I could not recommend Claire more highly. I have been going to Claire for facials for the last few months and she has honestly transformed my skin. She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time each session to answer all of my questions. I have learnt so much about the products that works for me and I feel so much more confident in my skincare routine. I also love how environmentally conscious Claire is and she stocks lots of vegan and cruelty-free products.

I just have glowing words for SW19 Beauty which I highly recommend to those who are looking for a professional with great customer service. I visited Claire for the first time few days before my wedding and she made me feel very comfortable, as every bride can agree that planning a wedding is time consuming and stressful experience. I chose the advance face treatment, for which my skin was very grateful, my eyebrow waxing, polish nails with paraffin wax and I would do everything again. I would recommend to send her a text message, although it sounds off fashion, Claire is always busy but she replied to me very quickly.

Claire is such a caring and meticulous therapist - my monthly facials are such a treat and my skin always looks and feels so good afterwards. I have had a number of treatments with Claire ranging from waxing, manicures and pedicures to full body massage. I feel lucky to have come across her salon because she really is one of the best I have been to at a very reasonable price! The massage is one of my favourite treatments - extremely relaxing but also helps to relieve some tired and knotted muscles from sitting at a desk all day. Claire is really helpful and friendly and the salon provides an ambient, tranquil atmosphere.

Clare is wonderful and the waxing is smooth and neat with no problems. I haven't had much waxing done in the past, but Clare talked me through everything I need to know and told me the best way to approach what I wanted. I've been serveral times now and she always makes an effort to ensure I'm comfortable and she is doing the best treatment for me. She has good conversation and keeps me distracted at the parts when it might hurt :D I would recommend to anyone who wants an easy and professional wax with someone who knows exactly what they're doing.

I went to this place for the first time and was very happy with the service here. Nice clean therapy room in the back of a hairdressers but very quiet no sounds. Good products, lovely therapist and reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend. I had waxing services but will go back for further treatments.

I’ve been going to Claire for close to a year now for regular full pedicures and she has delivered nothing short of perfection every single time... However, on my last visit I learned SW19 also offers lash lifts (something I’ve been terrified of trying for years with my very stubborn straight lashes). But OMGGG I cannot get over how amazing she’s made them look and how careful she was the entire time knowing I was so apprehensive. I wouldn’t hesitate to tell any of my friends or family to have any treatment at SW19 as Claire has proved time and time again that it’s just the way she likes to work and execute her treatments no matter what you go for ☺️ Also the room is also incredibly cosy and we have lovely chats every time! Always look forward to my visit there!
