Stephanie was very informative and made me feel at ease, good massage technique using the right amount of pressure to unlock tight knots caused by the gym without causing discomfort, I would recommend the spa and Stephanie to anyone looking for a spa. The fact you can use spa facilities for an hour after your booking is very generous and allows you to fully unwind after a great massage.

Dominique gave the best massage I’ve ever had, any tension or aches have been released. My body feels lighter and freer. Staff were very professional and friendly and service was exceptional. I felt safe and welcomed from the moment I walked in until the second I left. The Spa is the best place for me to restore not only my aches and pains, but my mental health. I went for the Muscle Restore, a very fitting name for the massage. I feel like my muscles have been restored to factory settings! I oddly feel energised and youthful! Well worth the price point, can’t wait to visit again.

The staff were extremely accommodating, welcoming and friendly. When I initially called to book in the voucher we had for the experience, I adviced that I was now pregnant and understood that I wouldn't be able to use the steam room part of the experience, but that I was okay with that and would still like to use the mud with my partner. The receptionist on the phone then said that she could look into a different treatment for me and offered a pregnancy tailored massage. When we got to the premises, I was then offered a full massage for the same duration as the original treatment. The colleague who performed my massage was nothing but calming, friendly and reassuring. I am extremely pleased with their kindness and generosity.

Booked this spa as a birthday gift for my girlfriend, and we were completely blown away. It was our first time in a spa and we weren't entirely sure what to expect. But we were greeted and shown the facilities available to us. After an hour in the steam room and hot beds, we were taken for our facial and massage, which was fantastic. I can see why this place is so highly reviewed, we'll definitely be back.

Johanna (spa in charge) was lovely and both Adrian (Hammam and facial) and Corinna worked their magical hands on me, highly recommended if you want to treat yourself to some self-love and care (albeit it is an investment). After having to cancel once already they managed to get us in at the same time just before Christmas and kept in communication with us the entire time. Good little place. The massage I had was amazing, and you can book to have a small morrocan lunch and some prosecco. Besides the treatments there's not much else to do; they have a steam room and 5 hot stone beds. We went on a Sunday mid-day and it wasn't crowded at all. I'd recommend it if you want some pampering time as I left feeling incredibly relaxed after wards.

Marta was so helpful from the beginning via email to organise the booking, she was really lovely and even gave my partner a small goody bag for his birthday. The rhasoul treatment was so nice, perfect for a romantic and relaxing time with your other half. The place was also beautiful and really nicely decorated, really felt like being in a morrocan spa. Adrienne was amazing. Probably one of the most authentic hammams. I’ve had in the UK. I travel to the Middle East often and am very familiar with the hammam process. If there were any improvements to be made I would suggest the following. The heated relaxation area would benefit from 1. less bright lighting 2. More privacy options with better curtains. 3. Better ventilation in light of Covid 4. Some form of perfumed diffuser to relax guests 5. A jug of water with Mint and Lemon. I was delighted to be shown a menu from which I ordered the Fig and pomegranate hummus with flatbread. I was surprised that both the hummus and the flatbread were authentic and fleshly prepared. The tea was delicious. In the Middle East it is usually served with a tiny serving of dates and nuts as the hammam process makes you quite hungry. Finally the music being played in the spa is lovely but on a very short loop so you hear the same tracks every 15 minutes or so. If you are in the spa for over 2 hours, it feels a bit repetitive. These are minor things and are stunted by the incredible facilities, wonderful staff and most incredible treatment by Adrienne. She took time to understand my needs and sensibilities before conducting the treatment and was respectful and professional throughout. I will definitely be returning.

When you go down the stairs and open the spa door you are taken to a wonderful trip to Morocco, every details are perfect. We’d also booked for detox ritual and was really happy with the treatment. Corina was amazing who did the detox and massage, I’ve never experienced a massage like this before, tremendously worth having it . I would 100% recommend Dolphin Spa to anyone. It made me feel like I was in Morrocco on holiday. And not to forget they provide lockers with towels, bath robe and flip flops and the changing area is also kept clean all the time. The products they use are scented and kind to skin. It’s so calming at Dolphin Spa that you’d want to be there forever.

She explained everything to us. She regularly checked on us during our visit. The Spa it’s self had a lovely relaxing atmosphere. It was clean and well maintained. This was a red letter day booking. The only thing that was missing was the humous and pitta that was meant to be part of the package. But this didn’t make our visit any less enjoyable. Absolutely the best hammam I have experienced in my ten years of visiting Dolphin Spa. Adrian was clearly experienced in technique and her knowledge of both physiology and the products. I had the £99 luxury hammam experience including shampoo, hair treatment, facial and application of an amazing rose body cream. I left with polished, satiny skin all over and glossy hair. I met up with a friend later that evening who commented on my skin as soon as he saw me. The new Marroc Marroc products spoke for themselves. The spa seemed in better condition than it has been for a while, and I gather the decor is due for a total refresh soon. I love the copper Moroccan vibe though, so I hope some of that remains as it makes this spa stand out from the competition. I miss the little dish of dates and oranges that used to be supplied at the end and would like to see these return to really round off a fabulous experience.

A friend and I visited this Spa for a self administered Rhassoul treatment. Unfortunately the Rhassoul facilities at the Spa were out of order, so they offered us massages instead, as well as more time to enjoy the other Spa facilities afterwards. All the staff members we came in contact with were friendly, both masseuses were really good and the salt infused steam room was amazing. The hot stone beds, however, didnt really seem to warm up very much at all, and one of the relaxation rooms seemed a bit run down (damaged seats). Overall we had a good experience and would come back for other treatments

Booked a virgin experience day and upgraded to a full body massage for myself and my partner. The massage and the steam room were absolutely wonderful - we were so relaxed afterwards! Entering the spa feels like stepping into a different world. The reason the spa is receiving 4 stars here and not 5 is because the relaxation room with the sofas were a bit torn and could have been kept up to better repair. Secondly- I'd recommend to the spa that they ensure their forms offer gender options that also allow LGBT+ clients to accurately complete the paperwork! As of now it's only man/woman. I didn't spot any accessible access going into the spa - though there may have been a lift I didn't see. The spa itself appears quite wheelchair accessible once you get in!

The mud Rhassoul was amazing. There was a clean changing area with a shower available alongside big mirrors to see yourself. Flip flops at the ready and lockers with robe very clean. The only I could suggest is to have more hooks available in the changing room near the toilets or changing area and to have the mirrors in the changing area above the sink lowered so it's easier to see yourself after washing your face. It's far too high for anyone to use. I would go again and use the other facilities as I found comfortable and very clean

Erm, was OK...Nice staff, we had a "hamam" treatment, basically a full body scrub. There werent the different rooms we were expecting. There was the hot steam room where you have your specified treatment, a seperate chill room where you lie on slightly heated beds, and a regular room with sofas. There was another steam room which you have to pay £10/15 mins for. Thats it. The scrub was nice, but not much else to experience there tbh. Definitely not like a hamam! But OK for a massage or something I guess. Ironmonger Row baths are probably more of a hamam experience.

I took my daughter here for her 21st birthday, we loved it! On arrival you are shown the changing area/place to wait once ready. A staff member then came along and guided us to the relaxation areas/steam room to use while we waited for our booked in time. At which a staff member came and guided us to our treatment, explaining all. After our cleansing treatment the staff member arrived to guide us to our massage - which was heavenly. After this we were then guided to the rest area of our choice to be brought the Moroccan tea/dates and then left to relax. The whole place had a tranquil, peaceful ambience, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, we couldn't fault the Spa at all. You are left while in the waiting/relaxation areas to relax, therefore making the whole experience more tranquil. Nothing worse than someone popping in every few minutes making sure you are ok! I'd highly recommend you treat yourself to an experience here.

I had a 55 minute muscle restoring massage from Adrienne. This is the second massage I've received from Adrienne, she is FANTASTIC! We had a slight disappointment after our treatments as we were placed in the deep relax room whilst waiting for the tepidarium to become vacant, however another couple (that came out of their treatments after we did) were placed in there before us. We waited a little longer but the mood had changed due to waiting so long so we decided to leave. We didnt make a fuss as we have been coming to this spa for many years and the service has always been excellent.

I arrived 10 minutes late and the team were unable to accommodate this so the hammam felt a little rushed (my own fault however I did think they would be a little more accommodative). The massage was one of the best i've had in England - thank you. Steam was an extra £10 for 15 minutes which I thought was a little steep as the steam kept switching on/off which was dropping the tempering within and it didn't feel like it was anything special - some herbal oils would make it feel a little more luxurious. I spent my time after the steam in the tepidarium which was nice. I was aware that there was a deep relaxation room somewhere however I wasn't shown where this was and staff weren't around to ask. The only drinks on offer appeared to be water? for the price I expected to be offered some tea or an alternative as offered by other spas.

I bought an experience here as a gift for my mum's birthday. We both absolutely loved it. We were given robes and slippers and tea. The Moroccan theme was amazing and I had searched a lot of spas to find this one with this theme rather than an all white clinical, surgical feeling spa! It was beautiful, the staff were brilliant and we both had the mud clay treatment where you apply it yourself and then go into the steam room and shower it off etc. I then had a back, neck and shoulder massage which was amazing and my mum had a facial which she loved. This is by far my favourite spa and I shall definitely be back again and again!

This is a small but well-executed venue. Facilities are perhaps a little more limited than at other spas (especially at this price point), but what they lack in a few aspects (all that was really missing was a sauna), they more than make up for in others. Customer service was excellent at all times, and all facilities were clean and tidy. Purchasing a spa experience grants 1.5h access to the facilities ahead of/after any treatments you choose. This ended up feeling like the perfect amount of time. I enjoyed the hammam and massage, and the platter of tea and mezze in the tepidarium afterwards was a welcome addition.

The massage was amazing, exactly how I wanted it. I can't compliment my masseuse enough. I enjoyed the Hammam and the tepidarium very much. I suppose my only suggestion would be to try and keep the spa insulated noise wise. When in the relaxation room it was quite cold, and there was noise coming from reception as all the doors were open. The Hammam room was also a little bit cool. I can't fault the service, and we were very well accommodated with our party of 6 and our extra cake and prosecco. Thank you very much. I would say that 6 is probably the largest group I would recommend, as there are only 5 warm stone beds in the tepidarium.

I didn't make the booking so I had no idea what to expect and was blown away with how beautiful the spa was and how much was on offer to do. It was spotless clean, the water available in all the rooms was lovely, as was all the complementary shampoos etc. I felt relaxed from the second I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable! The hamman was exceptional, the steam room was divine and the massage was delightful. I loved the hot beds and the tea, I actually just loved every second I was there and I was there for 4 hours altogether. I would not only recommend it but I fully intend on coming back in a few months. It's worth saying that I've been to Morocco and I thought they got the vibe and decorations spot on, it was like walking back into the spa in Marrakesh.

Unlike most massage treatments I didn't feel rushed even though we were the last four ladies left and it was past their closing time by the time we left! One recommendation for dolphin spa would be to cater women's only hours as I know many family, friends and colleagues who would love to take the luxurious treatment provided by dolphin spa in a female only environment. Oh my God, was this place a dream! Today myself and my boyfriend have booked a "From Morocco with Love" spa day to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. I must say that I cannot find one single thing that went wrong, every single thing was impeccable from cleanliness to quality of the therapy. The staff were very amiable and smiley, it made us feel really comfortable and gave us a little tour of the spa. The therapists were very skilled, absolutely lovely and with a great sense of houmour as well. It is also the kind of spa that thinks about everything. Have you forgotten a plastic bag to put your wet swimsuit in at the end of your session? There are plenty in the locker room! I must say that I was also very impressed with the cleanliness and the decor. This day made me and my partner feel like we've been on a 1 week holiday! Last thing - I read a lot of reviews about dirty slippers being given but that wasn't true for me, they were clean. Thank you so much, it was such a pleasure spending our day there!
