Really nice lashes and professional staff. When i got there elle macphearson was paying and her lashes looked really good. The russian lady with long dark hair did my lashes and she did a great job. But i am removing one star because when i asked about their other celebrity clients, the other employee with long black hair said they dont talk about their clients. But the lady who was doing my lashes was about to tell me. Anyway i thought it was an innocent question and she should just have answered. So minus one star. But i will definitely be back for infills after 4 weeks

This is my first time doing my eyelashes. I’ve been recommended for my best friend, who is a customer of Primalashes. As I love my girlfriend’s eyelashes done, I’ve requested an appointment. Toma received me with enough patience for explaining to me the process and my best options for my look. I have to remark about the lovely place is very clean, and all the materials are sterilised. I’m delighted with theses lovely and beautiful eyelashes, they change my look, and they are very nice to feel like they are my own eyelashes!!!

Thank you so much to my lash Master Toma for a beautiful job. I have received so many compliments and lashes feel very light and comfortable like I have nothing on. I have used a lot of other lash salons in London. I even travelled to Essex before to get my lashes done but after discovering Primalashes, I am now a loyal customer. The place is spotless. The technicians are real masters and know exactly what they are doing. You don’t even need to describe what you want and they already know what to do. If you are hesitating to find a place to do your lashes, just stop searching and book for Primalashes. They have taken COVID measures seriously. Great lashes! They have lasted 4 weeks and look so natural, I would highly recommend this place. I’ve searched high and low for a decent lash studio, I’ve had lashes fall out after a week, the actual procedures were painful and uncomfortable but not this place, they got everything right. I got the Russian Volume lashes, the lashes are incredibly soft and natural looking. My FAVOURITE and my GO TO lash salon in London. I have never had a great experience with lash extensions, after having had them done when I was 15 and it I going terribly wrong I said I would never have them done ever again. However, last December I had the pleasure of visiting PrimaLashes for the first time in years and my love for lash extension began then. They really listened to what I wanted, they made me feel so comfortable and made the experience amazing. I have never loved lash extensions like I do now, the lash technicians are all very well trained and their lash techniques are great, making the lashes look natural, fluffy, and the right shape to suit my eye. My own lashes are all still in great condition which is the most important thing. & the salons are so so so pretty. Thank you my loves for making me fall in love with lash extensions. So nice and natural set. But what impressed me the most is the really professional salon. I went in for a consultation before and wasn't sure what set I needed. I brought in pictures of what I wanted to achieve and they were very helpful in guiding me (turns out I needed a full classic set cat eye). They also patch tested to make sure I wasn't allergic to anything. They were super professional and I am definitely coming back to have a full set put on!

I have not had any problems with my natural lashes these last few years as they pay really good attention to detail to isolate properly. Wow wow wow!!! I have been having lashes for about 2 years in Russia- belive me when I say Russia has the best lash masters! Since moving to London 2months ago, I have tried all the lash shops and they are very rubbish. I went to primalashes last month for full set Russian volume last month. I honestly can tell you. This is the best lashes I have ever done. The girls were so professional. Really clean nicely decor salon and honest, best lashes. It's been 1 month now only few lashes have come out.
