I can honestly say I had the best experience ever at Ugly Duckling today. A wonderful Cinderella facial with Monique, followed by a gel manicure and pedicure with Emma. The welcome was warm, treatments first class, products amazing, nice music too. I enjoyed the chat and could have easily stayed all day. This salon was recommended to me by a friend. I traveled from SW London to East and it was worth it! I will most definitely be returning to this salon in the near future.

Had the champagne and roses pedicure and honestly it was worth every penny! The lava shell massage was amazing, the treatment in general was super relaxing and just what I needed. My feet are so soft, nails look great, the chocolate, rose quartz and eye mask were a lovely touch. Rianna was great as always, definitely recommend UDB for all your beauty treatments.

I have been for a facial twice and had micro-blading on my eyebrows. I have been going there for almost a year now and I would definitely recommend The Ugly Duckling to everyone! I have only ever had the owner do all my treatments, but all the staff have been very friendly. During both my facials, i have been made to feel super special and had a relaxing time. My skin is doing a lot better and I was advised on how to look after my skin which has been great. For my eyebrows, a test of the lamination was provided and then it was shown that micro-blading would be best. I have always felt that I have been given honest advice and each treatment has been done carefully and considerately without rushing. Prices are also reasonable too. I am from south London, but this place is worth the trip as like I said, i would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful calm salon was a really nice change from normal nail shops. Rianna was lovely and did an amazing job on my apres nails, I love them- thank you. This salon saved me! I had an awful manicure from a nearby salon down the road, and Ugly Duckling totally fixed my nails. Chi Lan was my nail technician and she paid special attention to detail and made sure I was happy along the way. Couldn't recommend this beauty salon high enough!

The best place I ever have been for beauty treatments. I went for the first time for a wax about a year ago to try it and it was quick, painless and really neat. I became a member (which is a great system) and began to get more treatments such as brows, shellac nails and lashes (LVL, extensions,tinting). Every treatment I have ever had has been insanely neat and well done and you are listened to and really well looked after. Everyone there is extremely friendly and it's always a really nice relaxed and super comfortable atmosphere. I've already recommended here to friends but would recommend to anyone who is looking for any beauty treatment. It is conveniently located too and prices are really good for the quality of work and professionalism!
