R. M.I had the best experience at Y.Wait! Kerry-Ann did my nails so beautifully and the hand scrub and massage at the end was an unexpected treat. It made it far more then just a nail appointment. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated.
The store is beautiful with all natural beauty products lining the walls and the staff's knowledge and recommendations were brilliant. I'm really enjoying my products.
With regard to Covid-19 everyone was so professional and it was easy to feel at ease. 100% recommend! Can't wait to go back.
A. S.I came here to get my nails done and it was just such a lovely experience. The whole salon is so beautifully thought out and unique its wonderful! The woman was very kind and looked after us, the quality of manicure was fab and lots of colours to choose from. Felt very welcomed and at ease and they even offer you choice from a lovely menu of tea's which comes in a beautiful tea pot. This made the experience feel very special and not just like rushing in anywhere to get your nails done. Would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting! 10/10
S. B.Trying to think of a word to describe my treatment yesterday however finding it difficult to some up in just one word. Professional, great value and amazing quality! Super clean and was ready for when I came.
During my treatment there was a mix up on the system and in a way double booked myself and another women, Kerry-Ann dealing with my treatment sorted the situation so professionally it was admirable (as the fault was neither the customer or the staff but the system). Amazing young lady and great chat!
The young lady that was doing my nails was lovely and I’ll defo be coming back! You just got yourself a loyal customer!

I had a pedicure and manicure here and my feet came out feeling so soft! They really spend time on you here making sure you get the full experience, and also provide you with the benefits of each product and any advice you might need. My favourite part was the massage 😍 I would definitely got back to try that next!
With all the corona mad bookings the lovely lady (who I can't remember her name! Sorry) was able to move me across so I was on the same day.

R. F.I was recommended Y.Wait by a friend who has been to a few places and since this was near I thought I'd try it out. I filled in the "contact us" form on the website to explain that I am a nail biter and wanted to try gel nails to kick my habit. Their reply came quick with a recommendation for normal gel, not dip polish since my nails were likely too short. So with the advice in mind, I booked an appointment.
The woman who gave me the manicure was lovely and professional and the result was excellent. I booked just over 2 weeks later to have the polish removed and a new colour put on. My nails had grown and looked a lot nicer the second time around. I look forward to the end of the lockdown to get my next colour, maybe this time with the dip polish!

As it was my first visit, I was pleased to learn of their natural products made on site in sustainable packaging - without any of the product pushing that I've encountered at other salons. L. C.I LOVE this place. Such a local gem. Great treatments. I've had top quality pedicures, manicures and massages. I also love their natural products. Particularly the Patty moisturiser which is like a drink for dry skin.

I left totally relaxed with lovely sparkly nails and smooth feet ready for a holiday. There are lots of little touches that make this place great and not like any other Salon, from the choice of teas to the decor and care and attention given by the therapist. Can't wait to go back!!

I was welcomed back and the whole appointment was straightforward and I was made to feel very comfortable with the extra precautions in light of COVID 19. Kerry-Ann did my nails and I was delighted with the result.
I have been having my nails done at Y. Wait for about 5 years now and really wouldn’t look any where else!!

N. B.Just has a wonderful experience in their store on Wood Street. Amazing customer service with am expert in beauty care. I felt well educated and looked after. I came away with some quality natural beauty product for my daily facial routine. I must to visit in Walthamstow.

D. A.I'm a regular at Ywait. I love the friendly atmosphere and the incredibly good value high quality service. I get gel nails which are perfect every time. I also particularly recommend the facial, massage and eyebrow tint and dye. They also sell a range of amazing home made products from natural ingredients from moisturisers to cleansers, that actually work, all in reusable jars. I feel so lucky to have Ywait on my doorstep.
V. K.I was recommended to Y.Wait by a friend of mine - and on my birthday I decided to finally check it out. My friend and I booked half day spa packages - and we were treated so well. All the products used are made in-house and natural and after the best facial in life - my skin is still so soft and smooth. It's local to me - so i will be a regular. The massage was great and my nails are blingy. Great birthday present to myself!
H. R.I have just come back from a half day Spa experience at Y Wait where I regularly get my nails done and also have a membership. This was given as a present and I have to say what a wonderful experience it was!!
It started with a relaxing breakfast of pastries, croissants, fruit and drinks.
My first treatment was a back massage which was amazing leaving me feeling relaxed and free from all the stress that builds up without you always realising it!!
I then went for a pedicure which included a paraffin treatment that I hadn't expected, which was a lovely bonus and made my feet feel really soft and ready for some sunshine!!
My last treatment was a facial which was absolutely brilliant my skin felt cleansed, massaged and really radiant afterwards.
I then finished my morning with a lovely lunch and I have to say I felt properly spoilt!!
A huge thank you to Kerry Anne and the girls for such a lovely experience , they are both professional and very customer orientated. I'd thoroughly recommend anyone to try them out!!

J. M.What an amazing place!! I found this little gem on google and I was able to book in last minute as I was going on holiday the next day. I had gel nails & semi permanent lashes. I was so impressed with their warmth & hospitality. Very professional & efficient. My nails were done to perfection and there is wide range of gorgeous colours to choose from. My lashes look so glamourous and didn’t sting my eyes like I’ve had before at other places. I will definitely be going back. Kerrie Anne is top class. Thank you ladies!!
D. o.All the staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel like you're in their family home while offering great treatments, selling lovely natural products and delicious tea! Kerry-Ann gave me great pain relief and relaxation with my pre and postnatal massages! The Indian head massage is particularly good. I would 100% recommend them as I'm there nearly every week :-)
S. Y.My best friend suggested I try Y.Wait and I was expecting a normal and basic beauty experience but it was far beyond my expectations. I won't go anywhere else from now on because it was so much more than just a manicure and a wax. The staff are not just brilliant at what they do but kind, happy, and friendly. The salon is quirky, cosy, and crazy comfy (I'd come back just to hang out and have a pot of herbal tea and a chat), and the before and after customer care was top class. In every way I was made to feel comfortable, confident, and very special. (And my gel manicure lasted longer than any other one I've ever had plus they squeezed me in at last minute on a weekend without batting an eye lid even though I know they had to do a bit of their own break time juggling.)

L. A.This is a different kind of salon to ones I’ve been to before, it’s homey and smells amazing (lemon verbena and chamomile?). They make some of their own lotions and scrubs which were gorgeous. I had a lovely pedicure and will definitely be back.

I went there to get my nails done, and left with a membership. I'm really impressed with the ladies and the service they offer here, and they really show what hard work, good products/services and great customer service can do as they seem to really be growing as a business.

A.I recommend this place to everyone. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I've had manicures, pedicures, facials and massages and they're all great, especially for the price. Be sure to check out their products, their Shea Butter mix is my holy grail product: can be used all over the body, and works great as a hair mask too!
T.Just like the reviews before me, I had an absolutely amazing experience. I came for a back massage after having back pain for a couple of weeks. With a single treatment literally all of it is gone. I've had this problem many times before but no one has ever removed it in a single session. In this place, the massage room is at perfect temperature, I've been to places before where it was cold. The therapist's work was on spot I'm really really happy and booked more appointments to prevent the back pain coming back but also because I've rarely ever felt so relaxed.
C. W.Really lovely home like place,I went along with two under fives as my feet were dying for attention. The 4 year old was given hot chocolate and treated like a princess. I allowed for her to have some polish whilst I entertained my 17th month old my feet were take care of- they almost feel brand new. I also enjoyed the complimentary lemon tea. Thanks for welcoming me in with my kids...mummies need pampering too.
S. F.My gorgeous husband blessed me with a fabulous birthday present, with my sister to join in - a whole city spa day at YWait. It was excellent, from arrival at the vintage and homely environment, to the relaxed leaving at gone 6pm. My sister and I truly rested and were revitalised. The food menu was good and the food was of good quality, try the different teas......the treatments - 5 - were carried out with knowledge, experience and professionalism.....that is what I call a spa day - Presentation was excellent. Ladies You all did very well.....bless you - you made us feel special....I look forward to my next treatment, one at a time this time.
M. J.Had a Spa day. All I can say is Wow what a beautiful day I had. All staff members was accommodating at all times, breakfast and lunch, and refreshments included. All rooms intimate and cosy. My personal favorite room was on the top floor, where I was left to chill out after my first treatment. At the end of all treatments I truly felt well polished and amazingly relaxed.
Personal for me would prefer this to flowers any day, as it is an experience I won't be forgetting in a hurry. To my children "did you hear that".
If looking for a gift eg: Mother's day, Birthday, Hens or just because. From the minute you arrive the experience starts.
Can't wait for next spa day.

C. R.Had a half day spa today and all was excellent. From the welcome to the lunch, the great selection of loose leaf teas, and the treatments. Literally can't fault any of it. The facial was so good I started snoring part way through!!! I also bought some of the home made products which are excellent. Will defo be back.

I admit I was very nervous when coming for the first time but within minutes felt like I had been coming for such a long time! When you walk in, you are always greeted by smiling staff who always ask how you are and offer you something to drink.
The atmosphere there is so inviting. It always feels very positive and light! You feel so comfortable and it’s no wonder why whenever I go in they are always busy! They offer a wonderful service and everytime I have a treatment there, I always feel happy after.
The staff there are so lovely and are very attentive. I recommend coming to this place and will not go anywhere else for my treatment. The service is amazing and that it is all down to the wonderful staff and team who do offer quality service to their clients. I think their prices are reasonable as they offer a high quality service and make their customers feel at ease :)

D. F.So I have to start by saying that all I was expecting was to get my nails done, but I got so much more! I treated my mum to the bride package (as she was renewing her vows) and got my nails done (gel). First of all, we were welcomed by warm lovely individuals and treated as valued customers, being offered a hot or cold drink with proper crockery (a vintage tray, mug, selections of teas etc.). Secondly, they came with some great ideas - we told them what we wanted and the theme of the day and they suggested some great colours and combinations which we would have never thought of. Thirdly, they take great care in the work, ensuring attention to detail, efficiency and extra care. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced - so much so that I had to give them extra. Would highly recommend this amazing place and will be no doubt returning. It also helps being in the Wood Street market, where there is a real tranquility in comparison to the busy bustle of the town centre (by the tube station and The Mall). Do go visit to experience Y.Wait!

I had a spa day there for my 30th birthday and they spoilt me rotten, providing a wonderful day of pampering complete with yummy food.
The ladies there are like family - I'll always have a cup of tea (complimentary) and sit and have a nice chat with them whenever I go for a treatment. I've gone for birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties, everything! I recommend them to all my friends and will be taking my mother in law at the end of this month!
