Fantastic nail shop. A little confusion with treatwell but the gentleman sorted it right away. I didn’t feel rushed having my pedicure & manicure like a lot of shops in the area do. The service was amazing & my nails look great, even the shape they got spot on. Highly recommend this place!

50/50. usually I like this place but it is never good or bad. Like this time, today for example, their gel came off straight away the same evening. I did my nails at 18.30 and now is 22:30. I even have a proof. The lady did not put creme at the end either. Sometimes I have nice person to do my nails and they use cream and being nice and gel is not coming off. I don't know what to say. It can be good and bad 🤷🏽‍♀️

Since the last lockdown restrictions have lifted, I have been consistently attending this nail shop every month and they have been absolutely fantastic. I have attended the salon approx. 6 times for a full set of acrylics and regular infills. Typically, Huong will do my nails and she does them perfectly every single time regardless of how difficult the pattern is. She pays great attention to detail and makes very helpful suggestions. Huong as well as all the other staff provide a great service, always very friendly and happy to help. Definitely one of the most reasonably priced nail shops in the area and you don't have to compromise on quality.

Been having my nails done here for some time now. Had mixed feelings on my first visit but I am happy I went back again as its been great . Nails last a long time . And a massive range of colours to chose from .

I come to this salon regularly and they always do a good job with my nails - I always get complimented on my nails. I like that they have a loyalty card scheme, however it is slightly inconvenient that it is cash only. However I continue to come back as my nails look nice :)

I leave nearby and I can tell this is the best nail place around - it isn’t the cheapest but completely worthy since the work is very well executed and the products are top quality (mainly Essie and Opi). I go there at least twice a month to do normal manicure or just apply polish and the manicure always last and looks great. They also do a brief hand massage with a nice exfoliator that is really pleasant.

Without a doubt the best nail salon I have ever used. High standard of products that last. The staff are friendly and clearly highly trained. Wide range of colours which are updated regularly. The salon itself it clean and very comfortable.

Great, convenient little nail salon in West Kensington. I'd gone in after having read other reviews that they were good though not friendly. I've been there twice now, had Fanny and Quan do my nails and I've loved them both times. I didn't expect them to do them as I wanted and as well as they are. They are both friendly and especially Quan. I'll certainly be going back there. It helps that they have an enormous selection of colours available.
