N. D.I genuinely can’t recommend this Salon enough. It is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated inside and all the staff are friendly and professional.
I have been going to So Me for quite some time now for facials and recently started laser hair removal too because I don’t trust anywhere else.
My therapist- ZUZI, made me feel at ease from the first moment and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to skincare.
She really understands the science behind it all and is able to recommend treatments and skincare products based on my needs. With these monthly facials, my skin has become so much healthier looking. She is also very patient as I usually have a ton of questions about skincare like what what products to use when and how often.
With the laser hair removal, she was very open about what to expect and how it all works and made the experience super comfortable.
Absolutely 5 out of 5 !

L.I’ve been using this salon for almost 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Everyone on the team is skilled and friendly - they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re relaxed and happy with the results of your treatment, whether it’s a quick wax or something more time-consuming.
Zuzi always does an amazing job with my gel manicures and my nails have become healthier and stronger thanks to the care she takes with them. SoMe use great gel products which never damage my natural nails and I always get so many compliments on the condition (and the fun nail art)!
I’ve been to many other salons in Clapham in the past and this is head and shoulders above the rest; I’d recommend them to everyone 👍🏻

A. G.I had my pedicure with Zuzi and all I can say is she's amazing! Very professional and caring. My old shellac left some stains on my toes nails and she did her best for removing as much as she could but had to paint them. The massage at the end was so so good! I felt very relaxed after it. I'll book for her next month for sure. Also, I had my eyebrows done by Tayyibah and they looked amazing after it! Thanks for your patience everytime I needed to sneeze!

L. R.I loved my first time in this salon today. Tayyibah was very skilled at the treatments, but it wasn’t just her skill it was her experience that made her stand out. Her thoughtful manner and experience and really noticing my specific needs helped her advise me to use a combination of hot waxing and threading which I had not previously used before and she was right. It was much less painful and the after effect much smoother.
All of the staff were super friendly and chatty and I thought the whole atmosphere was so relaxing. They could not have been more helpful. As a first time customer I am definitely coming back and am looking forward to my next visit. I have NEVER said that about getting facial hair removal before. Usually it’s something I dread. Thank you ladies. Your bosses should be very proud of you.

E. E.Lana is the best cosmetician I have ever had. I have never been more loyal to any other professional. She knows what to do in any situation and is honest, which guarantees that you will get a professionally honest opinion and thus the best result. She is also a very hard worker who is always growing professionally. Not to mention that she has an amazing personality. I moved to Germany but I still plan my trips back to London on dates when Lana is working.
M.I go in "So Me" almost every weeks for my threading. Even if the work is almost done correcty, the customer service is not really good. I don't feel "welcome" in that shop.
I always feel like I bothering some girls.
I just really enjoy my threading with Kalyani. She is really nice and always do a great job.

A. R.Me and my mum have been regular customers at so me for a very long time. Most of the time I've had great experiences with the lady's who work there. However I feel that if your charging such high prices, every service should be delivered to a high standard e.g. a consultation before you do eyebrow threading, a quick facial massage after threading. These are two things I've gotten done maybe on a rare few occasions.
You just can't immediately do someone's brows without properly examining them and asking the client exactly how they like them. I also feel that they don't appreciate their regular clients like they should. I know as a business they have to make money however from time to time it would be nice if they appreciated their regulars a lot more such as offering them something as an extra or a small discount as a one off. I understand they have a stamps card but it's only after a certain amount and it takes forever to reach the £10 off mark. I hope they improve.

S. L.Staff are friendly and efficient. I go for waxing and they are nice and quick. Some places take forever! I like that you can book online 24/7 so don’t have to find them to call to book during the day. I get a package of 6 waxes which gives one free. They also just started a loyalty points scheme.

S. T.I visited the Clapham Junction salon recently for a deep tissue body massage. I am a keen runner so definitely needed it (as well as the full hour). The woman who I had was very good and kept asking how I was, which I really appreciated. I work nearby but ave very long hours so it was great that I could have a late appointment (especially as its right opposite Clapham Junction station so I could just on the train afterwards home). Definitely would go back again. Thanks.
