaving i didn't feel a thing !
Needless to say i will be a returning customer.

B. B.Positives: Booking was very easy on the website. My appointment was exactly on time, I didn't have to wait. Place was clean, smelt nice and Bola wasvery friendly. She tried to make a conversation with me and make me feel welcomed. Payment was also very easy through the website.
Negatives: The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the actual service I paid for. I went there to get my eyebrows done and it cost me £10 which is above average for eyebrow shape so I expected good results as well and the price to be reflected in the work. The shape I left with was just ok. I had to shape them further at home and cut them to make more defined lines. So unfortunately when it comes to eyebrows shaping I woudn't recommend it.

L. N.I've been getting my wax done with Bola at Phoenix Beauty point for 4 years now. I'd never had a wax before i went to see Bola and she made the whole experience a pleasurable one! She's very professional and the salon is great, i particularly enjoy the headed blanket on the bed in the winter to keep my toosh warm!!
She really knows what she is doing and understands how to minimise the pain for you, we have a great catch up and conversation every time i visit which keeps me distracted and she's also great for advice and stories ;)
I'm about to move out of London to Bournemouth but i won't be moving salons! I rate Bola so much that i will be ensuring i always plan a visit for a wax when i am in london for my weekly meetings!
I've also had both massages and facials with Bola when i have treated myself and its a very relaxing experience! Also make sure you pick up one of her home made bath bombs or beauty products as you leave, they're amazing!!!
C. E.I have been seeing Bola every month for a full body wax for nearly 3 years now and she is nothing short of extraordinary! I have never had such a good bikini wax, she is very aware of how to minimise any pain and has a lovely way of distracting you with conversation throughout such that the hour flies by.
Before her I had visited many different salons and never found someone that was good enough to keep me coming back regularly. Now I've moved house and need to travel over an hour to get to her salon and yet she still can't keep me away!

m. s.As a male first time waxing customer i left happy although it was abit painfull due to my thick hairs. the service was great, warm atmosphere and also bola is such a nice lady she tries to keep the customers focus off the pain by making conversations and jokes, all together i would definitely advice this place.
