I have been coming to Radiance for over 3 years now and can honestly say they are a great salon for building customer trust & confidence. I suffer from extremely bad facial eczema and after trying steroid creams prescribed by doctors and no positive outcomes, I came to Radiance. The lovely beautician Ami has continuously worked with me on my skin and tried different avenues when I thought there was no hope! I have had several restorative and moisturising facials to restore my natural skin barrier. Ami has also worked out a whole routine with my skin where I use the new LED treatment to tackle strong parts of eczema around my eyes. The salon are very reasonable at sending you home with samples of products to ensure they are suitable for your face before you buy. With the help of Ami and the wonderful Alumier products I have now worked out a simple but effective routine for my skin and it has never been better! Can’t begin to express how nice it is to feel comfortable in my own skin again and for someone to actually take the time to help resolve my problem! Would 100% recommend Radiance and their lovely therapists!

AMAZING!!! Yes, guys are made to feel just as welcome here.... My first Dermoabrasion treatment, so was a bit nervous. My fears quickly laid to rest. Everything explained and carried out in a courteous, professional manner. My skin is radiant (appropriately) glowing and feels great. Definitely recommend...already looking forward to the next one.

I am a regular customer at Radiance and love coming to the salon due to the lovely team.This time I had a massage with the new team member Gloria and it was exceptional. The room was very clean & beautifully set and the new salon makeover looks amazing. I had incredibly bad back pain in my lower back so Gloria had a consultation with me about where I wanted her to work on and how to make my back feel better. She did not disappoint and the massage was outstanding. Gloria really worked on the area of pain and applied firm pressure to help relieve the tension. After the massage Gloria also recommended some stretches and after care to help my back. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Gloria and checking out their new make over! Thank you x

Excellent beauty clinic with great treatments and service. Staff is very friendly and especially the manager Caroline is always there for you making sure that every customer is leaving the place satisfied. Hygiene level is really high and everyone is very meticulous with cleaningness. Flexible with their appointments. I have done quite a few treatments and particularly electrolysis and i have seen great results! I do recommend Radiance Beauty Clinic!!

They are professional, friendly and know everything about their products. I go there to get my nails done and waxing and I always walk away feeling amazing. I came because a friend recommended Guinot treatments and Radiance was so central. I stayed because Caroline (my therapist) was so professional and good. In less than 6 months she has transformed my skin - people have literally been complimenting me on how amazing my skin looks. Always helpful with what products I should be using. I have since moved offices yet still come back to Radiance - this is all due to Caroline! Caroline is great and I love my visits to the salon! After my first visit to Radiance I fast became a regular! The team are lovely and the treatments are always relevant, relaxing & great. Location is perfect too. Would highly recommend!

Staff was warm and welcoming. My facial appointment was with Beth - she was lovely. The temperature of the room (warm), the music (soothing), the fragrance of the products (fresh) - the entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I didn't have a specific skin issue or concern - just wanted a little 'pick me up' before my birthday. My skin feels so soft - very pleased with results and would absolutely return.

I go to Radiance regularly. The beauticians are all really professional and efficient. I LOVE the fact that they can do treatments simultaneously as it means I can pop in for multiple treatments. Today I had a pedicure and IMMEDIATELY messed it up when I left - they were so sweet and fixed the mess quickly and professionally!

Best bikini wax I've had. Flexible on what needs doing and also listen. They use hot wax for bikini waxes, which is so much better than the strip wax most places use. Price was great, place was clean, staff were lovely, professional and thorough. I'll definitely be coming back.

Stunning salon in the heart of London! I stumbled across Radiance on a day trip to London and was instantly drawn in by the gorgeous interior! The whole experience was five star, myself and my sister enjoyed a lovely manicure in the luxurious group manicure room and were even offered complimentary bubbly! Small beauty salon like many others in London. Not an expensive one. Staff is nice, prices are ok. I did manicure there and I was very happy with the result but the polish stayed on my nails only for several hours. I have only one possible explanation why such things are happen - it happens because of using old or/and bad quality nail polish. By the way manicure price is 25 £ - not so much compared to other places but not cheap. Now I need to remove the polish which was applied just today and this fact makes me very upset. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone even though beauty specialist is a very nice person.

Came to salon feeling very anxious as had a bad experience in a salon close to home, my therapist was extremely informative and made me feel at ease, she had asked me questions about my skin and if I had any problems before which I had explain I had at a different salon. I feel reassured I was in good hands, asked me throughout my treatment if I was ok, she was very friendly as was other staff members, I would like to say a thank you to her as if it wasn’t for her time and patience and doing a Fantastic job I would not of had electrolysis again. To have someone explain everything to me before we started made it more comforting for me. I will be telling friends and family about you. The staff are friendly and advise the treatments best suited to you rather than try and push the most expensive one on you like other salons. Its super clean super friendly and cozy.
