Rachel and Sasha make me feel so comfortable with any treatment I am having. They are lovely and always so helpful. Their Alumier MD facials are wonderful and I have the nicest tinted eyebrows and lashes done on a regular basis. The Venus viva scar removal treatment I am having has worked wonders on 30 year old scars. I can highly recommend these two lovely ladies. They make you feel at home and with friends, while having a treatment.

Not only did I leave looking fresher and younger, I learnt so much about how best to apply my makeup and how to create a specific look. The session was fun, relaxing and informative. From the moment you escape the outside world and enter Rachel's sanctuary you begin to relax and feel better and a sense of peace and calm surrounds you. The lovely, caring Fusia welcomes you with her glowing happy welcoming smile and you are ready for a 60-minute heavenly sport/deep tissue massage to smoothe out those tired and aching muscles. Fusia, a real professional is so skilled and experienced using a combination of different western/eastern techniques and you immediately feel in the hands of a master. I recommend a course of six sessions and the lovely Rachel is always available to help create the perfect package for you. I recommend the 90 minute option, 60 minute full body massage followed by a heavenly 30 minute facial to look and feel fantastic.

Had my first Delux Manicure & Pedicure at Rachels. Service was professional. Good quality mani/pedi. Ambience is average. Didn't have lots of colour choice for nails. Had the pedicure on massage table which I am not the biggest fan of. Will come again to try the face therapies which it has a reputation for however will go elsewhere for manicure & pedicure as doesn't have the right setup and feel for a nice experience mani/pedi.

The full body massage was great, would recommend. HOWEVER, do not book on the website if you can help it. Today I paid full price for a treatment that was actually on a good special, but because I booked online and not in person I was not offered the special price. This was a disappointment on what was otherwise a very good massage.

Have bought a course of the new Venus Versa machine .. anti ageing, and skin rejuvenation.. Rachel did this treatment for me, there are 4 sessions per course and I am excited to see the results after the 4 sessions, I can already see my skin looks brighter and more glowy after one go! Rachel's salon is great - I've had various treatments from almost all of the staff and each is fantastic in their own way. There's a really friendly atmosphere amongst the staff and customers, but everything is exceptionally professional at the same time. Rachel is the loveliest therapist I have ever met - she is warm and doesn't make you feel ugly or that you don't cleanse properly! The salon is elegant but not intimidating. The treatment rooms are spacious and comfortable, you can relax and trust yourself to their capable hands. The range of treatments is excellent and well-priced, but I was most impressed by the knowledge and understanding of the skin that Rachel and Chloe show - no unrealistic promises - no unrealistic promises of invisible pores, and neither do they constantly try to sell you products. I can't see myself ever going to another spa.

My back massage in particular was excellent- one of the best I’ve experienced! The Murad facial left my skin glowing and me looking younger, which actually lasted for about 24 hours! Second time I have had treatment at Rachel Staggs. This time was a gift from a client. I chose an aromatherapy massage. I have terrible neck pain and have tried lots of masseuses. Fuzia was my masseus. She noted the pressure level I Prefer and was incredible. She made all of my pain go away and offered me some very useful advice. The receptionist was very warm and friendly. The environment was clean and smelled lovely. I will be back.

I’ve been going to Rachel Staggs Aesthetics for almost 6 months on the recommendation of a friend. I am someone who hardly ever writes reviews but I am doing so now because I have honestly noticed a significant difference in my skin since starting to go here and I wish I had known about this place years ago. I mostly see Rachel who is much more than a facialist. She has given me so much advice on skin care from my head to my toes with what products my skin needs, which means I notice a difference in my skin week by week and not just in the day or two after my monthly facial. After years and years of trying things that do not work, I am finally seeing real results and getting so many compliments on my complexion.

I have been having A lift treatment monthly since January 2018. The salon is calm, welcoming and all the staff there are extremely friendly. A lift has made such a difference to the jowl area of my face which is just where I wanted help. When I have finished a treatment come I am always surprised when I look in the mirror at how wonderful my skin looks.

A hidden gem.. so happy with my treatment today. Had a bespoke facial including a peel, steaming, extrsction, a clay mask and light therapy.. Rachel is so friendly yet professional and full of useful information about how the skins works and reacts to products and treatments. My skin felt deeply cleansed and plump afterwards and i left feeling very relaxed and content, looking forward to my next appt and to also trying out some other treatments there. Updated review for Nov 2019: I had a WOW facial last week. Incredible treatment. Loved that it could be tailored to my skin’s needs. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin since, looks much firmer, hydrated and glowing. Really pleased I booked a course. This is a fabulous salon with very knowledgable staff, well run and a relaxing place to visit. Highly recommended. The Murad facials are outstanding. Really relaxing and my skin looks years younger afterwards!

Always a warm welcome and a great feel to walk into! After the full winter wax, I settled in for a marvellous massage by Sacha who, upon requeat, got deep into the stress knots in my shoulders. An added bonus of receiving a foundation sample which nailed it in one!
