I’ve been coming here for over a year now since I moved to the area and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Rachel and the rest of the staff are amazing at what they do, so talented and friendly. There’s a great selection of colors and they always help me plan out the best designs. The service is always top notch and I’m always so happy when with the finished product. If you’re looking for a great nail salon with good value and a wonderful staff I highly highly highly recommend coming here!! Xx (The photo is super grown out sorry!)

This is a gem in Ealing. I came in for a manicure and the staff were really friendly and accommodating - they provided a great service in a lovely relaxed environment. I would not hesitate to come back in again. I've had lots of compliments on my nails already!

🤩Perfect for anyone looking to feel beautiful again!🤩 I have been coming to West Star Nails since I was a teenager, I am now 29. Well over 10 years of service! They’ve never let me down and have always taken good care of my nails and feet. Staff members are very friendly and know how to make a client feel comfortable and welcomed! The wait time always tends to be short as there are enough technicians and enough stations to tend to customers. My polish/shellac is always extremely smooth. The pedicures always leave my feet feeling brand new. Any friend who’ve I’ve brought here falls in love with this nail shop! Would highly highly recommend!

It’s hit and miss. I’ve only ever been happy when Rachel does my nails. Other nails techs always have the shellac touching my cuticles and on my past three visits I have been disappointed. On my last visit I had to ask my friend who’s a nail tech to file them down and redo them - after paying £35+. I also asked for square nails and they were not quite square. I initially wanted a white tip but decided against it after seeing the poor execution. It’s not worth £75 for a manicure and pedicure - I’d rather do my nails at home if they are going to look like that. I’ll never go there again.

I had a full set of acrylics done and the service was very good and friendly. No wait time, they have a great variety of colours and styles that are new. Would go again and recommend a friend. They also have a loyalty card which is great if you come regularly

I purposely left writing a review for West Nails until a good 2 weeks after I had my nails done. I got my nails done on the 30th December and they are still going strong. I initally cancelled my appointment as I am such a fussy person when it comes to my nails, if they are not done the way I like them and the gels comes off I am not a happy bunny! I rebooked for the same day to have a pedicure (normal nail polish) and manicure (gels). It is very rare that I am impressed by a nail salon. However, the service and treatments I received where wonderful. The lady who did my nails was thorough, professional and made me feel soooooo relaxed 😌. When you have a 8 year old and a 9 month old getting to feel relax is like winning the lottery, so I was very happy. The standard of work was impeccable and impressive. I was strongly recommended this place to anyone who wants to feel pampered and have elegant nails done. Next time, I will be taking my mum and sisters too. Thank you West Nails for a great experience and doing my nails better then I expected. 😊

I have been a regular customer at West Star nails for several years now and am always impressed with the lovely team, I often recommend to friends and family. I have had manicures (acrylic, SNS, gel), pedicures (normal and gel), wax treatments and facials at West Star nails. The business times are very handy, with the salon opening early and staying open quite late - making it easy to pop down after a busy work day. Rachel is very talented and she runs a fabulous salon, I especially love getting a pedicure and using a massage chair.

Lovely salon and lovely staff. Have had acrylic nails done twice here. I love the range of colours and my nails have been done to a great quality on both occasions. I think the comments regarding staff speaking another language are unfair, as it is their mother tongue and they should be free to speak comfortably. The staff have always been very welcoming and, although it can get busy, the staff do a good job of keeping things running smoothly. I will definitely continue to choose this salon. I feel like some negatives reviews on here are either unfair, made up or exaggerated. I’ve done my nails in West Star Nails about 30 times now and I always go back to this salon. The location is convenient, the place is spacious and not stuffy like many other nail salons. All the ladies I’ve always found them super nice and it’s a shame the staff has somewhat changed now but still I have never experienced rudeness from any of them. Yes, the working stations could be a bit tidier and I wish there was more choice when it comes to nail art, and I have also found my nails a bit uneven on a couple of occasions but this should be pointed out to the lady that’s doing your nails, they listen to suggestions and will correct their mistake. Overall, I find the service in West Star Nails really good and when It comes to the not so expensive salons that will do a good regular gel/shellac I have not found a better salon yet :)

This is by far the best and most consistent salon I have ever been to. Staff remember you, they may speak in Vietnamese but are never rude, and are happy to chat or leave you alone depending on what you prefer. It's a quick, efficient service and perfect for mani/pedi regulars. If you are looking for an hour of undivided and sole indulgence it's simply not the place for you. You come and take a seat ( no appts) Rachel and her staff find the balance between being quick but thorough and accommodate your needs. You can always walk out if you can't /don't want to wait, and I've seen the staff stay on in evenings when they don't want to disappoint the queuing customers trying to look good for impending social events/ dates/nights out. In the 8 years I have been going I had an issue once , raised it with salon ( not via internet review ) and was fixed no questions asked. My pedis last and last ( I've been four weeks without one once and still looked new except for normal nail growth) Ok the flannels have nv on them, but how do you get it off ( seriously I spilt a bottle on my favourite jumper once) They are crisp and clean always so I'd take that any day. I rarely write reviews but do think people need to manage their own expectations, the staff have been there for years which I really appreciate as do the many regulars who make this salon have a familiar community buzz about it!! I'm in no way associated with the salon but thought I would share my views.
