By far the best lash lift and tint I’ve ever had! Evanne is a really wonderful therapist. She talked through what I wanted to tailor the treatment to my desired looked which was amazing as I’d previously stopped having lash lifts due to them curling too much and looking shorter/unnatural. She really look her time with the treatment, taking extra care and doing extra steps I’d never had before such as measuring my lashes. I even got a mini shoulder massage whilst the tint did it’s work. Super friendly and sweet therapist. The results are just amazing, I’m completely hooked and will be getting this done regularly with her!

Have been here twice and had a great first experience which I why I booked again. They were quite busy being the first week back since lockdown and having a computer system issue earlier in the week, meaning my appointment was pushed back. Not a problem, but when I arrived (having specifically booked with a senior therapist), I was then swapped to a non senior therapist without consultation/indication except when I paid (I was told it would be cheaper because I hadn’t had a senior therapist). I wouldn’t have minded if she’d been thorough and done a really good job, but it was quite fast, and when I got home I noticed a small patch of hair that hadn’t been removed and I had to tweeze it out myself (or look silly and leave it there). Staff members were also having lengthy chats with customers while I waited, again, not a problem but it would have been appropriate be to say “I’ll be with you in a moment” rather than just leave me waiting with no acknowledgement for 5 minutes. Not a great experience overall this second time round.

I wanted to actually take the time to review the service here because I always find it's easier to say when something is bad rather than good! I really wanted to thank the lady that did my brows, I had lots of questions as I get very nervous when going to a new salon. The therapist was patient and really wanted to understand exactly what I wanted. She was honest and said although she couldn't achieve the exact shape I was after ( I have over plucked) she managed to give me what I think is symmetrical brows - and I have never had this before! She also showed me how to best fill in my brows when at home which was the best make up tip I have ever been given!! Go if it's the only treatment you get - you won't regret it! :)

I've had eyelash extensions done several times and they have always been fantastic, with both therapists working to the same high standard. Far better than other places I have tried, where I have found my natural lashes were pulled out out with the extensions.

I switched to this studio in January after having tried various different Chiswick and West London salons, and haven't looked back since. Friendly, comfortable and a professional atmosphere with staff who care. I use the salon for eyelash extensions, I always book Shaniqua to do my lashes as she is very gentle and makes my lashes look amazing once she has worked her magic! This has to be the first salon I have been to that will fix any problems you are unhappy with, without any stress at all or extra payments - which is the reason why I left the last salon I was at. It is a popular salon, but I have always been able to book in usually on the day of treatment and find all the staff I have met nothing but lovely. My lashes normally last 2 weeks before I go back for an infill, but I am a professional actress & dancer so my face and body goes through the wars most day with stage makeup and a lot of cardio! To others, the lashes would probably last longer before an infill is due! Great salon :)!

Due to past bad experiences I was skeptical about trying Shavata but I can’t praise it and their staff enough. In particular Ileana who gave me a manicure and pedicure. Her attention to detail and the standard she set was better than any I’ve experienced locally. Additionally all the staff were friendly and helpful which made me relax the moment I stepped in. I will be returning with great pleasure and confidence.

I have always been somewhat disappointed with everyone who has given me an eyelash tint. However, my first experience at Shavati's was a few weeks ago and it was the best tint I've ever had. She did a great job and was very gentle.

I always have a wonderful experience at Shavata Brow and Beauty Studio in Chiswick, recently I have been going to Sunita for waxing, she is pleasant, thorough, very good at what she does and always so accommodating. I told her I was growing my eyebrows and a little afraid but she cleaned them up and still left enough so I can continue with the growth. I had to review this little gem in Chiswick. This review is long overdue so apologies on my part. This review is regarding my last visit in early November. Gorgeous eyelashes as always, clean lovely space, and totally relaxing! There was a small issue with a double booking for my appointment on the day. Have said this, it was obvious this was something that hasn't happened before at Shavata. The receptionist accommodated me very well and was much appreciated. (I personally wanted to say thank you to the receptionist that day but unfortunately I wasn't able to remember her name! :( ). Regardless on the slight hiccup, I am more than happy with the service. Thank you Sunita for doing such a great job! Sunita done a great job. She is very considerable and her professional way of work amazed me as always. She knows exactly what I like and delivered it exactly! Thank you once again, see you later today for my next appointment! Sareena xxxx

It’s local to me and by and large, I am happy with the results of the various treatments. It is as pricey as the west end and the city and this is what prevents me from going more regularly. My experience at the studio would be much nicer if the beautician was not trying to sell products to me. It can be rather tedious and this coupled with the pricing is what stops me from giving a higher rating.

Have been coming here for over a year and cannot recommend it enough. I always come and see Sunita who looks after me so well I never want to leave. She is professional, kind and very good! I get eye lash and eye brow tint, threading and lash extensions done with her. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and regularly go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I go here because I have no choice. It’s close to home and they know how to thread eyebrows which is great. However the manicures are horrendous. Badly done and very expensive and the colour choices are super limited. But being a super busy professional I often resort to having both eyebrows and manicures done at the same time.

Great experience with gel nails. Have been going for about 6 months and it's great nail job. They don't move for 4 weeks and Ilyana does the best job. Great atmosphere also, they make an effort to get to know you and treat loyal customers wonderfully.

I’m a big fan of this Shavata Brow Studio, Chiswick. It’s clean, well designed, well stocked and all of the therapists here, no matter which one you see, do a really good job with threading. This I consider quite an achievement as to find a good threader is to find the hoy grail of eyebrow maintance. Good threading can look like good Botox ;) I can highly recommend all the therapists here, oh and the receptionists are lovely and friendly too!
