P. M.My monthly treatments today at the Beauty Grove were, as usual, extremely good and even more relaxing now that I have added on the back massage.
It is very good to speak to the beauty therapist(Hayley, Tessa and girls)when
making an appointment (they always ring back) as they can answer any specific queries that you may have about the treatment..
D. b.Could one of the regular customers please give me some idea of how you get your telephone calls answered. I have called since before they opened (leaving a voicemail) 15 times and although they have been open for over an hour I cannot get either an answer or a call back!
I am happy to edit this review following a very successful appointment. Really nice beautician, skilled, friendly and in excellent surroundings. A total success. Would like to change my star ratingfrom 1 to 4
