R. Q.Had such a great herbal facial from Lilly's, it left my skin really soft, glowy and spot free. The ladies were lovely and gave advice on what would be more suitable for sensitive skin. Everything was done with such calm and care, a relaxing haven away from the bustle of Arndale market.
E. O.It’s a hit or miss depending on who does your brows. If you find one person that does it perfectly don’t change even if she is fully booked except it’s urgent. Otherwise, you might regret it.

s. s.Best eyebrows done ever...😍 I went there first time and was a bit nervous but once the lady did my eyebrows I was more than happy...it was a perfect shape with perfect finishing....i had to wait a bit long as there were lot of people waiting before me...no wonder there was a que because of its excellent customer service and great great work....the staff were very helpful and they listen to me very carefully about my needs. Super happy....i recommend it 100%
N. A. B.It was £5 for eyebrow threading,recently increased it to £7. Some staff are very good and friendly, where as some are bossy and rude. Unlike some other eyebrow salons,they dont tweeze the small hairs. Rating 3 stars because of the unfriendliness of some staff.
