I loved these nails!! 💅🏾 Cecilia did the most amazing job, she is incredibly talented. I showed a picture on Pinterest and she replicated the design beautifully! I would only get my nails done by her! These are shellac polish on my natural nails. My only hiccup was the lady who took off my previous polish filed it down too much and my nails became weak. I usually have shellac back to back and never had a chip even after 4 weeks. However, this time 2 nails did chip/break after 3 days! However, Zone did repair both free of charge, no problem. So I am still overall very happy with the service 💅🏾💕

Amazing LASHES!! 😍 I was recommended to Jenny for medium Russian lashes. I do my own Classics, and I had previously had few experiences paying for lashes where they fall off as quick as 48 hours and last no longer than 2 weeks. I’ve had issues with spiking, twisting, clumping…. And then I saw Jenny. 😃 Never have full lashes felt so comfortable or lasted so long! They can last almost 4 weeks if following Jenny’s specialist care and advice and even then, they’re not too sparse to be seen out!! I personally visit every 3 weeks for infills at £35. She’s so gentle too I sometimes fall asleep!! No strong glue odours and she’s quite the perfectionist. I’ve been going back for 6 months now, I’m addicted to how great they look! Thanks Jenny!!

This place is great and offers so many beauty treatments. I always have my eyelash extensions done at Zone by Jenny and they are amazing and last so long. I also have acrylic nails and pedicures here and the staff are always so helpful and caring. I especially like Izzy on reception, she always does her best to accommodate my every request. I have brought many friends and family here are we always enjoy our time together being pampered. Well worth a visit for all your beauty needs.

I have been going to Zone for a few Years now. I love my time there, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Izzy delivers customer service second to none and makes me feel a priority every visit even when she is clearly rushed off her feet. I go to Zone on Wellingborough Road to get my nails done and my lashes I must say their service is excellent. Everyone there is helpful and they make sure you are not confused as to where you should be. Special mention ro Jenny who does my lashes, she is amazingly good. I went for my first ever lash lift with Jenny. I was a little nervous. She made me feel very relaxed and the treatment was surprisingly enjoyable. The results completely blew me away, I did not expect my lashes to look so long as my lashes are very short. I am so happy with the results and can’t believe how much wider my eyes look. It’s also saved me time applying mascara in the mornings!!!

I’ve been attending this salon for nearly a year now, every time it’s a great service with lovely staff. I always see Maria for my gel polish and she provides a 5 star service each and every time. Maria takes her time and makes sure you’re nails are perfect before letting you go - I cannot recommend her enough, many of my friends have also started to get there nails done by Maria and they all have nothing but great things to say about her. Since I have found Maria, I would never get my nails done by anyone else! Her attention to detail is exemplary. She takes her time to understand what you want and execute it accordingly. Maria is not like other nail technicians who try and get you in and out as quickly as possible, leaving you with less than perfect nails, but actually takes her time to make them perfect and her shaping is amazing. She can always fix a nail, advises on general skin and nail care and even helps me to choose my colours. She also is quite the therapist after visiting her for so long. Worth travelling to! Easier for me to go to MK than N'pton, so there has to be a reason... I've been visiting zone for a few years now, mainly for nails but have had other treatments along the way. It started as a Mum and Daughter thing! So where do I start...Izzy, if she's not the salon manager she should be! receptionist is an understatement of what she does. Izzy is a ray of sunshine, makes everyone feel welcome. She's polite and professional and definitely drives the business there! People return because of her :) Maria, nail technician. Since discovering Maria I really don't want anyone else to do my nails. She is polite, professional, methodical, pays attention to detail and cares about the end result. In my eyes she is a senior technician (should be head of the nail bar) and also helps drive the business in what she delivers. And again people return because of her :) Both these ladies are a credit to your business and I hope you realise how lucky you are to have them. In this day and age it's unique to find such people. Give them a pay rise...they deserve it or somebody might head hunt them!!! Thanks ladies :)

Had my regular gel nail infills done today by Honey, and my Russian lash infills by Jenny. Amazing job, as always! I have been coming to Zone for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my beauty needs. I had my second session of microdermabrasion from Pritiksha. She is a very very friendly, humble lady. She have done my procedure with care and love. And I'm feeling a huge difference in my hyperpigmented scars now. I love their services as they make you very relaxed. Pritiksha gave me a complimentary neck and head massage and it made me so so relaxed that I fell asleep there. Overall wonderful experience.

I recently visited here for a pedicure, this was my first time, so needed to speak with the studio just to find out some details. My call was answered very quickly by a very friendly lady named Izzy. All questions answered and an appointment made for the same day. Izzy was also on reception when I arrived and introduced me to Agata, who would ‘look after’ me for my pedicure. Agata told me everything I could expect about my treatment and made sure I was happy and comfortable at all times. The whole experience was great and I’m guessing from the chatter etc from the other clients receiving various treatments that they were happy too. Certainly a studio I will be returning to and would recommend to others.

I love this place! I’m a single mum and I don’t have a babysitter very often so when I do you can bet I’m here. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and waxed here. The girls always make a brilliant job. I have had my nails done by Elsa, Christina and Andrea. All three of them have done perfect jobs. Literally they’re all perfectionists. I had my nails last done by Andrea and we had already planned my Halloween and Xmas nails- nothing is too challenging for her she loves to mix it up and make you super happy!! 😍🥰 I’ve also had my lips filled here. I’ve been visiting Zone for some time now and I went back in the other day to have my brows done. I’d taken my twins with me thinking with a snack they’d be fine for a quick treatment but one baby decided to have a full on meltdown as I got into the shop. The manager was so kind and understanding. He reassured me to take my time and was so patient. The therapists all roped in too, giving me time to settle my baby whilst they entertained the other one. It could have been a really daunting experience for me but the staff were incredible - thank you!

The receptionist Izzy is very welcoming and kind, Gurpreet who did my lashes is very lovely and I love my lashes, which I got the medium individual lashes, Zone is my favourite place to get my lashes done! Kristina who did my gel nails was also very lovely and I love the shape and colour! Good quality for money and the salon is very clean and follow the guidelines with prompting customers to wear PPE/ checking temps and Hand sanitiser stations. Definitely recommend this salon, especially if you love a pamper and feeling like VIP.

I always pop into Zone when I need my eyebrows and lashes tinting/threading. I would never go anywhere else. (Been to a few of the insta famous studios and they dont compare) There's never a wait even though they are always popular and the atmosphere is lovely. Davinda did my brows and lashes this time and I am not disappointed. The attention to detail all of the ladies go to is amazing, especially for the price! I have overheard a few ladies, that are getting services done, that without sounding rude are abit fussy and the ladies at the salon are so eager to please and listen to every word their customers say to make them happy. I could listen to her talk all day without being weird haha she is what all receptionists should aspire to be like, She goes out of her way to help every client. I visited the Zone on Wellingborough Road and firstly met by the lovely, friendly Issy on reception who is always so professional booking in. I was having semi-permanent brows and was feeling a little nervous. There was absolutely no need to be. I had the brilliant Gurpreet who was so attentive to detail and wanted to make sure I was happy with my brows. All the staff are lovely and really friendly. Would I recommend the Zone? Absolutely. The young lady that usually does my nail infills (Christina - she's awesome) was on holiday, so I decided to give someone else a go, my nails were too long and desperatly needed shortening. Ben was lovely, my nails are sensitive and I asked him to use the machinery on a lower speed and to shorten my nails and shape them. He worked carefully and methodically and professionaly and the end result was perfect. I'm sure the other members of staff are just as good, but for the moment, Ben and Christina have my vote 😁

Izzy is always very welcoming on reception and always finds away to fit me in if I’ve left it to late to book. Christina does an amazing job with my acrylic nails and pedicure. Firstly, the Salon decor is amazing: luxurious, contemporary and spotlessly clean with Covid-prevention procedures in place. Elsa did a beautiful job on my nails...she was friendly, professional, paid really close attention to detail allowing me to have total confidence in her. I left her with fabulous-looking nails and feeling fantastic! Afterwards, Pratiksha did my henna eyebrows, and she did absolutely amazing work! She was abundant with skills, expertise and experience - I felt really privileged to have her! Initially, I accidentally booked at the wrong salon and emailed them explaining my mistake, they rectified it right away and were so fast on their response. At that time, my therapist was called Gurpreet and was so happy with the results that i rebooked for yesterday and had my mum come along too. Izzy was lovely on reception and the covid safety measures are fantastic. It is clean and bright and well maintained in the salon. This time, mum had Gurpreet do her lashes and she is so happy with them. I had Davinder do my infills and am happy becuase they are so natural and nice. Will deffo be a regular :) Thanks ladies xxx

I attended Zone Beauty just before Christmas for my festive nail, I was seen promptly , the nail technician did a beautiful job, got the length perfect after I adjusted a few times (wanted them long ish but still able to type). The colour selection is good including high quality OPI selection. Convenient central location, fast service but recommend booking in advance and go first thing in the morning in case other appointments run behind. Offered a loyalty card , clean & pleasant environment, and girls are friendly and polite. The nails even after 14 days still looks great. I can not wait to go back for my infills.. I have fallen in love with this place.. x

I started coming to Zara with my friend , I was nervous at first as you really do not want to trust some new place to touch your brows , remove hair or had nails . I have mixed feelings about this place.. it really does depend on what day you go and what service you want. For eyebrows and threading they are great. I had 2 lvl lashes treatments - the first was great, it was done in one of the treatment rooms and was very comfortable.. I even received a complimentary Indian head massage - fab! The second treatment I was in one of the threading chairs in the main salon.. I wasn't very comfortable as people were passing my chair when the therapist was performing the treatment.. I was scared stiff someone was going to knock her arm and I was going to get stabbed in the eye! The treatment is around 40 minutes so I was quite uncomfortable in the chair and my back was aching.. no head massage this time! This has now made me look elsewhere to get lvl in future. For nails they are good and well priced although it can get very busy and you feel like you are on a conveyer belt! I also ask for them not to use the drills as they really damage your nails. I have had a few wax treatments here.. mixed again - legs good, underarms good but they got the used strip stuck to the hair on my head! I had to walk out with a big oil slick after just washing and styling it. Hollywood.. no! Not a great experience at all.. she got the hair out but was picking at the hot wax and didn't stretch the skin.. I came out hair free but bruised and very sore.. another time it was done with strip wax! Ouch! I will continue to come here for threading as I do think they excel here.. but for other treatments maybe not. It really does depend on who you get.

Dear Zara I had booked a luxury pedicure and gel nails for 1 st of July. This is the 2nd time I have been to Zone had previously gone for Elemis facial before and had not reviewed then Thought this time I would take time to review Walked in and the lady at the reception told me to take a seat and was immediately shown to the pedicure seat Elza immediately scraped the previous gel colour and asked me to chose a colour I was bit surprised but did not say anything then when she started to the nails I gently reminded her that I also had a pedicure she told me that she had not forgotten and continued to apply the polish and told her that would she not do the pedicure first and then the polish , she said that different therapists do different ways I did not like it at all , she did not do the luxury pedicure at all it was not even express pedicure by then she was rushing through. I hope to come back again but definitely with a different staff I came to your salon because of the good reviews of massage and how it is different from other salons and i genuinely feel disappointed that I did not get my money’s worth £34 and also need to mention that I was not offered drinks, magazines by Elza or any body else Please tell your staff that all clients should be treated equally as we all pay the same amount Best wishes Sumitra Sankar

The vibe of this salon is "hectic nail salon" rather than the relaxing pampering place that I was expecting based on the website. This really put me off and I decided to go elsewhere. I walked in to make an appointment and check it out as the website looked great and they offered all the services I was seeking (facial, lash & brow tint). There were some workers standing close to the door and I awkwardly waited for someone to greet me before I realised that the front desk was actually located further inside. I had some questions about choosing the right facial for me but after being told the tinting is a walk in service it just really put me off and I walked out.
