A. S.I have been visiting Mala for years and have never had a reason to change my beauty therapist ! The salon in Chelsea is immaculate and cozy; the team are always welcoming and the services I have used are the best I have had, anywhere in the word. Even though located in an exclusive area in London, the prices are reasonable and I always leave feeling relaxed and happy (even after a wax!!).
O. C.Had my eyebrows threaded by Mala and couldn’t be more impressed. Very friendly, professional and covid secure. I’ve had threading regularly for the past 10 years and this has been my most positive experience. Would highly recommend.

The whole experience was fantastic, there was a lovely waiting room, and it was very calm and quiet. Also very conveniently situated. I would highly rate this Day Spa.
I. S.I treated myself to a Kiwi & Pom facial as my skin needed hydration. The place was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint! Very welcoming reception, ever so helpful staff and a wonderful treatment as a result. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial massage, it was so relaxing it nearly sent me to sleep. My skin felt plump and revitalised after the treatment - just what I wanted to achieve. Will definitely go back!
S. L.I arrived and was politely greeted by the staff. I was then asked to fill in a questionnaire to provide more details on my general health and wellbeing. The therapist checked my answers carefully and we discussed a medical condition so that the treatment wouldn't affect it or worsen it.
I was then treated to my facial, which was thorough and relaxing. I particularly enjoyed the steamer and the exfoliation that left my face feeling soft and clean like I can never get it to feel like at home.
The treatment was extremely relaxing and included a shoulder massage.
I would definitely go back!

F. C.The Chelsea Day Spa provides me a relaxing experience whenever I need a tranquil setting to retreat and also treat myself. The treatments I have had are the facial and a deep tissue massage. The therapists were very experienced, and my skin after the facial is always glowing. The masseuse is very skilled and does a good job relieving the stress I have in my neck due to RSS from the odd position I maintain with my work. As a result, I go for regular massages to help maintain a good posture, as well as relaxation therapy. I would highly recommend, and have already recommended several friends and colleagues to have treatments at the Chelsea Day Spa.

S. S.I purchased a groupon voucher for a pamper package at the Chelsea Day Spa. I suffer from Psoriasis and at the time of the voucher validity I had suffered an unexpected bout of psoriasis. This lasted for some weeks during which time my voucher expired, I emailed the manager and liaised with her in hope that I would be able to not only have my voucher extended but without a date as I didn't know when it go. Not only was the manager there helpful, she was extremely patient, understanding and lovely. She extended my voucher and said I was welcome to come whenever my psoriasis had calmed down, and when I asked if I come anyway for my massage despite my rash she said that I was more then welcome if I felt comfortable. She was just so friendly and cooperative I really couldn't have asked for more! When I attended the salon for my treatment it was truly amazing, a 5* experience, loved the location (on the trendy streets of Chelsea next door to trendy cafes), the staff, the treatment both before, during and after the treatment and the setting. Would definitely go back. I recommended my sister to go for her bday which she did and also loved it! Its the place to go for a truly 5* experience! *****

Shugar is wonderfully welcoming, kind and very professional. She gives very good advice and is very attentive to the needs of her client. She is an absolute sweetheart and I wouldn't trust my face with anyone else bless her xxx. I will most definately be back for more treatments in the near future..
A. F.The staff are really helpful and accommodating. I signed up for four massages and can say the swedish massage is amazing. I felt extremely relaxed and all my muscle tension disappeared. The masseuse gave me personalised advice and I felt very looked after. The atmosphere is classy but also relaxing. Definitely returning!

S. W.The receptionist is friendly, the atmosphere is calming and the massage is wonderful. I got a voucher from Virgin Experience and I have no problem booking the place. I understand from other reviews, people have trouble with the booking, but I believe if you arrive on time then there is no problem. Just remember to arrange it on a day when you don't have much on, it is meant to be a relaxing day.

I tried the Declor one the first time after which Shugar recommended for my skin the Carita facial for my second. She is a very thorough therapist who cares for her clients and provides a beautiful and relaxing facial which left my skin looks flawless on both occasions. A must book!!

It is very small and cosey.. The massage rooms sometimes a little too small when you can hear everything next door - but when it is not busy it is wonderfully quiet. It is local and easy to get to and they do very good packages..
c. c.i had a big look around to find a place for electrolysis . this Spa has been always precise, polite, CLEAN, makes me relaxed, they do not try to sell you other stuff insistently, and above all are available on Saturday and for last minute appointment, all the previous skills are mandatory for me, this is why it deserves 5 stars.
l. l.My beautician Shugar is wonderful - a lot of care put into the facials. I bought a package of microdermabrasion. Really enjoy the facials for face and back. Shugar is very experienced and know what is best for my skin.
