T. H.Excellent service, love my nails, i had acrylic extensions with a french manicure, done to perfection!!
L. J.The negative reviews are unfair in my opinion. They're not rude, it's just a cultural difference. Yes they play "musical chairs" because they're often incredibly busy so they take turns working on nails, doing the bits they are most skilled at. The prices don't fluctuate, they're all listed on the board and you pay extra for fancier colours or designs. The only thing I will say is that sometimes they leave my nails rough as they don't buff the edges enough but apart from that I can't fault them. The nails last 3 plus weeks before I need infills, it's a bonus that appts aren't needed and they are good at what they do.
