I received a phone call for the free NHS facial and am in complete shock as I didn’t expect to get anything. The lady I spoke to was extremely patient and kind, especially after I’d just woken up from a string of night shifts and wasn’t feeling on this planet when I got the phone call! Update: I had my facial today with Emily and it was amazing, my skin feels great. I would definitely recommend it

I got my fire & ice facial last week and I can’t tell you how amazing my skin has been since. The clinic was so nice and the staff are so professional, knowledgeable and lovely! I’ve started my laser hair removal journey too as they have a great offer on right now. Genuinely can’t recommend them anymore, I’ve been to many clinics and this is the one I continue to visit.

My experience with Skin HQ has been outstanding so far. Thanks to their offering of 0% Finance options for their different treatments, I was able to secure the Christmas offer for 10 full body laser sessions at the most incredible price ever. The price was so good, that I could not avoid questioning the quality of the service and of the machinery used prior starting the treatment with them. However, thanks to the fact that they are very transparent about the machinery used, I could do my research and found out that they do use leading equipment as claimed in their websites and social media accounts. Furthermore, the patch test session was carried on impeccably, with great professionalism, care, attention and skill by Patricia, who is now my assigned specialist. I have done a patch test in the past with another company which consisted in shaving a small circle in my arm and applied the laser one time. It wasn’t even 5 minutes and I did not even know that you could actually feel the laser from that session. My experience with HQ was completely different. The test was carried at all different available intensities to understand my pain tolerance and skin reaction to the laser, in two different parts of my body and it was followed up by a careful explanation of the relevant information about the treatment and the post care. Now, with regards the treatment itself, I am shocked to say that after only one session I have noticed an incredible difference in the amounts of hair growing throughout my body. When before I had to shave myself each two days, now I can wait a whole week to do it. There are large parts of my body in which hair hasn’t grown at all after two weeks of the first session and thus my skin is smother than it has ever been. For example, my arms which were very hairy are now almost hairy free. When I did my research, I never found anyone saying that after one session you could see results as the ones I am seeing now and I couldn’t be any happier. I grow up as a very hairy girl and that has always affected my confidence and I never thought I would be able to afford such a treatment so early in life. Being a student with limited capital, the affordability of the price (in offer) was beyond appreciated. I cannot wait to try other treatments in their offering such as the hydra facials! I totally recommend their services!

Have just had my first 'holiday package' laser session in Camden done by Emily. I have had laser before so knew what to expect but Emily was the nicest therapist I've had. She was so gentle, yet thorough (what you want with laser) and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
