This was my first hollywood wax and I was nervous. The reception staff were extremely helpful with my questions beforehand. Holly my waxing technician, was extremely friendly, helpful and really put me at ease. It hurt a little, but nothing to how I thought it was going to and it was over very quickly. I had my very first wax EVER! I was super nervous and slightly anxious but Natalie was EXCELLENT! An absolute gem who made my experience so nice and calming (it actually wasn't as painful as I thought it would be - it did help to remind myself that nothing could be worse than giving birth lol). Natalie was gentle, quick and talked me through everything- she knows what she's doing! I'd definitely recommend and if you're planning to go, ask for Natalie :)

Brilliant treatment. Virtually pain free and the staff are really helpful and welcoming. There is also an excellent offer on until the end of the month which makes it even better value. Count me in as a very satisfied customer.

Strip Notting Hill is the only place I will ever go to for hair removal; Anna is phenomenal and the ultimate professional - considering this is such a personal experience she is caring and professional and makes you feel completely at ease.
