I was a customer pre covid so was unable to finish my first course. But since starting another 3 sessions today, I can see a massive difference. Bruna has been fantastic. I opted for the full package of full legs, underarms bikini and also tummy (snail trail) because when I was pregnant I stupidly shaved it then it grew back thicker! Anyway, being a bigger woman, I had insecurities about my weight but I've also suffered badly with skin I causing ingrown hairs, shaving rash, scarring from scratching and picking and it's not a pretty sight at all. I was terrified to show my skin, not even to family, let alone a stranger. However Bruna kept me at ease, so professional and polite. She understood my worries and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. In my head you have to be model with flawless skin like the adverts and I'm not at all! But that didn't matter and Bruna has given me my confidence. She's lovely and listen to my worries and explained how she would help me. After 2 sessions (before my 3rd today) my skin has cleared up drastically. And because of the lack of hair, I'm not scratching and so the scarring is clearing up nicely too! The hair that is growing back is thinner, and patchy and I'm having to shave less, meaning not suffering from rasor rash every few days. The lasers don't hurt, you can feel warmth but nothing more and Bruna checks in to see if it's comfortable every minute or so. And what's even better, because my skin in clearing up, I've worn knee length dresses for the past 2 days! Anyone who knows me knows I dont get my legs out at all and I always suffer every summer wearing jeans. Not anymore!! I'm so excited to complete my course. I would urge anyone with body insecurities, be it weight or skin, (or like me both) don't worry, you'll be in safe and supportive hands with Bruna and Amanda, you don't need to be shy. They are amazing xx

Can I rate more than 5* ? I would. The new salon/studio is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, lovely waiting area, the rooms are beautiful with lots of little details, Windows for good air ventilation, all nice and clean. With the best lady Amanda. I feel when I go to see her and have waxing or laser done I can talk and listen to her, Amanda is kind and transmit a very relaxing mood, I feel a different person when I leave, relaxed, hair free and mind calm. Thank you Amanda. I could spend a day having treatments and talking.

I can't rate Amanda high enough. She is extremely professional, attentive to details and friendly person. Certainly Amanda and her team will make you feel comfortable straight way when you walk into her studio. After waxing for long time she introduce me her new laser hair removal machine pain free, I’m so pleased with my second session basically 50% of my hair gone! Can’t wait to finish my laser removal treatment. Definitely the best place in MK for waxing and beauty treatments!

Amanda was so lovely, another salon let me down just before my holiday and she managed to fit me in last minute when she really didn't have to. So pleased the other salon did let me down as found a great place and person to get my waxing done again the future. Would highly recommend for waxing (not just because of accommodating me) but because of the professional wax and friendly service.

I met Amanda two years ago. I was aterrified of waxing before, but with her I never felt deep pain. She has got a technique that makes it quick and pain-free. The New space is super comfortable, very friendly and with this great atmosphere. I was able to park on Saynsbury and walk 3 min to the studio. I ended up with my wax and shopping done all in the same place 😉 I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth skin without pain.

I’ve been getting intimate waxes for over 5 years. I’ve been to many different places, even other countries. I had my first wax last week with Bruna and I can NOT recommend her enough! Hands down, the best place I’ve ever been too. Firstly, I literally felt next to no pain which I cannot even compute! Bruna is a top girl as well, friendly, funny, professional and down to earth. I can safely say I will never go anywhere else for an intimate wax ever again. This review doesn’t even begin to explain how impressed and happy I am with my whole experience.
