I started going to Euphoria when we started to come out of COVID lock down as I needed to start feeling positive about myself again. They are all incredibly professional and very thorough with their COVID processes. They make you feel safe. Added to which I have had fabulous facials and back massages from Bobby and am extending my treatments even further next month. An absolute must as a treat for myself both physically and mentally.

I don't often do reviews , but in this case. I would love to . I have been a client at Euphoria for years and they have always been very friendly , professional and always make a first class job with the wide range of treatments that they offer . They are always very accommodating and extremely understanding of my disabilities so that I can still enjoy massages facials and of course getting my nails done. They have been excellent during the pandemic and have put in every measure in place to ensure that everyone is safe . They have also sent wonderful emails to clients to keep every bodies spirits up during the outbreak. So please if you haven't been to Euphoria I would highly recommend it.

I went in last week for the first time in over a year the controls re COVID were excellent. As usual all staff were friendly and professional. I booked in for a back massage, facial and head massage package. The treatments were excellent and carried out by Bobby who gave a fantastic first rate service, I was asked what pressure back massage I would like which is always good and does not happen very often. All in all a welcome return and cant wait for my next treatment.

I was warmly welcomed and it made all the difference to be treated as a person whilst remaining COVID secure. Really friendly and professional wee place in a really handy location too! Next to sainsburys, a great wee coffee place and a microbrewery pub all just off beeston main street! They take COVID seriously too and take measures to protect you, themselves and the community from it. They have lots of appointments too, good opening hours with lots of evenings. Absolutely no complaints what soever. They are just lovely, everything you'd expect.

I had an amazing de-stress massage on my back and head. The salon felt extremely safe from the moment I arrived. The masseur wore full mask and visor as well as gloves and apron. The room was very clean and I felt relaxed and comfortable being massaged by a professional. Euphoria have put so much in place to make their business Covid safe it is a shame they will now have to close.

I have had treatments at Euphoria since they reopened following lock down. The attention to detail on creating a safe environment was exceptional. Clearly the new policies and procedures were well thought through and gave you confidence to have treatments. The environment is safer than going to the supermarket so I struggle to see why the current action to close the service in Tier 3. Although the Covid prevalence is high in Nottingham a risk based approach should be adopted and I consider Euphoria actions have reduced the risk of potential spread.

I have been going to Euphoria once a month for the past 17 years, to have my eyebrows waxed and tidied up, and for the occasional manicure and pedicure. The team has changed a bit during this time, but what hasn’t changed is the quality of service you receive. At all times they are friendly and professional none more so than in the current COVID-19 climate. I’ve visited a couple of times since they re-opened post lockdown and with all the COVID secure practices they have adopted, I have never felt safer when I have visited.

I have been going to Euphoria for years for massages, and more recently since they reopened after lockdown. I have been going at least once a month for a massage and have always felt 100% safe... they are going above and beyond to be COVID secure... from providing a mask on arrival, to ensuring you never come into contact with any other customers. You literally only ever interact with your therapist, who is always wearing a mask. The place is so clean, and completely dedicated to keeping customers and staff safe. On top off all this, their therapist are incredible, and being able to come here has been so good for my mental health. So disappointing that one of the most COVID secure places is being closed, it makes no sense!

My daughter and I are regular customers. Since reopening after lockdown we have felt very safe attending to the saloon. I work as a nurse and they are similar to the NHS, therapists wear PPE, adhere to strict guidelines as the safety of customers is very important to them. The Local Authority’s decision to close the saloon will impact greatly on customers. Self care is so important and not being able to go for treatments will impact on people’s wellbeing. We are gutted that a Euphoria has been told it has to close. They have worked endlessly to make sure that everyone is safe and still experiences a high quality service. Emma and Evie.

I have used the services at Euphoria a few times over recent weeks. They provide an excellent service, which is good value for money. I have been hugely impressed at their safe working practices during the Covid crisis eg use of masks and visors by staff, issuing a new mask to each client for each individual appointment, mandatory use of hand sanitizer, ensuring no contact between individual clients, taking all contact tracing details, reception staff behind a perspex screen. I am appalled by the fact that they have been told that they cannot continue to trade now that they are under Tier 3 regulations, which is not the case with beauty salons under Tier 3 anywhere else in the country.

My first ever visit to Euphoria, I was slightly anxious with Covid but I was completely put at ease as soon as I entered . Every measure was put in place to make me feel extremely save -after scanning the NHS code, handed a mask and a box to put personal belongings in.The beautician was very clear in her instructions and was so lovely ..... she also did an amazing job reshaping my eyebrows . I’m disappointed to hear that they have to close due to Covid especially with all the measures they had put in place . I’ll be booking another appointment as soon as they reopen.

A few days ago i went to Euphoria for a consultation for a jowl lift and was amazed at the precautions they took to protect us their customers, from the risks of covid. They could not have been more thorough in their cleaning process, applying every rule in the book to eliminate any risk of contamination. I was very impressed by the care they took and meticulous attention they showed when dealing with customers. This business is well above average and I am very sad and disturbed to learn they have to close their doors due to the second wave of the pandemic, when it is a very safe place to receive treatment. It just doesn't seem right nor fair. It's going to be another inconvenience for us, again.

There is no logical reason why Euphoria are being forced to close.

Ive been coming to Euphoria for many years. The premises and treatment rooms are immaculate, all the beauticians are meticulous about cleanliness before, during and after treatments, the business as a whole is working strictly to covid guidelines so why do they have to close during tier 3. I really do not think their closure will affect the transmission numbers at all.

Went for a full leg wax a couple times with Natalie and Beth and both of them were extremely professional and gave me a neat and clean finish. I have thick hair so it's not always easy to work with. Beth even managed to get out a deeply inrooted ingrown hair which I failed to do so for a long time. One of the best leg waxes I have ever had.
