Had the MOST wonderful massage and facial this week. Technically brilliant - the Valmont facial was really thorough and my face still feels incredible 3 days later. I’ll Defo be going back as it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. Massage was an excellent compliment and they both wove together well so my body was soo relaxed and my knots dissolved. Sleek salon, well located and staff couldn’t have been more lovely. Also sometimes I find the beauty industry lives on another planet but we could have proper conversations. The bedding is super luxurious and I felt like I’d been really pampered in two hours! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😍

I had an appointment recently in White Room. The treatment was very good, the facial massage a little bit strong for me but was fine. If I can have any complaint and I have that I asked for THE L’ELIXIR DES GLACIERS – ESSENCE OF BEES MAJESTIC FACIAL plus VALMONT EYE LIFT TREATMENT – REFLECTION ON A FROZEN LAKE as an additional treatment which takes 2 and a half hour as it shown on their web and I’ve been told when I made the reservation and we finished in and hour and 45 minutes. For 475£ I was expecting more.

Walk into tranquility and luxury at the White Room. I had an amazing Valmont facial but also a fabulous experience, from slipping between a fluffy duvet and electric blanket to a relaxing facial including a neck and shoulder, hand and arm massage to the final result of illuminating skin. I had a wonderful experience at the White Room at the beginning of July when I went for a facial. The salon was incredibly welcome and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. The facial itself was thorough and I really felt that the extraction cleared out all of my pores and detoxed my skin entirely whilst not feeling too harsh and chemically focussed. I would thoroughly recommend the White Room to my friends and family and will definitely be returning as my skin still feels refreshed.
