I was made to feel extremely at ease which was fantastic as I had not had Electrolysis for a long time and was nervous. Catalina was very assuring throughout. I think I found my new favourite beautician! I will be coming back for more appointments.

I've not tried electrolysis before, but Cat was very helpful in explaining how it works and talking me through the process. Electrolysis is painful but not more than any other hair removal like waxing. I felt put at ease and comfortable the entire time. Total Beauty are great at what they do!

Lovely place, the smell as you walk in relaxed me at once! It's clean and nicely laid out and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I received a gift voucher for my birthday and redeemed it on two short treatments so I could get the best of both worlds! I had an environ facial which I'd never had before. The lady (Lesley) was very nice and she explained everything to me as I'd not experienced it before. It involved a probe applying a current to push vitamins into the skin. I enjoyed it and my face now feels noticeably smoother. The other treatment was a mini back massage which lasted 15 minutes. It was very relaxing and again Lesley was attentive and checked I was ok throughout. I had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend it. I'll be going back!

I have just moved to the area and needed to get my new routines established. I chose this salon because I liked the ad and the ease to get to - on Eltham High Road opposite the fire station. I booked in for a half leg wax and mini pedi. What a treat was in store for me. I had been very lazy and hadn't had my legs waxed for nearly six months! Leighanne was so professional I hardly felt it - it was the most painless leg wax I have ever had. And she was quick, but very thorough and checking for any super resistant hairs. Then followed by a mini pedicure. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Leighanne massaged, buffed, and painted my toes until they looked like I was on holiday all ready. And while she did this, I sipped on a lovely hot coffee she'd made me. While I sat in reception the manager was very friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience at Total Beauty; they all seem to work well as a team and seem to really care about their clients. I have booked in again for next month and now have a loyalty card. The prices are very competitive and the service excellent. Do yourself a favour ladies (and gentlemen) and book yourself into Total Beauty for a treatment.

Total Beauty is a little gem tucked away at the top of Eltham High Street. They have and in-depth knowledge and expertise in beauty therapy and the products they sell. I always come out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated after a treatment.

Great staff, friendly and professional. Have been attending for waxing and treatments for approximately 10 years and cannot recommend them enough.

I went there for waxing and it was one of the best service I have experienced. The prices are competitive and the quality of the service is unbeatable, it was quick, not too painful, good products, no swelling afterward and a lovely and highly experienced aesthetician, Kelly, that I would recommend!
