I gave her white paper for the color, i actually love the color that she choose for me. I get a lot of compliment for my nails, and i love all of them

C. K.I like to come here sometimes due to my own convenience, the shop don't really have many colours to choose from and also don't do many latest designs. In all fairness it's a very standard and basic nail shop. But overall the staff are really friendly and helpful.
R. D.Visited the branch without booking an appointment, wanting to remove acrylics. Waited roughly 40 mins to be seen to. Job done, staff as friendly as expected. £17 for removal, manicure and paint.
L. T.Gave it 3 stars as they’re inconsistent with their bookings. I’ve booked appointments on multiple times only to have to wait 20-30 mins whilst others walk straight in and start their treatments. I never book a particular person as I want to be able to start as soon as I get in but that is never the case. Aside from that they do a good job. Would only go If I’m not in a rush.
R. A.They're pretty good. I had a gel pedi - reasonable price. Very happy with cuticle work and the colour was popping. Only grumble is none of their clients wear masks - they should enforce that during a pandemic.
L. M.Had infills and shellac polish on my nails, can’t complain, they were polite and fast but took care and did a nice job, I was really happy with the result - way better than another local place I paid a lot more for.
Re: other reviews complaining its rude that the staff talk amongst themselves in their own language - a) Obviously you would in a workplace where you all speak the same language even if it’s not the same one as the customers!; b) I’m there to get my nails done not make small talk or earwig on what the staff are talking about.
P. M.It's was and okay salon. I booked to do pedicure for two and they did it quite quickly. Usually that's a good thing but I was hoping for a bit more scrub and massage. Also they didn't clean the cuticles thoroughly, and they put the nail polish in a bit of a rush. But over all happy with the results.

I visited this nail salon on sunday in my lunch hour, the staff were somewhat attentive when i came in however, understandble as it was very busy. i had an appointment, only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes past the appointment time which i wasnt too fussed about.
This was the 1st time i was having short nails and suprisingly, I thought that the technician did a reallly good job - she took instructions well and continuosly asked if my nails were how i wanted them. she even cleaned up and around my cuticles without being asked or charging which i think was a good extra added especially for the price paid.
i have tried many nail salons in and around the stratford area and this one i will say i had a very pleasant visit and will be returning.
maybe they should consider, loyalty cards - good incentive to return.
