I had a cut and blowdry here yesterday and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Sophie was friendly and professional. She explained everything to me and made sure I was happy. She's extremely knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice. I will definitely be coming back here!

I had my hair cut by Wain at Code hair and beauty a few weeks ago and he did a fantastic job! Made me feel really welcome and relaxed and he's lovely to talk to. Was very happy with my haircut and would definitely go again.

So I am a lady of mature years and have nt been to a Hairdressers for nearly 2 years. In the past I always felt to embarrassed to go. My hair is thinning and fine so some Hairdressers dont really like doing it! However I was pleasantly surprised when I had my hair done yesterday. Sophie was really kind and reassuring. She actually listened to what I was saying and did a lovely job with my hair. Has nt look this thick in years. Will be going again, finally somewhere I feel comfortable. Thanks very much you made my year !

Amazing staff. It is a little place hidden in town with quercky deco. First time I got there was before Christmas. Sophie did my hair. Used the Groupon voucher. Nothing was too much. The atmosphere was really nice. They had decorated the place very christmasy and at least you could felt Christmas in the place. The staff was very welcoming and tried to get the spirit going. The cut was best to none. I felt a woman again. Gone a second time again after lockdown in April and it is my new hairdresser. Thank you to Sophie and the team xx

Hidden gem in Nottingham. The staff are welcoming and enjoy a good chat! Very relaxing atmosphere. Great value for money, considering its location! So many options for hair cuts and beauty treatments.

First time visiting this salon yesterday on a total whim after finding a deal on treatwell. Had my hair cut by Wain. Really nice salon. Haircut looks great - very cute. He gave me lots of tips on styling my hair too. I wanted to leave a review because as someone with autism, I often struggle with things like getting my hair cut but found the whole experience actually enjoyable. The salon doesn't have blaring music like a lot of places and staff are friendly but professional. Really nice atmosphere - no "omg babe! loves it, where you going on holiday hun" . The overly friendly fakeness I've experienced in a lot of salons is really off-putting and uncomfortable for me. So yeah, I like this place. Nice staff. Great haircut. I forgot to leave a tip but I will definitely be back.

Great little salon. I have my hair cut and coloured by Wain, who always does an amazing job... but all the team deserve a mention for being so friendly and lovely.

I was recommended Holly by a friend of a friend and now I'd never get my haircut anywhere else. She does a fantastic job every time. She's so lovely, it's always a great experience.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Such a lovely atmosphere with such talent from everyone there no matter what style you have. Sophie always makes sure my colour is just right. 10000% recommend

Just noticed that there are no reviews for this great little salon in Nottingham. Wayne was my hair salvation! If you have a short cut, or curly hair, I can't recommend him enough. He gets how curly hair should be cut, and brought mine back to life and made me want to wear it curly again. He cut it with a razor, rather than scissors, which I've not had done before, but it really made the curls fall nicely. That salon is great too - nice relaxed and informal atmosphere, where everyone (staff and clients) all seem to know each other, so you feel a bit like you popped into someone's front living room for a haircut. Reasonably priced as well. One of the saddest things about moving away from Nottingham was not being able to come here for my hair anymore...much recommended!

Very impressed with the service! I had my hair done last week by them and I was a little unhappy with the colour and so for 15 quid they topped it up for me and now I love it!
