The excellent customer service, friendly faces of the staff and quality of the manicures & pedicures bring me back and I’m never disappointed. Have had better cheaper. Won't go there again. It's not even 2weeks later and I need another pedicure. poor service. After this review I had a call from Sophie herself who was so upset that we had not received the high standard service promised. We were offered a complimentary pedicure and went back a week ago. I'm pleased to say that this time the pedicure was excellent. We would definitely go back again. Thank you.

Sophie Gass is the best nail salon in London. I live in Hackney, but I always travel to Holland Park to get my nails done here. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed, calming and luxurious and the standard of mani/pedi is very high. A five star experience.
