This New-York style neighbourhood beauty salon is a real hidden gem. The owner, Sam, who is a charming, interested and interesting Egyptian lady who has had many lives, has collected around her staff who are charming, kind and loyal to customers, really looking after you as if you are a member of their family. The salon is spotless, but so cosy, it's like you settle in the minute you arrive onto soft chair with a cat to stroke. But the treatments are 5-star and the price reasonable. I've been going here for years, reluctant to share, but only fair!!

I have been going to south beach for years for treatments, Its a great place Sam always fits me in for the treatments is so helpful with advice on my skin and other treatments. The staff are always helpful, friendly and quick. The venue is big so I'm able to come in with my pram if i have my baby which is really convenient for me. would defiantly recommend.

Incredible waxing! I had Sandy as my beautician, i was very nervous but she was reassuring and made the experience so much better. I can definitely say one of the best waxes i’ve ever had and the pain was very minimalistic. 100% recommend and me and my friends will be coming back!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Southbeach, waxing great as always but now the fantastic addition of Nails by Hermina, manicure and pedicure was 5 stars and what a lovely lady. Well worth a visit.

I love this place. Friendly staff. Super clean. Great tanning beds and the fact I can tan and then play with the residents cats before I leave is a bonus. I'll definitely continue coming here for my tanning sessions. Thanks for the hospitality.

My first time at the salon for a wax, was greeted by a super friendly gentleman on reception and a gorgeous black kitty! The lady that did my wax, Sandra, was very professional and did a fantastic job. Great value for money! On leaving I had a quick chat with another lovely lady, I’m assuming the owner of the salon. She introduced me to their gorgeous dog, bonus for any animal lovers! I shall be back! Thank you

Initially I was concerned with some of the reviews that I had seen (however they were from 2years ago) However I followed my instincts and gave it a go and WOW - Probably, in fact definitely the most pain free, efficient and attentive wax I have ever had! The treatment room was a little dated, however totally forgivable for the service - I was so impressed!! I’ll definitely be back *^_^*

Honestly best Hollywood waxing experience. Felt very comfortable and welcome. I will be coming back. I am an animal lover so seeing dogs and cats in the salon is wonderful and it was very clean despite was ive just mentioned. It’s acc the cleanest salon I’ve been to. The treatment room or however you want to call it, looks and feels very luxurious. The wax was really good. Usually I get some hairs that have been missed but this lady removed everything. Moisturised the area too which was lovely. It’s also the cheapest salon I’ve been to in terms of treatment but that could have been because I went when there was a promotion. But it’s worth it anyway. Highly reccomend. I loved the lady at the desk who talked to me when I was taken in. I felt so so nice.

Really like this salon, the staff are friendly and I go regularly for my eyebrow treading. Reasonably priced, quick job done and always come away happy! I would recommend!

I have been coming here since the salon opened and have recommended it to friends and family. We all love it. The treatments and service have been consistently good. The staff are friendly and professional and rates are very competitive. I love the colourful and eclectic environment. It is a breath of fresh air amongst all the anonymous and impersonal salons that are clinically decked out in every shade of white and staffed by beauticians who never speak to you. Yes, there are two fabulous dogs and a cat in the salon but they are beautifully trained and quietly behaved and do not intrude - they just add personality to the environment. The salon is always immaculately clean and very welcoming. My friends and I love it and will always be regulars. Keep up the good work South Beach.

My mum went there for spray tan in an automatic spray cabin. Until now (7 days after) she is extremely happy and keeping saying it was best experience ever with the darkest tone. Also she has been instructed properly and clearly by member of the staff before the treat. Adorable animals are an attraction loved by everyone. Cant say any bad word!

Classy and amazing salon, Lovely beautician. I went in for a shellac manicure, eyebrow threading and tinting and my bikini area. Mas as my beautician was really lovely and nice, I was offered tea, coffee, water etc. I came back from my holiday and my shellac manicure is still on looking fantastic. I would be definitely be going back to south beach. Would recommend.

I had such an amazing service today at South Beach and was about to write a review about my experience when I noticed what the woman who came in today said. I was there at the time and I have to say the owner and the beautician were very polite and considerate at all times and the woman had a bad attitude. what she said is not true and there was no need to go that far. It's quite scary that any person can just write anything these days and try to bring a person or a business down. That is unacceptable. I would certainly go back again.

Feels almost family orientated. You'd be silly not to give it a visit . The name Has changed to CHISWICK SPA W4 2ED But still the same Great place & even better value for money. Staff very welcoming the dogs have had a hair cut and sitting next to the front desk happily. Massive range of treatments for everyone at fantastic prices. And still with the same ambience as before. & Best Sunbeds in Chiswick at best value. What more do you want a CHERRY ON TOP :-)

South beach is certainly the most welcoming, attractive and inviting beauty salon in all of Chiswick... Probably the best in London!! I travel all the way from Southbank to come here. I've been going to many different salons all around London, and I can guarantee this place is absolutely amazing!!! All the staff there are friendly and welcoming and I definitely would recommend this to everyone I know who need a bit of pampering ;) the place is very clean and polished, and you can see that it's very well looked after. There are uncountable and professional treatments such as spray tan,mani&pedi,waxing,Venus freeze, microdermabrasion,facials,massages,ect... I've tried most of these treatments and had the best satisfactional results afterwards and all of these treatments have extremely good prices. I was overwhelmed with a wave of atmosphere as soon as I walked in. Inside it gives you a relaxing feeling of comfort a homely energy. As soon as I entered I was shocked seeing 2 beautiful friendly dogs sitting by the reception desk. Personally before I didn't favour dogs but know I certainly do!!!!! At the back of the beauty parlour there is a lovely well looked after garden with flowers and a oasis hidden wooden cute vast shed were you take your massages. The garden is for sure, personally for me, that best place in the shop because its perfect for summer as you can get a well needed tan and a nice drink to gulp down after a long day. I have recommended this beauty parlour to a number of people and I have received the same shockingly good results. I would like to thank the staff for their amazing contributions... Well done Sam for creating such a successful company.

If you're wondering where to head for all your beauty needs South Beach is the one. You are always met with a smile no matter the weather and it seems everyone there, especially Sam the owner, is willing to go the extra mile for you. All the ladies are trained exceptionally well and I've never had an issue with any treatment that I've ever had. It's a calm and colourful environment with a Californian Bo-ho feel to it. The salon has a few dogs and cats that you can often find sleeping around the salon I feel this adds to the ambiance making it more homely. The pricing is very competitive, especially given the area and the sunbeds are only 50p per minute which I think you can struggle to find anywhere within the M25, let alone the heart of Chiswick!

South Beach beauty salon is awesome ! I love it and am so glad I chanced upon it when looking for much needed pampering during the cold run up to the festive period... I'm now on track for being one of their regulars!! The sun-beds are top quality, and very cometitively priced. The atmosphere of the entire place is buzzing... Great music is always playing, and the fantastic artefacts and trinkets lining the walls give an 'Aladdin's cave' feel! The staff are so friendly and professional and always happy to chat. They have created a fine balance of professionalism and comfort- helping you to relax,feel confident and enjoy your treatment, whatever it may be. I leave South Beach feeling pampered with a smile on my face no matter what the weather is like outside. I Love it - defs 5*s! :)

Having just read a very recent review by someone who visited the SouthBeach salon on Saturday I strongly feel the need to respond ! I use the salon on a regular basis and have had most treatments on offer! Not once have I felt the need to complain about the treatments or the staff. On Saturday I had an appointment at SouthBeach. As I arrived the salon a bus that had stopped outside the salon caught fire ! !!! Sam the owner and myself shouted at everybody to leave the bus. I called the emergency services who thankfully arrived swiftly.... In view of recent events Sam took the decision to cancel any morning appointments for the safety of her clients and staff. I sat in the salon whist Sam called up her client list offering a full explanation and a chance to reschedule with a 10% discount. There was no chaos or panicking just a show of true professionalism from Sam and her staff. No doubt some of the customers that had early appointments and could not be reached before their appointments were disappointed,but they could all see what was going on outside the salon and seemed perfectly happy with Sams decision ... Not once did she mention the lost of earnings, her only concern was everyone's safety ... So to all of you who felt that a facial or a manicure was more important than people's safety shame on you !.. Well done to Sam and the team for handling the whole situation like the true professionals you are...

There is always a citrus scent in the air, funky tunes playing in the background and my little sunbed getaway is not only amazing value for money, but clean, warm and gives my skin a beautiful glow. South Beach is a rarity in London, a beauty salon offering awesome treatments and cheap sunbeds, but not compromising on cleanliness, atmosphere and beautiful staff. I am so happy I found this little getaway.

when you step inside you are Welcomed by the friendliest staff and as You take in your surroundings, you feel as though you have been transported ...... to a middle eastern Museum or market where you see beautiful art, chairs , fabrics and it is the only place I would come to for my Sunbeds and any other beauty needs. The sunbeds are my fave, the bulbs are always new and fresh, the rooms are big and spacious, and in fact, the beauty therapists are all so lovely, this is exactly what you want from a beauty salon. Escapism, friendliness, affordability. South beach is a little gem.

Arrived London UK after a long tedious flight from Vancouver feeling jet lagged, jaded and sore. Happened upon Southbeach as it was close to a hotel where I was staying and booked in for some self indulgence and therapy. Amazing, friendly and informative staff; beautiful ambience and excellent value. I left feeling entirely healed and ready for my vacation which i subsequently enjoyed immensely. Advice to overseas travelers, book in at southbeach; it's a transformative experience.
