H. B.Today I attended for a wax and brow tint with Emma and I can’t recommend the service enough! Emma was so attentive and really thorough in ensuring I was comfortable and happy with my brows. She took particular care in the shape of my brows which I was so pleased with. I have gotten my brows done at benefit for a long time but Emma is by far my favourite. So happy to have found my new brow tech!
J. T.I was assisted by a lovely lady called Emma at Boots in Newport Retail Park. She advised me on which brow pencil to use, when my old one needed replacing & tinted my brows, at my request. . I was very satisfied with the results. She talked me through the procedure & was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She was a delightful lady & I will definitely ask for her again next time.

She showed me how to actually use the product properly and my brows look so much better. She was patient and kind and very bubbly. I had no idea how wrong I had been using them. She then helped me purchase the products in the best money saving way and then helped me with a Xmas present. She’s a credit to your team :). X
